- I didn't mean for this to happen... Episode 06
During my last day riding my motorcycle through Colorado, I decided to check out some of the local restaurants and cruise one of the most gorgeous roads I have ever ridden, Loveland Pass!

I’m glad you came to Colorado. I’m in a wheelchair and I enjoy your videos very much. Keep up the good work. Be safe and take care and I’ll be watching. Thanks, Frank
Being from Michigan, I too love the green. Traveled the country most of my life. Been in every state but Alaska and Rhode Island. Love it all. Never got to do it by motorcycle. Now I have the bike and the time. It's way better now.
Thanks for the scenic rides for those of us who don't have the opportunity.
Thanks for dising my state of Kansas. While we may not have the views of Colorado, it is still a great place to live!
Great sceneries still! I always smile with your voice when you see a dog.
You could easily come out here to Colorado and spend months riding all over this state and would have no problem finding bike shows, car shows, rallies, festivals.... To go to, there's content galore here. I love Colorado, been here most of my life and have only scratched the surface of things to see and do here.
Beautiful scenery ! Jess thanks for sharing
Colorado is beautiful... I was very impressed with The road that takes you to Durango, CO
Ramble on. Love your video very refreshing.
You keep on being you.
Colorado is full of roads like these. Glad to see you enjoyed it.
Came across this playlist today and really enjoyed watching. Hopefully you can come back to Colorado with your husband one day. Me and my wife love riding up in the mountains from our home here in Colorado Springs. Would be cool to run into you one day up here 😊
thank you for the heads up on the Golden Mill!!!! I will be doing the Million Dollar HWY annually and this will be added to the route next year! Blackhawk has some beautiful roads
Glad to see you got to ride in my back yard. A lot of people around hear take it for granted. Mt. Evans is closed now for the season.
The weed and all of the migration of people from other places to Colorado has caused a decline in the quality of life here.
You need to come tour the PNW, Colorado has the eastern Rockies, but we got the west side, the Cascade Range AND the Coast range! It makes it hard to pick which way to go for a ride......The old authors talked about coming down the West side of the Rockies and seeing the Pacific Ocean glittering in the distance, not any more but still a stunning sight.
Great video, gorgeous scenery 👍🏻
It is a beautiful road! Never done it on bike but I've been over the pass in a truck! Amazing scenery thanks for bringing back a great memory!!
Love your videos. If you like the lush green landscape and are considering a different country, try the wild Atlantic way in Ireland. Keep doing what you do. Thank you for sharing your experiences.
Great video thank you very well done thanks again cheers to ya.
Loving the go west series 👍
Do yourself a favor when you get home.
Get a set of proper riding gear so you don’t have stop on the side of some highway to put “rain gear on or off” anymore.
Look at it this way, you won’t even have to carry rain gear or stop.
Just zip a few vents up as you’re going.
Also so you’ll lighten your load or have extra room for other stuff .
Safe travels
Jess, thank you so much for all your videos. I cannot wait to ride next season. Will be my first full riding season in many years and first on my own Harley 🤗
Thanks for the view of the mountains Jess. Glad you are having so much fun on your trip.
We moved from sea level in Florida to 8,460 feet in Ute Pass west of Colorado Springs, CO. Unloading the U-Haul I"d walk a box down the ramp, then sit and pant for five minutes. Within a few months 8,000 ft plus felt like sea level had. One adapts, if you're not just passing through.
I knew you would be blown away with Colorado love watching your reaction.
Great video! I don't need to go up there I just...WWWHHHAAAOOO!!! Too Funny! So good to see you appreciate the views and scenery.
Yes ! This was an awesome ride , thanks for sharing . Really enjoying these rides of yours , youve had an amazing ride through the west , Always ride your own ride. We only really have one chance at this life so take advantage while we can. Thanks for what you do , always 😎
Yep a gorgeous route. Thanks for sharing. Yep…altitude sickness and headaches are horrible. Great video.
MT. Evans is a road….I road this in 2017. The last 150 to 200 FT was a little nervous since there is guard rails and a very narrow road. But I loved it.
I love watching all the videos you put out and enjoy all of your commentary. Keep up the great work.
I appreciate that!
So happy you enjoyed Colorado!!
Another great video with some fantastic scenery. Thanks, keep smiling and having fun Jess. Be safe out there.
Keep up the good work. Ride on and love the ride. Thank you for sharing
If you make it back this way, there's a great ride out of Blackhawk. Head north through Nederland and in to Estes Park. Back down through Loveland, or you can go west on Hwy 34 up through Grand Lake, South through Granby Hwy 40 south back down to I-70.
