Ron, it's just a step for a stepper. You turned your Alaskan dream into a reality. You acted and you made it up there! I'm 50, stuck in Texas and wondering if I'll ever make it to Alaska. But your videos have inspired me. And honestly I don't believe your Alaskan adventure is over yet. Best wishes to you!
You have a great point! There are so many dreamers who never (take/recognize/get/see) the opportunity to make their dream a reality. I'm 47, and I am on the cusp of realizing my dream now. Sometimes, if we don't do it now, we never get the chance. I'm pulling for you! -Dusty
@@zonaholsters802 Nice to meet ya! I think there should be a support group for people like us. I already know a few others! I've been waiting close to 15 years. How about you? Thanks for subscribing, btw, much appreciated! -Dusty
So sad to hear about this. You sure seem to be such a decent guy with a plan you laid out and followed. That is giving it all the best, and no one can do more than that. Take care of your self the best you can and be with your closest. Thank you for sharing your struggles.
My thoughts and prayers are with you Ron! I know your family will give you the support you need when you get back home! Prayers for traveling mercies and much more!
I'm so sorry to hear Ron. However, I have the same feeling about not fighting it. I do wish you the best and you are in my prayers. If you want to stop by and see my place before you head out, let me know.
Ron I am so proud of you. You had a dream and you followed it. You made it a reality. You are the only person I know that actually made your dream come true even if it was for a little while. You showed a lot of people that it can be done. Keep safe we love the videos. I'm living a dream through you
God bless you friend, may we all end up in the joyful light of the Lord, endure and rejoice in the short time we are given here with the best of memories with friends, family, and journeys of this life...Keep the faith!❤❤❤
So sorry to hear this Ron. You are a real Alaskan Man in my view. I wish you the best and hope you can be with your family soon. If you come to Kenai before you leave let me know.
Hi Ron. I'm new here, I don't know any of your story other than this video. I want you to know that you will be in my thoughts and prayers. May your journey home be filled with joy and happiness. God Bless, my friend. -Dusty
So sorry to hear of your misfortune and evident issues. I know you were excited about pursuing that dream and believe me. I was really looking forward to watching it unfold. Evidently greater power had other plans. I’ve always wanted to go to Alaska. I don’t know how much property you bought or where exactly it’s at, but I’m sure it would’ve been wonderful living up there hunting and fishing and possibly trapping. Again, very sorry to hear of this. Hit me up when you’re home. Safe travels.
I am in a place between Willow and Talkeetna, the people who hunt moose here do it right in our neighborhood, and even in there own yards, high moose population here, and black bear.
@@Krazyhunter that sounds amazing. I don’t know how you found the place or how many acres it was but it sounds amazing. I admire you for taking the leap and going out there and at least trying to do something. Most of us. Hunters in this area will never do. Safe travels, my friend.
I am so sorry, but we will pray for you. I will say, that if you do not personally know Jesus Christ, Please look into it. Living for Him is the best thing I have ever done, and I can say that He healed me when I was younger, and life is so much better knowing Him. Hugs man!

I’m in the same boat. 47 years old with the dream of calling Alaska home. The dream doesn’t go unrecognized.

@krazyhunter I've heard the same about the carnivore diet. Basically you're starving the cancer of sugar. It's worth a try!
Sorry you have to postpone your dream.
