@@AnyoneCanCookwithDrAlisha I must say, I’m so glad, this is the very first time, I tried making banana loafs, it came out to be really nice, smells pretty good, very soft, fluffy and little of spongy and light weight as well. I find it to be of really good texture also, i cudnt eat it as of now but I’m pretty hopeful for its taste too, would love to share complete feedback soon.
Though I made mini banana loafs, not exactly in loaf mould as I didn’t had and baked it in cooker too instead of kdahi due to any kind of air passage.

No yeast in cake? Who uses yeast to make cakes? Never heard of it. Mostly baking powder and baking soda is used. Yeast is used for making breads, pizza bases like things.

It was complete flop earlier i tried bread with yeast kneed method it was perfect market bread but it came out aprart
Walnut is great. But chocolate chips sprinkled on top is just fine. Otherwise dark chocolate will overpower taste of banana bread. I've tried this before. Too much chocolate kills other flavors
