The previews were good to see since I put my earbuds and listened to my own music while doing the moves.I like your pilates and instructional with no music videos better tbh since you have been an instructor and I like the pointers. I liked most of the moves in this (except the mountain climbers at the end, LOL), but I do NOT see it as beginner! I'm a long-time daily exerciser, and this felt intermediate (maybe even high intermediate!), especially with the heavy KB and fast pace. I used my 12kg KB in the beginning but had to drop down to my 8kg one for a number of the moves.
Adding that I love the low-impact, but low-impact doesn't necessarily mean less intense or beginner!
Yes the fast pace will make it a lot harder! 💪🏼
Yes a lot of my workouts are low impact, as soon as you add the weight they get harder haha!

This is great yet it really needs pointers. As someone who is working out with a 13.6kg kbell I need to know if my toes should be pointing out & if the lunge is full or halfway back. I prefer to hear the instructor talking throughout the video. Thanks

Hello dear Roxanne, it was my pleasure to doing your best exercises ,i feel more stronger and i lost weight too,but because i have some problems at my right knee can't doing the exercise of Rached the knee to squat ,there's another alternative exercise can i do it please?

@@WorkoutWithRoxanne i can do squat , but for example the Lateral Lunge Shifts that u did in the vid,is a bit hard for me bc my right leg isn't strong enough , is there an alternative exercice like it that can be easier for me?
You can do a goblet squat, squat pulses, squat to calf raise, wide squats with a pulse 💪🏼

Really liked the start of this routine...but then honestly it got too tough for me! I'm not a beginner but had to lower the weights and the intensity several times.
LOL - I see I made almost the exact same comment on this routine previously. I should have checked that first! 😶
What weight kettlebell are you using? And what weight would you suggest for beginners?
I am using a 10kg kettlebell Emily, I would recommend anywhere between 4-8kgs to start. It really depends on how strong you are already and your lower body could be stronger than your upper body.