Gorgeous scenery on the Loveland Pass. Thanks for taking us along Jess.
You're playing in my old backyard. Used to go through Blackhawk/Central City on my way to my great grandfathers mining cabin when I was a kid...that was before those towns were what they are now. When they were still cute quant little mountian towns. I actually voted against the Casinos when it came up. Glad you enjoyed the area i would love get my bike out there as there are a ton of areas I'd love to revisit.
Looks like beautiful riding and scenery
Gosh, I wanna ride with you, Jess! I do hope you plan a ride for your peeps here on your channel next year. 😎
I would love to see you and mamma two wheels try a short ride trip. That would be great and hilarious! The two of you are magical! Ride safe and have fun!
Really cool roads and views, bit late watching, but toady I binge watching to catch up lol.
Hi Jess, Another inspirational video! Struggling to get back on my HD after illness, but you keep me motivated to keep trying until I get back in the saddle! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼👍👍💪🏼💪🏼
Never give up, Shawn.
Hey Jessica glad you got to ride some of Colorado's Mt. rides nice to ride along with you on your video .... come back again some day and maybe we can do this in person I also ride a 2014 Heritage.. you rock , ride safe the name is Ed
What wonderful attitude you are blessed just remember to go home to your husband I’m sure he misses you. God’s Blessing on you and keep you safe
I skied at Breckenridge Co which appears to be 12 miles south of Dillon, and Steamboat Springs (decades ago) about 90 miles NW. It would be awesome to go back and ride CO. Thanks for the eye candy Jess.
Golden, nice. Sorry for look out mountain being closed. The Colorado mountain are awsome. Finding a good restaurant is touch and go. You where on the wrong street in Golden. You should have been 1 block west to get to downtown Golden. The place, that was boarded. Made tiles for the space shuttle.
I have never been to Colorado and Damn! It is a riders dream for beauty and awesome roads, and most of all, you Jess! because you make every adventure spectacular! God's blessings for you and your family and Rock on, Happy Trails always.
This was soooo beautiful Jess! Loved your commentary too!! Outstanding!❤️⛰👍🙏🏻
You being you.... very cool !
Thanks Jess, another great video to watch over my lunch break. Hopefully another week of riding around here before i have to put the bikes away again.
The road from loveland to estes park is awesome as well.
Parabéns Jess Bela pedalada pela montanha.
I hope some day you will pay a visit to Prenn Pass, very gorgeous!
Did loveland pass cuple yrs ago on my oregon bike, damn nice ride!!!!!
So glad to see you in my home state! I myself have tons of riding I wanna still do here. the "traffic that doesn't need to be traffic for any reason in particular" is just how it is out here nowadays... Even in the mountains, we're overcrowded and it sucks!
You rock Jess, you use your eyes at nature and on the road…and that’s what’s it all about ✊🏻😉🇺🇸
I love what you're doing..much respect😘
Jess these adventures have been great to watch.
You do you girl. Your an inspiration to many. God Bless 🙌. MISSION M25 GREENVILLE SC.
Cool footage as always!! Stay safe!
Hi Jess I have been also watching Shade tree and Chaylesee and it is so entertaining to watch you all traveling through the mountains. I live in Washington State and was raised in Montana and you kind of take things for granted until you hear some one who has never seen it before talking about what they are seeing. I love the mountains and getting to ride through them is kind of therapy for me. I have skied at Loveland and been to Yellowstone and Glacier and all over Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington and more and all of it is Amazing.
Yes it's a desert but I think you'd still love checking out the viewing areas on I-70 between Colorado and Salt Lake City! It's such a beautiful ride! And Salk Lake City itself is beautiful cause it's surrounded by mountains!
Colorado IS beautiful!!! My wife and I have been here for 38 years. It IS expensive but you'd be welcome to join us in the west. I'm sure that @RideToFood would love to introduce you to the great rides here.
The Evil Knievel museum is in Topeka Kansas! It is awesome!
What a view ❤ Watching from the Philippines
Don't know if you knew this, but highway 36 in Kansas is a beautiful 2 lane going east to west. Last time we went to Sturgis we took this route. Very nice highway, wide shoulders and Kansas has hills and trees too.
🤘💯thanks for sharing
Very cool thank you for sharing
Thanks for watching!
I got some of that Death Wish instant coffee, oh man! Definitely gets the motor running! I couldn't find the single pour over version that you had and opted for the instant, very quick and convenient.
