I have never seen you as “the sex one” I have only known you as Hannah the cheerful, honest and inspiring young individual who just wants to help support people learn ❤❤
I thought of her as a very knowledgeable older sister type person. With info on many topics. I actually don’t have a stoma but that’s how I found Hannah. Hannah is/was always more than “just a sex educator” or “someone with a stoma”. (I like to educate myself on medical conditions. Bit of a special interest of mine. I appreciate knowing how it works as I never outgrew my curiosity and if it’s been a better change for the person
I'm so happy and excited for you, Hannah! It's got to be so exciting to explore project management and behind-the-scenes work. That's why I feel so fortunate to be a producer for a TH-cam channel. I get to enjoy the perks of being part of a TH-cam channel without being the FACE of it.
I found your content during puberty, and now I'm a 26 year old lady. I grew up with your content and it's been SO helpful as I've matured (especially coming from a household where sex was ~taboo~). I am so thankful for it, but totally understand wanting a change. If it isn't filling your cup anymore, it's time for something new. I'm excited to see more of whatever you do.
Found the Hormone Diaries when I was 15 in 2017, and it was so helpful and the beginning of education I should’ve gotten from school or my parents but didn’t. Thank you for everything you’ve done, I’m particularly appreciative of you covering disability in your videos as it’s often skipped over in conversations about sex and relationships. Wishing you the best for whatever happens next for you.
I'm loving this recap of Hannah TH-cam Lore! I also love the theme/focus of this transition being one of joy, reflection, self-awareness, and celebration! My professor from an online intensive class I took over the summer spoke a lot about the idea of "ending well," which is something I really want to learn how to do. Thank you for such a beautiful example! I'm also (squared) soooo glad you're going to get a chance to rest. Go get that sweet, sweet brain massage that is therapy and frolic as the organizational queen we've all known you to be!
omg can't wait for a sweet brain massage 😅 and yes! the "ending well" thing is definitely something that came up A LOT especially in conversations I had with my dad. A couple years ago he stepped down from a big role he had at the Manchester University so we had a lot to talk about in terms of career transitions and he talked about how "ending well" was really important for him too.
As someone who has gone through a huge career shift in their early 30s, I want to say well done and hope you get the same sense of relief I did shifting to work you feel passionate about but does not take anything away from you mentally. I know I did, even if there were a few things I had to sacrifice to get there. We all need space to say the current path I am going down is not right for me, time for a change in direction. Best of luck and enjoy your rest!
Wow, congratulations! From a purely selfish perspective - I'm so happy the More Hannah channel is going to continue. 💛 You're of course free to disappear completely from the public space but I'm glad for now you're not doing that and I can look forward to more from you (of whatever you wish to). 💛
You’ll be amazing in project management! But I hope you enjoy this well deserved rest time over the next few months. It’s been a pleasure being educated through your channel and podcast. Looking forward to continuing to watch the content you put out in the future 🫶🏻
I found you when I was coming out of a divorce in my 20's. I Came from a family and community where sex was taboo(your book is banned at my former school) and in my marriage sex was shamed as well. Its been great to learn about and have someone normalise sex and desire.
I have been floating around this channel for almost ten years now, and it’s been wonderful getting to see you grow, both as a creator and a person! You’ve been a huge inspiration in your work ethic and your passion for what you’re educating people on. All the best for your future endeavours & I can’t wait to see what you do next!!
HANNAH! i’m so excited for you ❤ i started watching you about 7 years ago at the start of the hormone diaries when i was about 16, and i’ve never stopped since, your videos have taught me so so much, i’ve gone through so much in the past 7 years, virginity, partners, sexual trauma, being queer and finding out im autistic, chronic illnesses, being non binary, the list goes on, but your videos have helped me come to terms with so many wonderful things about myself through this journey, your channel has been my safe space and has given me so much comfort throughout everything that i cannot ever thank you enough except for just telling you how much your content has helped me through so many different things ❤ from the bottom of my heart thank you and i am so so excited to see what you do next, truly 💓💓
Good for you Hannah, it's really nice to see you prioritise yourself and recognise that the content hamster wheel is no longer for you. You'll be an amazing project manager (you already are)! I've really enjoyed watching your videos over the years and can't wait to see what's next! x
Hannah. Thank you for everything. I don't have the words to explain how much your videos and general online presence has meant to me over the years. I remember showing my mum a video of yours about periods circa 2013/14 (I think) and telling her how mine were so different - this is what finally convinced her to take me to the GP and get diagnosed with PCOS! And after that we watched a lot of your videos together, as my mum never received proper sex ed at school or learnt about women's health either. Thank you for everything you've done for all of us, for all of your time researching, recording and editing, along with everything else. Good luck in your new venture.
