The debris flapper on my 2011 came off and would partially block the fill neck kicking the pump off. So damn annoying. Looks like yours is off also when looking at 8:16 on the video. Could be wrong though.

This 2008 doesn’t have the flapper where the nozzle goes in
Need to check the purge valve to make sure it is opening and closing
I bet the gastank vent valve was stuck shut it should be open when key off
Vent lines above the gas tank ended up being clogged with charcoal pellets.
