@ashwinthomaskoshy6452 the polimerization shrinkage happens in more than 8 hours. if you do it in the lab makes sense. no sense in the mouth. I suggest to buy a higher quality resin with less shrinkage.
hello dr, Adding bulk resin material can create stress in the framework during curing, which may sometimes cause minimal distortion in the splinting. To avoid this, it is advised to cut and splint the framework.
@@Prosthodontricks as said before it makes sense only partially. this kind of utility resin (pattern, duralay, etc.) need a few hours to shrink completely. why don't you use another type of resin with a moderate shrinkage?
