I would like to add as someone has said,, hope is the best sedative and work is the best tranquilizer. To hope is being positive about the outcome and to work is being focused on the process rather than on the result
I am 60 yr old gynecologist running maternity hospital from 35 yrs, I am aware of my stress it's bcz now a days staff doesn't come on time now a days so if delivery patient is waiting & if staff doesn't come My B.P start increasing
That's really sad. But have you thought in a way that why your staff isn't under stress? 😅 Maybe they've become carefree and aren't facing the consequences for showing up late. Maybe you should start punishing them. Anyway, best of luck for all the future endeavors! 🎉
@@shishirchitre1945 Thanks sir for divine guidance, but I hope you won't mind my explanation That these people get free from government so they really don't affect by your punishment, recently my kamwali received 4500 + bonus from ladki behin yojna as well Dal, rice from anandacha sidha so they really don't think they have to be sincere in there work T
