i tried the recipe this morning , it was good with regards to taste, but i wish the cake could have risen more and being more fluffy. i made it in microwave mode, was that ok? or i should have baked it in convection mode. kindly tell the difference between both modes w.r.t making cake.

@@ishitathakur7305try it in convection mode apply same settings and keep the cake mould inside the microwave in a rack,grill rack if u have so that it will mimic oven. Otherwise the lower end will be greasy
Kunal sir can you please suggest If it's okay to bake it in the microwave and if yes please tell the time settings for the microwave to bake banana cake !
