The more I listen to this album the more I love it. They didn't go safe and they nailed it. You have Game Over and Mattel being the A7X you know and love. Then they throw this and Cosmic at you. Album is amazing. Still love G.O.D.

What's amazing lyrically is you can already here the crowd chanting the " more " parts live. Tying into the idea of people demanding more and more in the song, whilst also having a live crowd chant more over and over to a Sevenfold. As though it will never be enough and the band doesn't matter. Adding an extra layer or realism to this song. Musical genius.

You know Daniel, I don't know how old you are but you really broke some things down very well. I've been listening and reading comments of all the songs but most commented on the album and the band itself. While mind you there are always gonna be those that ( and I'll say it, not scared one bit ) aren't smart enough to understand how to play and instrument, write a song or release it on a major label, but they think they are genius's and can critique someone that can and does all those things. Just because you may be a fan, or listen to a lot of music doesn't make you heard voice and opinion mean a thing at the end of the day. You have the right to say anything and that is proven hear on the net, but your ignorance shows right thru your words, sentences and droll explanation of why you don't understand music. Because music is art. It's subjective, it's personal, it's a form of life experiences and because your not on a higher plane don't begin to explain how you think it sucks or not the musicians best work, or this band is better than that band. Because if they were sit back and think for themselves of themselves, their self exploration would lead them to realize they know little about life, they have done nothing with their own lives and couldn't do a Sixteenth of what this band has done. So really they themselves suck. What have they done in any aspect of life? But they have the right to say what they want right. It helps us that do know what is going on know who the thinning of the heard will be. So Daniel, you may not have entirely thought as much as I, but you are smarter than you may think. Let those others melt in their own misery and enjoy art as art was intented, with an open mind, an open third eye. Be at Peace ☮️ my friend.

Thank you for this: There are parts I couldn't understand, it makes even more sense now. I know they meant one of two things but not which: Either ironically how the consumption based system loves its slob consumers, or how the gods would still love the people of this world despite all the shit they died doing until the end... the ending makes me think it mean the later, fun to toy with either interpretation.

Probably the best song off of this brilliant album.
I think it’s about unhealthy expectations and corruption of a product, property, or franchise and the people who made it by a company or fans.
Like, when they say “Your one in a million and you know, it shows we love you.”, it’s basically the company and fans saying, ‘we like what you produce’, but then tell them, ‘more power, more pace, build tall, build higher, etc.’, telling them to ‘do better’ with unrealistic expectations towards a product rather than a group of people.
Even though the lyrics in between the chorus ‘The ‘more and build stuff’’ may not be everybody’s cup of tea, I think it’s brilliant and probably one of the most creative uses of ‘non’-sounding lyrics I’ve ever seen. Like, when you sing those lyrics you realize ‘Wait, I’m a fan and am saying what the *company* would say to them’. I think it’s smart.
It’s overall an amazing song. The distortion at the start shows not only the sheer craziness of it all, but also the façade people would take to lull creators of such thing like music into a false sense of security, that they actually respect them, only to say, ‘ A failure here is a failure earned’, that when those expectations aren’t fulfilled, they’ll be considered a failure and tossed aside, only to be replaced by one who becomes a slave to those said expectations.
The end is a bit beautiful. It sound like something from what the people who actually really love and care about this said brand or product and the people who made it, show that ‘We love you.’
Oh, and the synth passage is lit 🔥.
9-10/10 for me.

As a fan of A7X since Waking the Fallen, I hear echoes of every album in this song. Everyone interprets music differently, the way I see it, this is a love letter to hardcore fans as much as an art piece. It also highlights the madness of humanity, the drive to always want more, and more, eventually leading to the ultimate destruction of oneself and/or civilization.

When I first listened to this song I couldn't believe it was actually the song. I thought it was an edit of various songs on LIBAD. It's erratic. It's progressive. It's explosive. It's something I wasn't expecting from the band. But it's perfect. Thank you guys, glad you're back in such a great shape!

Dude the title of the song makes total sense 'cause as a fan i felt the love they have towards us with this track and this is absolutely dope
The "we love you" is what our overlords tell us while they squeeze us for every drop of energy and dollar they can get out of us to build their vision of the future
if you think about the whole lyrics, you'll see the "more x" and "build x", obviously relating to the higher ups. they love the consumer. "youre one in a million" is a way to say youre special, which the higher ups could say to coerce you into actually thinking that, meanwhile they just want your money for power etc.
Really guys? How am I supposed to get to sleep if I can't stop listening to this song. My wife and I have been getting into A7X like the old days and I just feel unworthy of this song. I'm so engrossed. Can't wait to see this live. ❤

@@Chrishrv the stage wasn't bad, though i do get where you are coming from it took me an extra or two listen to warm up to it myself. i agree this album is definitely gonna be very experimental and probably won't make most old school fans happy but if this is where they want to take their sound then i say they should go for it. it isn't exactly my taste either but i mean all the people in the comments seem to like it so maybe it'll be their new best seller.

I can feel the Mr Bungle influence here, it doesn't sound like Mr Bungle but definitely this is the legacy they bring to music
I'm not hating on this one, atleast they arent shy of showing their Bungle inspiration, however there's a band who did this kind of stuff better and that's Dog Fashion Disco. If you heard Dog fashion Disco you can tell they did the bungle sound right.