It would be so interesting to hear about your project management from behind the scenes when that gets going. I work as a stage manager (and tour manager) for theatre and I love a good insight into things like this!
Your second hormone diaries series was so helpful to me. Our kids are a month apart in age and I also struggled for about a year to get pregnant. It was such a safe space to feel all the emotions that come with that journey that I often felt my friends didn’t fully understand. Congrats on this exciting life change and reclaiming some personal time! It’s so important especially when you are balancing a successful career and motherhood. 💛💛💛
so excited for you, Hannah! it's super inspiring to see someone (in the public eye, as you say!) seeing a career change as the exciting and positive thing that it is, I'm someone who quit what I thought would be my dream job all of my life at the end of 2020 and I also had the feeling of 'but what now?!' and the fear of what people would think about my 'thing' (teaching) changing as it's always what I wanted to do but I'm the happiest I've ever been since leaving and you will be too!!! massive congratulations 💛
A little off topic but I'm literally in the same boat (being known for teaching but no longer seeing it as my "thing') & I'm so happy to hear someone else has managed to navigate that successfully - it's a relief to know we don't have to do this forever. congratulations! Wish me luck as I attempt to do the same (after I figure out what I'd actually like to do & what's viable instead lol)
Like a few others have mentioned, I really only discovered you this past year. I loved your energy in the videos I have watched. I suspect I'll catch a few more from the archives. However I'll mostly try to catch whatever the new things you do come up with. Thanks though for doing this video. It was really great getting a somewhat detailed snapshot of your life. Caught myself smiling...intensely...numerous times.
Hey Hannah. By chance happened to search your channel today for something and saw this big news. Even as a (now) non Patreon for many years was able to read your post on the topic. As a former fan / follower / Patreon just wanted to say a massive thank you for the decade of videos, your one of a kind and wishing you the very very best for the next chapter in your work career.
I smiled the whole way through this video. The relief is so clear and the sense of achievement was inspiring. Congrats a million times🎉 and thank you for everything! ❤
congrats hannah!! as someone that’s been watching since like 2014? and these videos have changed the course of my life for the better (literally minored in women and gender studies because of these videos), i’m so happy to see your content evolve throughout the years! can’t wait to see what is next 💕
oh wow that's incredible! I love thinking about the actual impact these videos have had in terms of people's actual experiences and choices they've made in life and then how you and others will then go on to have a positive impact on others. it's magical! ✨
I‘m all in on the „congratulations“! I rarely ever comment on anything online but it feels right to shout out how much I love/d your videos, both on here and on the „More Hannah“ channel. I like your energy so much, your input is so valuable and has made me rethink perspectives several times. You seem to be so happy about your decision and that fills me with so much joy! (Also, I‘m glad you‘re not disappearing altogether because your parasocial presence in my life lights up bright as well as darker days.) Thank you for everything you share with us - and for generally just being and then being such an inspiration, too!
thank you for everything that you’ve done on this channel! it’s been such a fantastic resource and kept me open minded, especially coming from a christian/purity culture background. so excited that you are filling your cup and taking a big breath 🥰 cheers! ps- selfishly so excited you’re continuing with more hannah 🎉
Wow, when I clicked on this video I really thought it was too long for me to watch it all, but you made it interesting enough for me to stick around. It was really interesting to hear about your history, that's not what I was expecting this video to be about! I also feel inspired to go and watch some of your older content, especially all those collabs you talked about, they sounded really fun!
Thank you for your work. I've been watching you since 2011, i was 12 back then. At the moment, i can say you played a big influence on my professional and academic journey. I work in education and sex ed with teenagers. Thank you for the info, inspiration and making realize planning and organization can be fun! Will follow the new journey for sure! You and leena are confort watches since my teen years and at 25 I realize what a big role you had in shapping as a woman in the best way possible. Obrigada ❤
I so appreciate you just coming out and immediately saying the change. Some people drag it out so long. Thanks for just saying the decisions you’ve made and what it means going forward. I’m happy for you!
