I had a 4on8 procedure with Randy Roberts in Utah last July. I have had my final teeth for 7 weeks and I am so happy with my choice. Instead of trying to cut a fellow dentist, maybe learn some manners and be professional. Have respect for each other and maybe agree to disagree on a few items. Coming here and spewing your disagreement is beneath the dignity of your profession. From what I have read in my due diligence before choosing Randy, his patients are overall extremely happy with the service he provides. Making a TH-cam video about what you believe is best for your patients is one thing, but mentioning another dentist in a negative way or as a matter of disagreement makes you look foolish.

if you watch the videos, i never say antying negative about him and you make inferences. I do believe FP1, which is what a 3 on 6 actually is, is not recommended on most patients in the long term. sadly most patients wont manifest issues till a few years later.

Hi, Dr. Choi! I'm looking at an All-on-4 treatment for both arches, with the support of two specialists, because my teeth just genetically go bad. Fix one, two more go bad, and then the one you fixed goes bad again. Just tired of the chase. Unfortunately, I did have a GI infection years ago which really put me into serious trouble and cut over half of my body weight before it was put into remission. Now, taking any kind of oral antibiotic risks a relapse. Can an All-on-4 treatment be addressed with oral antibiotic rinses like Chlorihexidine, salt water rinses, etc? Is an oral antibiotic absolutely required? If so, I may have to go with normal dentures, because there's no way I can go back to that ordeal again. Thank you!

@@northtexasdentalsurgery I appreciate your offer, but I'm in Florida and don't have the means to get to you. I'll be surprised if I have the means to get the procedure, but I'm trying. :) I was just curious if you knew whether there were acceptable alternatives to oral antibiotics after this surgery.

To say that the all on 4 is a "cost effective solution" is slightly disingenuous. It may be cost effective for the surgeon, but not for the patient! The amount of price gouging that's done by surgeons in the USA is astronomical! Using the exact same products, surgeons are doing very well in other countries at a very small fraction of the cost here in the States. 1/6 the cost.

What if you see patients with enough bone tissues? will you still push all on 4? or will you suggest other option? And what option would that be.

You handed it very, very professional and I give you 10 for that. It sounds like he jealous that’s my opinion. You doing a great job. I’m loving your videos. You keep up the good work for him. It seems like it’s all about the money dollar cause the 3on6 is expensive as hell.

3on6 is the exact same price as all on x. I researched it for one year before choosing 4on8. SAME PRICE. PLEASE DO NOT SPREAD LIES.

I suggest that you compare the 3 on 6, performed by Dr. Randy Roberts (Smile Clinic on Utah) and the "all on 4" and see of you like the 3 on 6 better. People from all over the US go to the clinic of Dr. Roberts. You need only 2 trips to Utah to complete your treatment. It maybe worthwhile doing it. I liked the 3 on 6, as performed by Dr. Roberts, and I would do it.

Good morning everyone. If you add tribology and corrosion, you get tribocorrosion. So the old mad man was right after all
