Thank you for this video. I made my own theme but I didn't know how to save it and after I changed to another it was gone. I hope that software developers sometime in the next 10 years will wake up again and stop making the users to re-learn and customize everything.
I'm not too sure. Have you made sure to save your user preferences? Also make sure that you're looking in the correct folder related to your blender version. For example if you're on 2.80 then your file path will look like \Blender Foundation\Blender\2.80\scripts\presets\interface_theme