I just want to say thank you. I can't think of a particular moment to submit, but before I did therapy or read any sex books or had any friends who spoke openly about their own sex lives, I had you. The way you talked openly, freely, completely without shame, about your body and your sexual pleasure and figuring stuff out with your stoma - it showed me that it was okay to be that open and confident about my own experience, even without all the answers. I was so wrapped up in shame and frozen up with perfectionism, I barely dared to tell anyone about even non-sex problems in my life in case I'd expose myself in a mistake somehow. I mostly ignored issues with my own body and just hoped they'd go away (I once bled for *months* after getting the subdermal hormone implant before going back to the doctor on the edge of collapse from anemia). Now, at the age of 32, I regularly talk about vaginal health with my best friend, I understand my own psyche so much more, and I too am making big changes and hard decisions about what to do with my life and relationships, knowing there is no 'right' choice and my own needs count. So thank you Hannah, and congratulations! ❤
I have been watching you for so long, sometime around your move to London i believe, and have enjoyed lots of your various projects over the years. From the banging book club, to your book, the hormone diaries series to the doing it podcast, even the radio show you did back in the day. One of the best things that you did for me though was introducing me to the witch please podcast, i absolutely loved it. I hope that you enjoy your new career shift into project management, it is the best choice for someone who loves to organise things, I have been learning to project manage in my work over the past year and think you'll be great at it. I will continue to watch on the more Hannah channel and look forward to what you have planned for the rest of the year.
omggg the warehouse era!! how far we've come, thanks for making all the content that you have so far Hannah! You've educated and entertained me for so long, can't wait to continue supporting you with new chapters :))
So much love for you Hannah. 💜 I too have been watching you for over 5 years at least probably closer to 8. I'm in my early 30s now and was so glad these videos existed as a resource (now bigger) we can trust and feel good about watching. It makes sense that your audience has grown with you and I'm glad we can continue seeing you on More Hannah which is where I have been watching more of you the last year. Congratulations on the impact and brand you have created. Sending all the celebratory love from Australia 🌏
I found you back in the day in like 2013-ish, so over 10 years ago now, oof. It was right at the tail end of my senior year of high school, and it was exceedingly helpful content for me at the time, so I appreciate all the work you put into it, but I’m excited to see what the next chapter looks like for you!
Love the TH-camlore! I only found you in 2022 with season 2 of the Hormone Diaries but i was watching TH-cam in 2011 when Michael Aranda got stranded in Paris, too funny that you were part of that 😂 Im so excited for you about this change, i think of you as my (slightly) older Internet sister and I can't wait to see what you do next
This education and communication is very needed. Very grateful for all of your contributions in this area. Also for your openness and inclusiveness and vulnerability. Your dedication and enthusiasm is palpable.
Hannah, I found your videos when I was 22. I felt an instant sense of comradery with this person who was my age but from a different culture and space but still shared my values about sex positivity, body positivity and feminism. I've learnt so much from you over the years - about sex, relationships, disability, responsible fashion, productivity, parenting and so much more. I've watched you grow over the years and have grown with you. This may be weird and parasocial but it feels a bit like a going away party for a friend 🥲 nevertheless, I'm so proud of you and so happy for your next chapter! All the very best, Hannah! ♥️ Love from India.
