I finally got a job on a ship, I start as a cook on a ship on the great lakes next month.
So proud of you. Your decision to leave your old situation and create a new, safer, enriching life. I still recall the story of flying out of state, then walking in a snowstorm to interview for a job. Along with how much fun you had on your first ship or two in the cruise industry. What a journey you've had so far.
Dude this is awesome! My housemate is a retired merchant marine (Af-American like you). i shared your channel with him. im a retired lawyer but i like blogs like this to see different kinds of life. you seem very chill 👌
I like the raw and uncut videos, just working on the ship so I can know what to expect.
Bro you definitely inspired me to start making videos of me out here too. I just thought nobody would even be all that interested but shit after watching yours and posting me out here doing the job I realized how wrong I was haha
Thank you so much ❤️ knowledge is power now I know how to maneuver on these ships coming from a former air force veteran
I've used LAVA for years! I love the stuff. It cleans a workin man's hands! Stay good Tr3!
Haven't checked to see how you've been doing in awhile. I'm glad your doing well. I hope you've been to some new and interesting ports.
When I was underway with the Navy I'd bring a big jar of garlic powder, furikake(rice seasoning), and some friend onions to add a little bit of flavor to the food they be feeding us, see if that'd help you out next time you're out there. Also, a whole pack of indomie instant noodles, it comes with its own oil and seasoning, and a lot of instant noodles taste plain because it's missing oil/fat to bring the flavors together.
I fw the raw footage, i stay learnin.
Interesting. I have never watched anything like your videos but you came up in my feed. New sub.👋🏽
Great stuff tr3, thank you ❤
Love your videos bro keep going I’m trying to be on a ship by the end of the summer
I really did look into life as a Merchant Marine. I think that more people should look into your Career.
Love ur content champ, seriously
I just subscribed, your job is so interesting!!! Shout out from near Atlanta!
Thanks for the great video. I have been curious about the food on the ships.
Deck's fine. No night watch until we're in port
Thank you for your videos. Can explain a bit more in one of your videos the difference between "housepiping" (?) vs Academy...can one become an officer without an Academy?
Interesting. Good luck with your channel and eryrthing else. I subbed.
