    The CHICKEN PAKORAS / CHICKEN FRITTERS are rolled in a batter made of powdered chickpea that has been spruced up with salt and other spices.

    INDIAN BIRYANI'S (Vegetables, Chicken, Mutton or Shrimp/Prawn Biryanis) are usually paired with the so-called potato salad --- RAITA (a yogurt condiment that are mixed with carrots, tomato, onions and cilantro). It is not only a food enhancer but also helps tone down the spiciness of biryani's.

    Hey Happy folks !!!
    The white Potato salad you guys referred to is actually called a RAITA - a yogurt condiment that is usually blended with carrots, cucumber, onion, tomatoes etc. that is usually paired with Biryani to bring down its spiciness if any.

      @@sleekmob748 next time, do some research with the restaurants yall get the food from. look for a place that predominantly has brown customers. if the customer base is mostly white, dont go there. Also, use the sauces, they change so much about the taste. dont be afraid to ask questions to the staff either, generally theyre more than willing to help

    Hey Folks HI !!!
    Usually Indian starters (SAMOSAS - Vege, Chicken, Mutton) or Other Indian Street Food dishes are served with 2 condiments ---- a Green Sauce (Mint & Cilantro Chutney topped with spices) and a Brown Sauce (Tamarind & Dates Chutney topped with spices). ---- Paddy

  • @pradeepgupta9355
    @pradeepgupta9355 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    The Green one is usually tangier and spicy and the Brown one is sweeter and spicy with cinnamon.....

    The food item you called POTATO Salad us actually a 'RAITA'. A dish usually eaten with Biryani to mellow down their spiciness, if any...

    You can dunk the Japanese wet towels into water mixed with Eau De Cologne, to enjoy being used as a great wet wipe.

    After watching this video I understand that you have not yet fully learned how to eat Indian food, Naan is a dish that goes perfectly with Butter Chicken ,Chicken 65 other chicken recipes. While eating naan with any chicken item, dip the naan completely with the gravy of that chicken recipe and then taste the naan and see how it taste.