Wow!! Triple wow!! Yes! Congratulations! By making this decision and shift with so many of us watching, you are really - you can't even imagine how much - really really an encouragement to so many of us getting ready to make our own scary shifts. It was never just sex content - which has been fascinating. I mean... can we discuss pie-charts? Any charts? Lists? Organization? I mean - at the PhD level... Wishing you MUCH success and excited to be along for the ride. ❤❤
can't believe I've been watching this channel for over a decade - in my late twenties now and feel like not only did I learn so much from this channel but also it was a constant source I was pointing my friends too to help them with things they had going on - thanks for all the content and good luck on this next adventure! my mum has a saying she always says to me 'sometimes a change is as good as a rest' , so hopefully this is that for you :)
I don't even remember when I discovered you on youtube. It's been more than 6/7 years for sure! Not the full 12 years, I don't remember seeing the kitchen videos :P You've been a really cool youtuber to watch in these years. Sometimes a model and an inspiration, I also find an interest in all this stuff. I'm glad that this change comes with joy and not burnout. Here's to 12 more years of happy Hannah! And then 12 years omre and so on and so forth :P
Wow! End of an era!! So bitter-sweet. As the years have passed, I have wondered what will happen to all the channels/people that I follow. I'm surprised that their are only ~300 comments after 7 hours, I was expecting thousands. I turned forty this year, and have been following you for about a decade. (It annoys me that I can't determine it exactly! xD Possibly connected to you via Emma Blackery due to the "My First Time" tag, 26 Sept 2013?). Thank you for all the joy and advice you have given me. Best of luck to you with your family and future goals :)
Congratulations Hannah! You are always so thoughtful about career and I have been gravitating toward that with you. I think the idea of documenting a “scaling down” is wonderful too and I know you’ll find joy in these new projects and directions. ❤
Im so incredibly excited for you and this new chapter you’re entering! I discovered you and your channel back in 2015 and Im so thankful I did! Back then i was in my mid to late teens and your videos enriched me in ways I cant even put into words. I’ve learned so much thanks to you and the content you’ve created, so thank you, thank thank you, thank you for sharing all of the wonderful variety of things over the years. Its been a privilege to see you grow and change and navigate life. So congratulation and Im looking forward to all of the changes awaiting in the future
I've only been here since the end of 2017. I was living undiagnosed with a chronic illness and I think subconsciously I was looking for someone to tell me that my body failing me wasn't the end of the world. (Massive shout out to Jessica Kellgren Fozard for also helping with this too!). I stuck around for your journey with UC and found your honesty so helpful. I then found all your Sex Ed content really interesting and stuck around for the long run. I even have you to thank for finding the perfect person to make my wedding dress! I ended up getting my dress from the same person who made yours because I hate shopping (and most fashions aren't made for my body) and when you described the process of getting your dress made I was like THAT I want THAT! I'm writing all this because I want to let you know that finding your channel has has a positive influence on multiple aspects of my life and I'm very grateful for it. Now it's exciting to see where this next chapter takes you and I'm really pleased you've made this decision, as it's clear you've put a lot of thought into it and it seems like a very healthy choice for you. You've created such an amazing body of work and that will always be there for the people who need it. So, thank you, and good luck with wherever this journey takes you!
I've been watching you since 2014 I think and now I'm 23 and am so grateful to have had your channel! I've learned so so much and I feel like I'm a better person now because of the things you have taught me. Thank you for your amazing work, and I'm so happy for you that you feel like you're ready to move onwards and upwards!
You’re always great at presenting in videos which definitely started with your eager enthusiasm to learn and share that knowledge, but seeing you in this video so excited for your next chapter i can see that your presenting had at least a little become just presenting and less enthusiastic. But in this video i think you’re the most ‘alive’ we’ve seen in a long time and so that makes this news good news instead of slightly disappointing news. In fact I think we can call it great news! You’ve achieved so much in the past 12 years and quite a lot in the past 5 that I’ve been watching, so I can only begin to imagine the amazingness that you will produce in the years to come whether we directly see the results or not. Fly little bird you are free!
So excited for you to begin your next leg of this journey! Seeing your youtube history has made me realise just how long I've followed your content (I think the collab era was more impactful on my current internet interests than I realised, I've been around in some capacity since probably 2013/14??). Super cool as always to hear about some of the 'behind the curtain' decisions and work that goes into all of this too. As a creative myself, knowing how much work and effort goes into things like this is so validating! Can't wait for whatever comes next, I know you'll smash it
Thank you for all of your hard work over the years Hannah. I found you through Leena and your more recent episodes of the hormone diaries were so helpful to me, we were TTC around the same time as you and Dan and I found so much comfort in seeing your journey. I’m so pleased to hear that you’re keeping the More Hannah channel going as your fashion content is *chefs kiss* but also happy that you’re moving in a direction that better aligns with what you want and need. All the best x
Congratulations! I joined in on the fun in your sloppy season. I wasn't watching TH-cam for a long time yet and saw you when you did a collab with Rose and Rosie. I've been following along ever since. I love your content especially when you nerd out about stuff. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and life with us for so long. Can't wait for all the celebratory content this month. Rest well lovely lady. Oh, that sounded like you just died lol. Don't do that! Enjoy your time off and the exploring to what is next. Lots of love, Marieke
Hi Hannah! I've been watching you for 10 years! It has been an honour and a pleasure. I am so grateful to have been a part of this community and to have learnt SO MUCH from you. I am so happy for you that you are taking this indefinite sabbatical! So cool and so wonderful to see you modelling this process of scaling down and doing whats best for you. Taking that's space, following your gut. It's so exciting and again so grateful to be on the journey following along with you. Started when I was 16, am now 26 eeeeeeee! 🥰😍🤩
Also I don't think I think of you as the 'sex' one as much as I think of you as a kinda random lovely Big sister on the internet. You know the same way your big sister- tells you about periods or her 1st relationships and takes u on her journeys with her hehehe kinda like that.
