    They sure look and fit a lot better than the headers did. They resemble headers they almost have tubes like headers, just shorter. The collector looks as big as a long tube header does. Can't wait to hear it run!

    My project is the same as yours 1968 SS/RS LSX 376, I noticed your Intake manifold with throttle body and a cut out on hood. I have the original SS hood and thought that the Holly Elbow with throttle body would work. My eyes are open with your project.

    Watching your project video again and giving me ideas for my project, just curious why you didn’t just buy a small block motor frame mount for Passenger side raising you up a 1/2 inch without the Hooker manifold grinding at the upper A-Arm. I’ve had all my Very Hot parts coated with ( Jet Hot ) and they have a business in Oklahoma. Go with the 2500 degree coating. I’m still undecided on that single turbo manifold by Hooker and considering the Summit Turbo Intake wondering if this would be better than the Hooker manifold. Great Project.!

      Hay thanks for watching, didn't think about the small block mount. I have ran both big and small blocks in the car but your right. I have absolutely no complaints about the hookers manifolds just plan on running a T6 turbo and you won't have any back pressure problems. I happy with them and make it so much easier to work around.

      I’ve had issues with parts also as you have. What do you think about a double turbo using headers forward? You think to cram my?Thanks

    Hi Brad, thanks for getting back to me much appreciated. I’m considering a single turbo but considering a double turbo using the (Speed Zone) 3 Vband LS1 LSX Twin turbo manifold header, you think it’s better with a single turbo for 1000hp? Thanks

    • @bradfabgarage3706
      @bradfabgarage3706  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Id say single , 1000hp is pretty easy to get to

    I have the original air conditioner stuff out of the car trying to decide if it will be obsolete adding a turbo. I would like to keep the original air conditioner for my 1968 Camaro, what you think, will this be a problem on the passenger side for turbo header room? Thanks

      I bet you could make it work with the hooker manofilds, I plan to adding ac to mine were the tensioner is at.

    I’m looking to see if I can get them to fit a 65 cutlass. I need to find out the width difference between a F body and A body.

    • @bradfabgarage3706

      You can find the dimensions of the manifolds on a ls block on the Holley website and see if it fits in your chassis.

      @@bradfabgarage3706 thanks. I found the width difference. I have a Huron speed kit sitting the box but I got the truck t4 kit and the waste gate mount hits the control arm. Might see if I can get it moved and welded

      Ok now I have to find out about the driver side. I guess the truck manifolds don’t fit my car. So I need to see how tight does the v band sit to the block.
