I love the round slide nibbi carbies provided you use the nibbi guidelines about carbie size to engine size. Having said that the carburetor in this video looks remarkably like an OKO carbie 🤔

Hello! I've bought PE26 for my yamaha DT125 and jetted it to 30/135. It runs good, but when I set the air/fuel ratio it is either very stong on low RPM and weak on high RPM when I give it more air, or strong on high RPM and weak on low when I give it more fuel. Any ideas what should I do? Maybe a diffirent carb like PE28 or PWK26?

Can any Carb gurus help me answer a question? Recently, when I turn on the gas valve on my bike, fuel constantly flows out of the overflow and flows out of the intake. I believe its a problem with the float but haven’t had the time to take it apart and mess with it yet. It used to do that sometimes and shaking the bike would fix it. Now the ole shake method doesnt work and its constantly dumping fuel. Any tips or suggestions on what It could be?
Hi, please check if there is anything blocking the needle valve. We suggest taking and float chamber off for cleaning to see if it overflows again. I hope this helps, thanks! :)
@@nibbiracingusa turns out gas was seeping into one side of the float. took it apart and half the float was filled with gas. I'm pretty sure that doesn't happen very often. kinda crazy!
Allways check your purchased engine parts. Manufacturers supply a standard setting in all means. I upgraded my little 50cc two stroke to 74cc. Admission and Exhaust timings were not so good, transfers not fully open, piston ring gap too small and compression Ratio very high maintaining a reasonable squish. So, talking back about Carburators, it´s very important start with rich and go back step by step because lean kills the engine. So in my case, because of a high compress burning, i go with higher Octane and i mix 20% Ethanol. For that i need special bigger jets. Ethanol does not need more air then gasoline, it transfers Oxygen molekules. So, no bigger carburator diameter is needed, only bigger jetting. Just allways check what you got supplied and the settings for your needs. Cheers dude.
Yes! They're different in the throttle valve. The Nibbi PE carbs have a round slide design, while the PWK carbs have a semi-flat (D) throttle valve. I hope this helps, thanks. :)
Yes, I believe the PWK38 could be compatible with the 400cc 4-stroke engine. Kindly head to the site to learn more about the specifications of the carb. I hope this helps, thanks! :)
Whne connecting the carb to the bike with the boot do u need a o-ring? I have a pwk 24mm hooked up to my predator 212 and i cant seem to get it to run correct. The carb be cold to the touch after it euns for a while and once the bike starts it bogs when i give it gas and almost shuts off during take off. I need help
Hi there, thanks for getting in touch and we're sorry for this issue. To get Nibbi carbs to fit on your Predator 212, you may need the specific manifold, and for the model of carb, we'd like to recommend the PE24FL/PE26FL carb. I hope this helps, thanks!! :)
yep thats what my pwk does on my predator 212, every damn time its high idle on choke then dies off choke. but the pe runs fine. whats up with this? i swear these pwks dont work on 4 stroke predators.. dont know how anyone runs em

@NIBBI Racing I should have been more specific. An intake manifold not the carb. Was thinking of getting the carb but can't find an intake manifold that would fit.
@@facepalm015 Hi, the outer diameter of the intake side for this PWK24 carb is 35mm, you can get the manifold in this size. I hope this helps, thanks again! :)
Power jet, they suck at explaining. When theres enough vacuum from full throttle fuel will get sucked up the hose going down the jet mixing with the air rushing into the carb. This means better atomisation and higher fuel content in the chamber plus more air so engine makes more power
Hi there, is the stock engine of your CB250 bike a parallel twin one? If so, you may need to confirm with the manufacturer if it needs to be modified since this carb can fit on most single-cylinder engines, not the twin. I hope this helps, thanks again! :)

Gotta love how they mis label the "choke" too
It's an enrichment circuit (allows more fuel in, instead of choking off air)

Where do you install the vacuum for the fuel cock?
Right?!? I just bought one but don’t know what cables go to what lol
I don’t want oil in my carb….Just saying
I saw that too, might be problematic
Translation issue, lots of Chinese carbs say oil instead
I mean if it's a 2stroke then yes but not a lot lol
dp you sell the pwk jet kits? i see just pe and the pwn jets

Do you refer to the power jet on the PWK?

Yes, tuned for general, and also jetting needed when installing on your bike.