It's better to end a good thing when we want more of it than to keep a good thing going when we've had enough. May your next phase be your best phase. I've already subscribed to More Hannah to be sure of it.
Thank you for everything Hannah! I can't tell you how helpful/comforting/meaningful your channel and content has been to me over the years. I've been following you since I was around 14 and am now 23 and still learning from your recent videos/podcasts. Growing up with your content has helped me with so many challenges and I can't wait to see what you do next. Best wishes in everything you do!
As a subscriber of yours for 8(!?!?) years, I'm so excited for you!! This sounds like something you've been talking about needing for a while and it's inspiring to hear you identify your needs and make the concrete changes in your life to make it happen. Can't wait for the celebrations and I hope you and your family have a wonderful new year ❤
I started watching your channel probably in 2015 and looking back on the role your videos played in my life, it gives me big-sister-I-never-had vibes. A little bit of sex and relationships, discussing birth control, going out into the world, fashion, organization, it was like watching a big sister do it first. Your content filled some of those gaps. At one point you made a video going through your makeup bag and talking about moving toward cruelty free products. That really influenced me to start looking for better brands. You also challenged some internalized sexism I didn’t know I had. I’m 25 now and I love watching More Hannah. You’re so different from me and I really value the thoughtful perspective you bring to this bit of the internet. Keep doing you. 💚
I've been watching since 2014 🤯 and have loved watching your work develop, good for you for taking this step!! I also have to say, you talking about your work struggle after having all your health issues really hit home for me as I'm in a similar situation right now. I'm hoping there's change around the corner for me too, just hearing that one sentence made me feel less alone ❤
It was very interesting to learn more about the before I find that channel. I'm also very glad you make the choice you made about this channel. Took me time to realize, but in the last half year, I could feel it was a good way to go for you. I will miss the upload of new video here, but not as much as I will be glad to know you on other projects you are passion about
I would like to comment midway through watching the video to say how much I appreciate Hannah as a more casual viewer than maybe the patrons or the people here from day 1. I have also been a fan of TH-cam and its early-day vloggers, and though I never made a channel with my vlogs, I thought about it for YEARS and followed creators I liked through TH-cam's different eras. It's SO nostalgic to hear Hannah explain how she got to where she is now (thank you for this by the way, it's an incredibly interesting segment of the video) and though I was never a subscriber that watched every single video, every HW video I have watched, I have also loved. I am a big fan of the More Hannah channel which I would say I watch more than the main one, so I'm excited that it will stay up and continue to grow
Congratulations! I’m happy for you :-) Thank you for your input, and for sharing your help with other creators during Ali’s PTYA :) Keep being you! Take care. -Mike
Hannah, soooo sad😢 I wish you only the best!!! Have loved your videos❤❤❤ Loved your mama content as well! You've definitely inspired me!!!🎉🎉 Fabulous for you to take on a new opportunity & move on & grow!!! Seriously, will miss you & luv you!!! Only the BEST to come ❤❤❤
It's so cool to hear you're going sideways with your passions! Really understanding what your interests and drives are and not tying your identity to 'The Thing(TM)' seem key in avoiding burnout. I remember reading somewhere that having a 'mission statement' that represented your core and wasn't tied to a singular job role or title was a more fulfilling way to tackle life - you're a lovely example of that! All the best on your next journey.
