Converting a giant 6v Lead acid lantern torch to LED with 12v Li-Ion power

This torch had three funtions.
Halogen Spot light, fluorescent flood light and tungsten filament flashing amber light. It used a lead acid battery for power. I convert it to all Led with
12v Li-Ion power.

i quite like the amber being on and then flashing brighter, better on the eye's

Yes it's funny how the led will not go off completely but a bulb will.
