A company sells them for 12 shipped with hardware, and the screws and posts are backwards. Posts should be on the tek lok and the screws should be contacting the holster. Preferably with eyelets or substituting truss head screws.

Critique: I wish you had "practiced" so that you could open and close your Tek-Loc with ease and not struggle with the movable shims. When you demonstrate the use of anything, you want to appear competent. That would also allow you to shorten the video. Once you made the video, you should have reviewed and then made a revised one. Far too many who post a TH-cam video just don't practice and review.
I prefer the "real" thing. If it is all too smooth and the viewers experiences problems which they did not see in your video they might think they did wrong. Well done Sir. It was very helpful for me since I no no idea how to use it. Thanks a lot.

No mater how thick your belt is these clips just slide when you try and pull the knife out
There are some small sides you can insert to help with that or perhaps bulk the belt with something just to hold it