Hannah! Your The Hormone Diaries series was super helpful and informative to me as a 17-18 year old a good ~7 years back. You helped me realize my deep interest and curiosity for the female reproductive system and the human body at the same time as informing me about myself and changes I was going through. I was lucky enough to go to my first ever gynecologist appointment and get my pap smear having been already well educated on the human body and options for birth control just from watching you and Lindsey Doe over at Sexplanations. Thank you for the years of education and open discussion about topics surrounding this typically taboo field. The Hormone Diaries will always be on me of my favorites that I return to! Cheers and good luck with your future endeavors!
Congratulations and thank you for the work you have done on this channel. I recommend it to people whenever I can because of how helpful it is. Thank you. I’m excited to catch up on videos when I’m able to. Thank you for the knowledge and confidence. Also thank you for having a super clear honest video about leaving. I’m making similar career moves in the oppposite direction and it was really cool to have someone to be excited with and have someone put my thoughts into words so clearly. I’m so proud of you. Best of luck and Happy Hanukkah.
Thank you for all the wonderful videos Hannah! Your videos have been such a good resource to pull information from in so many different areas and has been a huge support throughout my late teens-mid twenties. -When I was unsure if I wanted to get an IUD, I watched your hormone diaries episode and it gave me the courage to do it! You went into so much detail about the entire process, which was really reassuring. -Within the last three years, two of my family members have gotten stomas (genetic disorder). Your videos have helped me a lot in connecting with them, and coming to terms with the fact that I might also need one someday and being fully okay with that without feeling scared. -To add on top of that, your videos have been (and will continue to be) amongst the favourites that my partner and I enjoy watching and discussing together. They have brought out some really great conversations that I'm really grateful for. A big loud THANK YOU to you Hannah, and congratulations on taking this next step in your life and career.
I found your channel through your video about using a walking stick in public as a young person. I’d finally gotten a diagnosis for my own chronic health conditions at the end of 2017, and by early/mid-2018 I was exploring what it looked and felt like to give myself permission to use mobility aids in public. I’m not as young as you, but still far younger than most people who use a cane out in the wild, and hearing about your experiences really helped me feel less alone on the journey I was taking. So thank you for that. I’ll see you over on More Hannah. 🎉
Thanks so much for all the videos over the years. I started watching you in secondary school, and it's always felt like I was watching my big sister. I want to thank you in particular for your openness and honesty through all of it, especially your health problems, financials, pregnancy, motherhood, and now with this final decision. I find it's so rare in online creators, so thank you for voicing what the rest of us are thinking. Congratulations and all the fucking best on whatever you end up doing!!! You'll be brilliant and you'll be missed, thanks for everything❤❤❤
Hi Hannah i've been a silent viewer for years and years! I can't even begin to explain how much your videos shaped by understanding of sex and relationships as I was growing up - it brought me so much confidence in myself and helped me navigate those areas of my life. Massive congratulations to you and thank you for all you've done. I wish you well on this new and exciting chapter! x
I'm in a transition stage myself where I'm stepping away from my job that involved working what I'm passionate about into a new career. Similarly in the end it wasn't sustainable for me. I have the same fear about giving up part of my identity that I've nurtured so much over the years but I'm also really excited for the new things that are going to come. You got this! I think I'm speaking for many people if i say i mainly remember you as a very bubbly and outgoing person (and colorful - your channel is so full of colors, that's your real trademark!). Good luck, I'm excited to keep seeing you on your other channel😊
Jumping on the positivity train a bit late but THANK YOU Hannah and big congratulations on moving into your next chapter! So many of your videos on this channel have been instrumental in my education, development in academic interests, and personal identity exploration. Excited to follow your forthcoming (and much deserved) adventures 💖🥂
Hannah, I learned about you through your main channel first but this year I have only been watching content on your second channel. I love that side of you, where you share such a refreshing take on parenting, finances, lifestyle/time management, and fashion/sustainability!!! Hope to see more of that content and also encourage you taking a step back to process all of this and recalibrate. You have my continued support :)
I love love love the way you've taken this into your own hands with so much grace and confidence! I grew up with your content and I've always found your work so inspiring and comforting, so I'm very glad that More Hannah is continuing! But it feels so right that you're continuing to share on your own terms as your values and interests shift. Thank you so much for being here Hannah! I'm sure we're all looking forward to what's coming next xx
So proud of you! I remember being vaguely aware of you when i was at university, an occasional viewer, but i found your content an absolute godsend in 2018 as i went through a lot of the same experiences as you with a horrendous bout of UC. I found your disability content so incredibly helpful and hopeful when i was doing my best to fight against it and it very much helped me to accept my situation and eventually take the leap to get my stoma. Before making the decision to have the operation i was afraid, but your content gave me realistic expectations of what was to come, and I'm so so grateful for that. Seeing someone struggle, but also continue to have a fulfilling life (sexual and otherwise) was huge for me and it made the leap feel more like a hop, and my life has been changed for the better as a result. I'm sad that it's the end of an era, but I'm sure what comes next is going to help as many people as you have already and i know youre going to continue to do some great things! Keep up the good work, we're all rooting for you and can't wait for what's next!!
