Mushu pork has to be eaten with the lil pancake they provide and then you put the plum sauce on it and roll it up like a burrito… It’s banging….. come on Mattie….. 🤦🏽♀️ the lil pancake is like a tortilla sort of… try it again and you’ll like it even better…. And you all didn’t try the best dish ever… all the Hunans are the best Hunan beef, chicken, shrimp. That would have given you the small touch of spice you needed. I also agree with you Singapore rice noodles and hot & sour soup are my favs as well…

Moo shu pork should be served in thin "pancakes" with hoison / plum sauce. You are missing out of the true taste of it without those!
Moo shu should have came with Chinese pancakes ( really thin tortillas) to eat it with. A really good thing I like to order is mapo tofu, house special Mei fun. Chicken on a stick and steamed dumplings.... my kids love the crab ragoons
Mushu pork is one of my favorites! In my opinion, you guys got cheated. It's supposed to come with wraps, hoisin sauce and spring onions.

My favorite Chinese dish is a combination of two. Get an order of mixed vegetables over rice and then add deep fried shrimp to it and mix them with the veggies.
You get crunchy shrimp covered with that amazing stir fry sauce, along with the mixed flavors of assorted vegetables and the fluffiness of steamed rice.
It’s Amazing. It’s my number one TO GO order.
My go to for Chinese foods are beef broccoli, shrimp egg fu young, crispy gau gee mein, shrimp canton, lemon chicken, roast duck, and house special fried rice.
Chicken in garlic sauce extra spicy is my go to! I love it. Also pepper steak and chicken lo mein! This might be my fave of the challenges 🍜😋

special fried rice is actually called yang chow fried rice... its pretty common actually had it here in the U.S. and philippines and singapore aswell
