Just found your company and videos a few weeks ago, and it's already made a HUGE impact on my life. My bathroom's always been immaculate for the same reasons yours are, but I never carried that forward to the rest of my life/work. Your explanation and videos break down Lean to an easy recipe to apply to anything. It's addictive. My biggest improvement took two minutes but I can already see how it's shaved time off a process in my court reporting business, made it easier, ensured consistent accuracy. I truly can't thank you enough!

Nice, do you have a Fastcap toolkit as a subset of your products with you when you travel? In your car or in your travel bag?

Jackson But I do have is a small zippered bag called the kaizen tool kit and has all the necessary things in it so I can make improvements on the fly two sided tape needle and thread duck tape paper clips bungee cord and about 30 other things it's really handy and I use it all the time.

1:22 where can I find those bins? They look cheap... in an inexpensive way.

In the kitchen install slow close on the doors and draws and put rubber bump circles on inside of them so they don't slam, also you will not have to finish closing the doors your self. Time saved. Ears saved.

The man runs a business selling products to cabinet makers so I think he knows about those hinges. He probably just doesn't have the patience to wait for doors to close softly.

Phil- just work on one a day, The 'velocity' will come in time. The more improvements you make, the easier it gets. Never worry, just try to get better every day!!