I think it's super fascinating to hear about why you've made this decision, a lot of influencers don't discuss the financial and work life balance impact the job has, it's just very glamorised! I've been watching you for so many years and I'm glad you're carrying on with more hannah 😊
As someone who grew up homeschooled without any health curriculum you helped me so much! Your open and honest relationships with your friends were a great model too. Been here since before the warehouse. So stoked for your next moves. Thanks for being you.
Omg I love the whole story bit.... I guess I have been with you and on TH-cam since the start, cause I remember those cooking videos and your collab with Sorted food and omg said youtuber getting stuck in Paris.... so much TH-cam History. Thank you for sharing amazing content over the years and good luck for your next chapter!
Truthfully, so happy for you Hannah! I’m just a couple of years younger than you and I’ve been watching you since *near* the beginning, so it’s been great to seemingly grow alongside you and your content, on both channels. I also wanted to say: you were never “just” the sex one, but moving away from sex ed content doesn’t mean losing that edge! I can imagine that over a decade of navigating production, sponsorship, etc. of media on taboo topics could be a big selling point as a project manager. Your skills are more than the subjects you apply them to! I’m excited to see whatever you do next! 💖
I'm so proud of you for taking this leap! I hope it will bring you everything you are hoping for. Thank you for everything you have done on this channel and I can't wait for the festivities and the More Hannah videos ❤ (If you go into the managing / scheduling / productivity work, I would LOVE to hear what you'll learn!!) x a fellow organisation nerd
Congratulations - I love seeing youtubers mature into different stages of their career! You had a great run and it will always be useful to have your content online :)
Was there at the legendary meetup, what a time it was!! 1989 is the soundtrack for that year to be sure. I can't believe how far we've all come... And I can't wait for the next chapter
HANNAH!!!! You were invaluable to me when I was first trying to understand my sexual identity and my relationships!! I have changed so much since those awkward teenage years! I've gone from a "straight cis boy" to a sapphic trans nonbinary girl!! I credit you with the impetus for my curiosities that have led me to where I am now!! YOU ARE AMAZING!!! 💖
I tell people all the time, "I'm a quitter. . . and I'm proud of it." I don't do things that aren't working for me just because it "seems" like I should. We're blessed to be allowed to change when change is needed, and good for you for daring to do it.
I have been following this channel since 2016 and you have helped me more than you will ever know. Thank you for what you do and have done here. I am happy for the moments you shared with the internet and me. So i am eternally thankful for you and I hope to hear a lot more when possible
I have never seen you as “the sex one” I have only known you as Hannah the cheerful, honest and inspiring young individual who just wants to help support people learn ❤❤
Agreed! and maybe a bit of "the one who loves the colour yellow" ;)
Same
Same
@@juliataylor7598 That was actually my first thought 😅
I thought of her as a very knowledgeable older sister type person. With info on many topics. I actually don’t have a stoma but that’s how I found Hannah. Hannah is/was always more than “just a sex educator” or “someone with a stoma”.
(I like to educate myself on medical conditions. Bit of a special interest of mine. I appreciate knowing how it works as I never outgrew my curiosity and if it’s been a better change for the person
Congratulations on making big moves! You’re going to be an amazing project manager and do fantastic things 🎉
I'm so happy and excited for you, Hannah! It's got to be so exciting to explore project management and behind-the-scenes work. That's why I feel so fortunate to be a producer for a TH-cam channel. I get to enjoy the perks of being part of a TH-cam channel without being the FACE of it.
That does sound dreamy!!
It was the same for me. I'm also 26 and found Hannah during my teenage years when I really needed her content. It's been wonderful to grow up with her
Same for me.
Ditto!
