Thank you for this video! I am planning on purchasing this with a Kabar Short to put on a Drop Leg, and with this, it'll be so much easier and much more tactical to work things. Thank you for your advice!!
Im not LEO or a duty belt owner but o definitely could've made this video and got its point across in under a minute also they give you those spacers for a reason they are to keep stress off of the lock and the pivot as a guy that had 2 knock off teklocks i can tell you that's going to be a failure point eventually even though the real thing is made much better
Great idea on inverting the tek lok. Going to do it with my tazer holster. However I couldn't help but to admire the mag handcuff holder. Where could I find one or two of those? Lol
They make a 90 degree slotted screwdriver that would maneuver the magazine pouch so you could tighten it without having to use your finger to secure it. But using lock tight would definitely assist in mitigating the screw from loosing without the assistance of the 90 degree screwdriver.
@@south.actual not sure how you’re able to hold a dime….? Use your fingers. If that doesn’t work, there is a tool called a “chicago screw” tool that may work. Depend on which screw the OP was referring to as “spinning.”
@@CDCLLC ... Do you know how to read? You can't even make a TH-cam video so I doubt your reading skills. You can not hold any type of coin inside of a holster to remove a screw. There are tools and you should recommend them instead of giving stupid advice from your garage.
This makes life so much easier. We have modified all of our holsters and mag carriers to this set up.
You had mentioned this tip in class. Thanks for the reminder video. Great idea; much more convenient. 👍
Glad it was helpful!

I thought it looked upside down. I do not know why they did not make it that way in the first place. Great idea!
Thanks for watching!
I just got mine delivered today and found it wrks better turned upside down!

I don't remember where I got this anymore. I found this similar product here: www.cobraconcealment.com/products/double-mag-plus-handcuff-case-combo
@@CDCLLC Thanks.
Makes sense! Thanks and Blessings!

Great hack. Thanks for posting this!
My pleasure. Hope it helps you.
Good luck trying to remove those screws in the future with "Loctite" applied!
Not planning to remove them. These screws have backed out on gear while worn on duty.
What if your cuff pouch called and where is it from
It's from Omega Holsters: omegaholsters.com/dual-pistol-magazine-single-handcuff-carrier-combo/
You had it up side down from the get go, silly
Haha No…. This flips it upside down from how it comes from the factory.
@@CDCLLC OK so how long did it take you to figure out they put it on upside down
I cannot even remove the screw as the nut on the back turns with it.
See if you can get a dime in there to hold the slots to that screw (I think it’s a “chicago screw”
This hasn't helped at all. Not sure how you're able to hold a dime inside of a holster.

I used a butter knife. Lol
