Only issue with this is keeping the same power levels between fights. It has been stated several times that Saiyans get a lot stronger with each fight, basically being a multiplier. So Gohan being the same power level for like 3 movies is absurd. Other than that, it was nice to see this perspective!

Cooler is not significantly weaker than Frieza. He felt Goku's base power at higher than Frieza, and was still confident he could beat him without transforming.

Gonna disagree with you on Goku not getting a Zenkai boost after the Sayian Arc. Him not being able to access higher levels of Kai-Ken just means a higher level like 5x isn't achievable at his current level of power. Goku can increase in power, but that boost in power can also be low enough that he can't go any higher. For all we know, even if Goku went above 10000 it might not make him strong enough to use a higher level of KK. We don't know what the power thresholds are.
I always considered techniques, moves, and animation style to measure power levels; therefore, the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th power levels don't go beyond Saiyan Saga. Turles = Wheelo = Lord Slug = Raw Vegeta or slightly above him. Esp. Goku relies on Kaioken, but he still hasn't gotten his Namek Saga level, in which Kaioken is not only less taxing for his body, but he doesn't need to use it as his regular power. In those first movies, he acts as if basic Kaioken was taxing him very much. So your estimations are wrong. I could agree that Turles gained enormous power up from eating the fruit because Goku required Earth sized Genki Dama to defeat him and Vegeta took much weaker Genki Dama ball.
nothing shows how bullshit power levels are quite like earlier fights being close with discrepancies of a few thousand, and then later fights being the same despite literal billions of level differences. I guess if you want to give benefit of the doubt power levels have incredibly diminished returns after a while
Unpopular opinion: the base form of the saiyans is at most 2-4 times stronger than Tien and Krillin before Super, after the whole God Ki absorption shenanigans its hard to quantify, but the fact that Tien was not instantly vaporised by Gohans jackhammer and Krillin didnt instantly die when punched by Goku is consistent throughout the power gap of the base. What we do know for sure is that base Gohan is stronger than 50% Freeza in the Buu Saga by a very large margin as shown it takes a single punch to kill him in Fusion Reborn, if we lowball Gohan to being just as weak in the TOP training arc we can conclude that Tien not being vaporised by a Gohan that does not know how to hold back all that well places him in the ball park of the tens of millions powerlevel, similar situation with Krillin. Im not sure if they could defeat 100% Namek Freeza from a pure power perspective (with techniques they can), but I am pretty sure the feats they show and the hits they can tank are pretty much similar to a 50% Freeza from a raw power perspective, while having a clear advantage in Ki control and martial arts.

In order for a Saiyan to receive a Zenkai boost, he must RECOVER or be HEALED from near death. After Dodoria nearly killed Bardock, Bardock NEVER healed or recovered from the damage he sustained. He went straight to Planet Vegeta to warn the Saiyans about Frieza. And Bardock was so injured, he was staggering and falling down the entire time he was there. And when the Saiyans didn't believe him, he dug deep and used what little strength he had left to fly into space and confront Frieza alone. So at what point would Bardock have gotten a Zenkai boost? In fact, he would've been WEAKER than the 10,000 power level you initially gave him due to the battle damage he sustained from Dodoria.
I don't think it makes much sense to say that the characters have the same power levels in the anime and in the movies, the movies always took place in their own parallel universe, or at least that's what the creators say, but if you want to do it that way, yes everything makes a lot of sense, except for Tapion's power level, how can he have 500 if he cut Hildergard in half in a flashback, I mean he could have been made weaker by containing Hildergard but I don't think he has only 500

You're scaling ss3 Gotenks way way too low, and by extention Gohan as well. I'm with you, putting ss3 Goku at 200 billion, but ss1 Gotenks before his hyperbolic time chamber boost should be as strong or stronger than ss3 Goku, due to Goku being confident that they could beat Majin buu. If we take what the boys say at face value in the time chamber, they improved their power so much that they thought they could fight majin buu in their base form, not their super saiyan form. So so ss1 Gotenks is somewhere between twice as strong to 50 times as strong as ss3 Goku, depending on how full of shit they were. Then, we get a x8 ontop of that for ss3. Meaning ss3 Gotenks at the time of movie 13 should have a PL between 3,2 trillion and 80 trillion. Gohan should at the very least be twice that, at somewhere between 6,4 trillion and 160 trillion. The buu saga powerlevels went crazy, normal super saiyan transformations just did not cut it against the super buu's. (Yes, that makes movie 13 make no sense, but that's normal for movies)

Goku's base is 6 million in the cooler movie? Namek - end Goku's base is just 3 million though, how did you get 6 million? We never get any indication of Goku's PL after mecha frieza, are you assuming zenkai boost of x2 after the frieza saga? Also, Final form frieza base and supressed was 4 million, wasn't it? or was it 3 million? Anyway, it certainly was not his 100% full power, and there is no reason to think that Cooler isn't supressing his final/true form base power like frieza anyway.

That said, I'm sure we're supposed to think of him as being stronger than ever before, but that line of thinking is what makes King Cold an enigma. Mecha Frieza could be at 5-6 million+, stronger than his baseline final form and still consider himself "stronger" and nothing will be contradicted as Frieza would still be far more than any of the z fighters present could handle, be far weaker than a relatively weak ss in the form of Trunks, and a not much improved ss Goku could effortlessly block Trunk's attacks as a super saiyan. I personally like that angle more, as it seems wrong that Trunks as a super saiyan could approach the power level Goku displayed on Namek, considering the effort Goku put in to be as strong as he was.

I believe in Super Hero movie Piccolo does say that becoming bigger does not increase his power so yes that would be true. Also for Super's movies I wouldn't use the anime or manga power scaling and just treat the movies as separate. Also maybe to take the Super power levels you could divide everything by a factor of 1 million just to make the math easier since the numbers are so large
