This company is setting the pace for American manufacturers.
This is a beautiful example of how the owner establishes morale and culture.

I love your gps tape concept.....I was just a little confused....how is tape, gps capable? Ahhhh, it simply helps you to locate things. We have tools taped to know which toolbox they go back into. Of course these tool have specific homes since we use Fastcap foam :). We use dots on tools to know which way is locked or open. We use dots on our bike rack and bikes to know exactly where the bikes line up every time we put them on the rack.....and it goes on...

Do you have any tips for lean in offices/computer work?
I love the improvements, especially at minute 11:00 with the ID cards! I work in an office (used to be in manufacturing) and have found it a bit easier to do improvements with physical items vs with computer work. You lightly touched on it in 2 second lean with your graphics department and with a bank, but do have any recommendations for lean in offices?

Can I get the name of those electronic buttons? I think they would make visualizing line shutdown steps very easy at my shop.