Thanks Jess 😎👍
Thanks for the video jess I enjoyed it keep it up can't wait for the next one
Hi Jess! Was great to meet you at Kriver and I am sorry we pulled you into the mash! Sorta… maybe…. Ok !! Not sorry! That was Awsome!!! 2022
Kriver Tug-O-War Chapions!
Team Adam!
It’s nice to go home sometimes we got home yesterday after 5 weeks on the road!
Take care! Ride safe!
KS is best if you get to sleep through it lol. i agree, trees and green is a must. i do like desert for dirtbikes or trucks then its really cool. good vid
LOL!
Mt Evans is a neighborhood road essentially. (close to Evergreen and multiple subdivisions) The road surface is always bad in part to the weather and traffic there are so many better places to ride for scenic views in Colorado, as you have found. Keep up the great work and ride safe.
G'day Jess from Australia 🇦🇺 would love to see you riding in Australia one day, we have the best riding and scenery here🤙👍
love watching you on your trips it seems that i am riding it keep it up jess
Jess I’m not a rider but I love your videos thought I’d tell you if your ever in Western Colorado there’s a great place in Rifle Colorado to camp where mountain climbers from around the world come to climb keep up the great content
I plan on going back!
You know I’ve been through there several times and I gotta say that the camera doesn’t do any of that justice. Great video and thanks for sharing!!
When you are fortunate enough to live in Colorado and can take rides like these every weekend 😁. Although if I could I would live in Montana again for even better views.
Man, what I would give to ride with you throughout Canada, would love to see your reaction.
I'm happy to live in Missouri we have our own mountains city's that suck motorcycle wise and we're a day away from dang near everything cool two at most
You are the queen of puns today. 'Can't miss this Appa-tunity' lol
Enjoyed the vlog Jess. The view is just stunning. Thanks for sharing. Don't listen to haters. Do what you love. Take care, ride safe and stay safe.❤️
you should come out to Cali and ride the mountain roads out here. the foothills are even beautiful
Check out 90% of my “test rides” playlist 😉
Jess, the ski lifts might be running in the summer too, especially if there's a large down hill MTB community near by.
@Her Two Wheels >>> *_"My vampire ass LOVES IT!"_*
😊😊😊😊😊
I love the IPA Beer. It's my favorite!👏
I love your videos! My name is Carlos and I am messaging from Rio de Janeiro, Brasil! 💪💪
I spend 5-7 months on the road, with rest in Florida for the winter … I do love the Rockies and the west, at least the gravel parts. But for paved riding, there is nothing like the “old” roads of the smokies and Appalachian mountains …
Another great video Jess. I also do my video's for me. And love that others get enjoyment from them. Looking forward for the next one. Stay safe! :)
What you witnessed was the annual freshmen trek up to whitewash the rocks in the M on Mt Zion. It is the Colorado School of Mines. An elite engineering school in Golden.
Thank you. Just THANK YOU 👍🏼🔥
I’m going to ride out there someday. Colorado is gorgeous!
Another GREAT Video
Awesome views. Hope someday I can experience that. Ride Safe ✌️
Thank you!!!
That was another beautiful video, Jess. I enjoyed it immensely. Happy October to you and Jordon. Have a wonderful time in Florida.
Thank you friend!
@@HerTwoWheels, you are welcome.
Love your adventures fyi golden Co smells like weed because of the coors factory there.I live there next time you come through take the road through black hawk and ride to Estes national park. Its amazing ride.Keep it up hooked on your show. look out is slow very tight curves nice views.
That acute altitude sickness is no joke if you’ve never had it. I remember getting it at the Mountain Warfare Training Center with 8 feet of snow lol. Anyways great video as always!!!
Ride safe out there Jess
I live in Florida and rented a Harley in Colorado 1 time. It literally ruined all my Florida riding for the rest of my life. Independence Pass was literally the most spectacular ride I have ever done. We rode from Denver to Aspen. Stopped in Black Hawk at the casinos for breakfast.
Oh no!!! 😅
You take it for granted, we don't have beautiful beach front roads in other places.
Being from Virginia, feel like I could spend months motorcycling Colorado, Montana, Utah, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington and never get bored
@@dakarpsi I would take the mountain roads over the beach front roads any day. Pretty much all of the coast line looks the same all the way from Miami to Jacksonville. Only feature about Key West that is awesome is the 7 mile bridge.
@@easyglider1307 I see mountain roads every day, they're kind of boring at this point
Nice! You found the five whole minutes per year that Loveland Pass is actually open :D
Yay! 😅
"My Vampire @$$ LOVES it..."🤣
You want mountains. Come to Washington State. We have a lot of passes to ride.
Whenever you go to Kansas try going to dodge city or garden city