Best of luck and enjoy your rest!
thank you! it's so validating to hear from other people who's done big career shifts whether in content creation or elsewhere 💛💛
Wow, congratulations!
From a purely selfish perspective - I'm so happy the More Hannah channel is going to continue. 💛 You're of course free to disappear completely from the public space but I'm glad for now you're not doing that and I can look forward to more from you (of whatever you wish to). 💛
Where did you find whats gonna happen ?? Im really curious
@@marishasmid In Hannah's newsletter. 🙂 Plus her (open) blog post on Patreon. God, I hope I'm not messing it up by mentioning it here.
nope you're not messing anything up!
Same! I love the More Hannah channel!
Me too! I kinda felt your enthusiasm had wained for the sex content.
👍👍 "Go big _and_ go home", I love that 😃!
Also:
"Don't give me caffeine" noises, for the highlights 😄
Aw thank you! And congrats to you too!
I remember Michael Aranda being stranded in Paris! Holy moly! Im actually really excited for you Hannah, cant wait to see what's to come for you
(Also, I‘m glad you‘re not disappearing altogether because your parasocial presence in my life lights up bright as well as darker days.)
Thank you for everything you share with us - and for generally just being and then being such an inspiration, too!
thank you for everything that you’ve done on this channel! it’s been such a fantastic resource and kept me open minded, especially coming from a christian/purity culture background. so excited that you are filling your cup and taking a big breath 🥰 cheers! ps- selfishly so excited you’re continuing with more hannah 🎉
Congratulations Hannah!! Excited to see how you'll flourish in this new adventure ☺️
And thank you so much for those years of content 🩵
I MISS THAT WAREHOUSE GREAT HUNGOVER TIMES THERE
Omggg this video is so amazing!!!!
u flashing the Grand Canyon haha

omg I’ll hire u
Here, there, and everywhere. Knowing full well what is secure and what isn't secure.
Not the full 12 years, I don't remember seeing the kitchen videos :P
You've been a really cool youtuber to watch in these years.
Thank you Hannah. You will be missed and are awesome!!!! You be you!!!!
Hannah, you've given us so much. Thankyou. I'm a 19 year old and you've helped me through my teenage years understand the world.
I’m so beyond proud of/excited FOR you, Witton! 🥹😍❤️ xxx
Have loved your videos❤❤❤
Loved your mama content as well! You've definitely inspired me!!!🎉🎉
Fabulous for you to take on a new opportunity & move on & grow!!!
Loved the little section about your whole youtube history!! Been here since the warehouse era ❤
So rooting for you, Hannah! How wonderful, how exciting!
Congratulations and thank you 💫
I found your channel through your video about using a walking stick in public as a young person. 🎉
This sent me on memories. I was there back at gatherings in 2008 and it is really impossible to convey to other people what it was like.
I feel I've been on this 12 year journey with you Hannah, and I'm very happy and excited about your next chapter.
Kelly!! 💛💛💛
Thank you! Best of luck to you going forward on your other avenues as well.
Oh my God. I hadn't realized how long I've been following you until you started sharing you story.
Thank you for all the videos Hannah 💜
I believe i have been watching your content since 2017 or so. Thank you for uploading so much of yourself. I am excited for your next chapter.
Congrats 🎉 Thank you for all the education and I look forward to seeing what you do next.
cannot believe it's been 12 years. Thanks for all you have done for the community!
So happy you are feeling happy about this change! I hope there will be an encore Hormone Diaries many years in the future around menopause!
I tell people all the time, "I'm a quitter. . . and I'm proud of it." I don't do things that aren't working for me just because it "seems" like I should. We're blessed to be allowed to change when change is needed, and good for you for daring to do it.
I’ve been watching since 2014 and you and Leena are the only creators I still watch regularly so I’m really glad More Hannah is staying!
I found you randomly in early 2013 whilst hungover in my first year uni room, you popped up on my homepage and you've been in my sub box ever since!
I have been following this channel since 2016 and you have helped me more than you will ever know. Thank you for what you do and have done here. I am happy for the moments you shared with the internet and me. So
i am eternally thankful for you and I hope to hear a lot more when possible
Wow! Thank you for sharing in depth
I'm not a regular viewer of this channel, but love the More Hannah channel, so I'm glad to hear you will over there. This is very exciting :D
