Do-Si-Dos used to be my favorite, but they're not the same. Trefoils used to taste like Lorna Doone's back in the day. I think they changed the recipe for a lot of their cookies.
I feel the peanut butter (that they use now) is what has changed the taste of Do-si-dos. It is like it's a cheaper peanut butter...like a filler ingredient mixed in with less real peanut butter.
Yes they definitely changed the Trefoils I used to enjoy them with a glass of milk
Well, it depends on where you live and, which manufacturer makes them, if they don’t come through the ABC cookie company! The other manufacturer makes them the same but, you can tell they aren’t exactly made the same and, nor do they taste the same, the quality just doesn’t measure up to the same! Let me tell, I have had them once and, I ‘m telling you that’s exactly the issue. The ABC Cookie Company for the Do Si Dos they make a crispy oatmeal cookie,the other company makes a similar cookie but, it isn’t a oatmeal cookie, it’s just a cookie! Yeah, I rarely have ever lived where it wasn’t ABC, I seen a taste test also to where they also compared the difference with both the manufacturers! Because, Do Si Dos have been my favorite forever, and, I pay attention because, they will help each other out when, they have a issue with shortages! And,since the pandemic, it has been no secret they to have had shortages in the past few yrs to for that reason. And, I am guessing what that was cause, the ABC Company is the best! I have not tried the newest ones, it’s harder now for me to get them more and more cause, I don’t drive but, I like them all but, I just like that crispy oatmeal with peanut butter the best!

My #1 favorite is the Lemonades (put them in the freezer or fridge they’re delicious 😋🤤🤤 I promise). I just looked up the nearest place to buy them near me, I’m most definitely going to buy my seasons worth 😂

How DARE you disrespect the thin mints!!😂😂😂 I have loved those since I was a Girl Scout and I'm 52 now. My 2nd choice would be the smores!
I just went through such hassle to get US Girl Scout cookies and now you’re saying I didn’t get some of the best ones 😢. As a Canadian it’s HARD to get them because they don’t ship to Canada and the website doesn’t take Canadian credit cards. The email for the state GS council also bounced back emails from outside of country.
Next year I will have to try and add lemonups and smores if I can source them again
Depending on where in canada you are, can you travel across country lines to come to MN, WI, or some other border states? Several Walmarts & grocery stores (like Cub Foods in MN) usually has a troop outside the stores on Saturdays.
Call that state's local Girl Scouts to ask what stores allow troops to sell there.
Selena, If you're going to go through trouble to get them, try the Lemonades rather than the LemonUps. They're so much better; they are baked by ABC Bakers (LemonUps are Little Brownie Bakers). For that matter, the Thin Mints by ABC are also much better than those from Little Brownie Bakers..
Should review some popular Trader Joe's items if you have one nearby. Their frozen foods are great and the snacks are great. Their cookies are basically better copies of the best girl scout cookies.
I try to avoid girlscout cookies every year but I can’t… they’re just so good. My favorites are adventurfuls, Tagalongs, thin mints, and do si dos.

I would love to see y’all rank ice creams like Ben & Jerry’s, Haagen-Dazs, Breyers, Van Leeuwen, Blue Bell, Mayfield, Turkey Hill, Blue Bunny, etc. You could rank which brand has the best vanilla ice cream, for example.
