    Here is a recipe for how to make collard greens from our own Deborah. Thank you Deb for a beautiful job on the video.
    Ingredients:
    2 bundles collard greens cleaned and stemmed (shown in video)
    1 packet of salt pork
    bacon fat or oil of your choice
    1 jalapeno
    okra (optional)
    crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
    salt
    black pepper (optional)

    This was a must every Sunday at my grandma house, You only need FATBACK or BUTT meat on a high heat burner and NEVER any water, You got to stand there and stir them
