at the end of the day, she got the shark that she really want. it's tough to be in the tank. never know what would happen if she countered with 35% or 30%. Daymond could go out.
There’s a chance she has somebody with 10% ownership now or in the future, so dropping 1% ensures that she’s a 51% majority shareholder regardless.
She may not feel the impact of what she's neglected on the table now, but when she comes up to review her finances at the end of each year, it will serve as a reminder of the regret of not minimizing it as much as possible.
