I understand people not choosing Ki as a power system for a few reasons, but the first is we see how humans are sidelined in Dragon Ball. Even the strongest humans are fodder to the non-humans. The next big reason is versatility. Some people might love being basically a superhero by getting ki in our world, but it's not super practical outside of fighting. The third big reason is the training you have to put in to accomplish any of these techniques. You have to constantly work out to keep your ki strong when you compare that to some other power systems you won't have to work nearly as hard to achieve some of the same everyday useful techniques like teleportation or flight. Goku had to endure training that would kill a normal human to shoot a beam of energy out of his hand while literal human children are creating clones and using the body flicker to psudo teleport in Naruto. The training the average ninja goes through in that verse is about as difficult as normal military training in our world. The power system is weaker, but it's both easier to accomplish and more useful in real life. Most other examples are the same way. We can't be bothered to work out every single day to use Ki if we have the option to use something else that's just easier to use.
Magic is the usage of ki in a very complex way think regular ki usage as jujutsu kaisen’s curse techniques of cleave and dismantle wall magic is jujutsu kaisen’s curse techniques of limitless
Exactlly first time someone agree with me on this since alot of hxh are like too proud of their anime to think that everything is original in thier favorite anime Ki system is baisaclly nen but you can learn and master all categories 100/100 if you have enough time to train for it
@@MohamedDekkal-yy3uhjust a detail Most anime power systems are ki but with either more rules or more drawbacks Like due to the fact that a lot of modern anime where inspired by dragonball
While nen is restricted a lot more than Ki, its still not easy. Like are people forgetting that it took years of grueling training to achive what people were doing in DB let alone Z or Super. Again, not saying nen is the better choice but I feel like I would be able to have more fun with nen then whatever I could manage to make with Ki.
@matijasostojic4288 but you could also just be born with it like broly piccolo jr freza or cell and just be a master at it so it's not all training depending on your race
@jeremyhall2727 no it isn't. A basic ki blast is the ki equivalent of punching someone, a random ki barrage is the ki equivalent of swinging your arms around wildly. To compare that to a kamehameha is like comparing a series limpwristed of slaps to a roundhouse kick. Not too mentioned shit like yakon eating light. It's not a technique, it's literally just his species having evolved to consume energy including light, it's just a diet.

6:02 Fun fact about the Death Beam: if you aren’t at least somewhat on par with Frieza while he shoots a death beam, it appears to move instantly, making it look less like a beam and more like his other psychic powers.
also when you say that super retconned the spirit bomb, that's not necessarily true. when goku used it against frieza we see the z fighters there run away to avoid the impact, i think that in general it can hurt anyone, but it completely destroys someone who is evil
I not sure if you mentioned this but the Ki-ai is like my favorite technique for the ki user shoots out invisible key to knock back their opponents. He used it, in his base form against Burter and Jiece, as super Saiyan against Frieza and as a super Saiyan 4 against baby
look.... i am SO GLAD the kaioken is so high up in the list, id be mad if wasnt in the top 3 at least. i bet that there could be a way to slowly dominate the technique and improve it to get higher multilpliers without causing as much harm. like in 3d development there is two types of coding that people usually do when programming graphics. first is senting the faces of the model one my one to render, or group them all together and send at once so you dont suffer with the delay between cpu and gpu as much and the program runs way faster. minecraft for example sends face by face and this kinda kills the performance, the mods such as sodium and nvidium. nvidium goes even further by using a resource that nvidia gpus have, so the world model is generated in-gpu basically and speeds things up by a lot. so maybe they could also make so goku get so used to the technique he will be able to modify it to cause less harm.. optimize it ynow?
Destructo disc is kinda useless if it misses. We have seen Nappa dodge it and he was only like 3-4 times Krillins power level I think. On the other hand, Tien consistently hit second form Cell who was god knows how much stronger than Tien at the time. And yes, he kinda took the first one on purpose but even afterwards he was unable to dodge the followup ones. I understand the life force drawback but the Kikoho still seems more useful to me because you can actually hit stronger targets.
@@Naveication you can change the direction of the disks, kikoho is a huge strain even one could of killed tien (at least in the beginning) if anyone else used it they probably would die. Nappa is also around 4000 at the time Krillin beat 4 saibamen (aimed for 5) and was tired after it. So a tired Krillin almost chopped nappa in half, Krillin was probably around the original hidden power Vegeta read if not lower (1000~) it's at least 6 times, since 1.5 is often the minimum needed to over power an enemy (Vegeta vs Cui)
@yurazah I pray you do dude.. maybe combined the two ideas if one's too short. 😑 Not bullying or forcing you. But it kinda sounds like I'm pushing you into doing it 😅 maybe a short of GT Kai moves. I totally understand
Ok, one correction - the bulky form that Trunks tried to use against Cell isn't Roshi's Full Power form combined with Super Saiyan, but rather one of the enhanced grades of the normal Super Saiyan form. Just to go over them quickly: The form Goku first unlocks while fighting Frieza is regular Super Saiyan. The form Vegeta shows up with when he returns to Earth after rampaging around the galaxy to get his revenge on the Frieza Force is Super Saiyan Grade 2. This form is often referred to as "Super Vegeta" and is Vegeta's signature version of Super Saiyan for the Android and Cell arcs. The bulky form is Super Saiyan Grade 3, also sometimes referred to as Ultra Super Saiyan. Finally, the relaxed form Goku and Gohan use in the lead-up to the Cell Games is Super Saiyan Grade 4, although that's a bit of a misnomer because it's actually a separate fork from the previous two grades. This form is a prerequisite for unlocking Super Saiyan 2, and is sometimes called Ascended Super Saiyan or Mastered Super Saiyan. Roshi's full power form is actually a lot more akin to full power fourth form Frieza than it is to Super Saiyan Grade 3. The reason Roshi doesn't use his Full Power form in Z isn't because it's slow, but rather because it uses a lot of stamina. Oh, and there's the fact that Roshi literally doesn't ever fight in Z.
I also subscribe to the theory that Crane Hermit invented the Tri-Beam, and to add onto this, this would actually make him the strongest character in all of the series. Why? Because you can add your life force to make it stronger, and since the Crane Hermit is as old as the immortal Master Roshi, he is likely also immortal, meaning that he has infinite life force.
14:59 "In a previous video I figured out that the fusion adds its components power together then multiplies them by 2500" Which video is that? I browsed the channel but couldn't find it. Oh, you mean this one? th-cam.com/video/JOfuY5bMIsg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=LN_7tsY7MDJokV63&t=1587 Don't forget that the fusion dance requires the stronger one to power down to match the power level of whoever they're fusing with and then the powers are added and then multiply by 2500.
some of these as i watched already felt dubious to include as ki techniques, instead of something specific to a character's biology, but the cell jr one was just plain silly lol
Toriyama handled his power system excellently, perfectly simple but not to the point of being dumb. though i think that the techniques that come from magic are cooler and i would enjoy a video of you ranking the magic techniques. Also i thought that trunks attack was called, "burning attack" unless that's anime only.
Ki is a decent and basic energy manipulation system. Anything you can think to do with the energy can be accomplished with some practice. But there isn't a lot of room to generate interesting or unique abilities. It's almost all just variations of energy blasts or energy blades. Even the Ghost Kamikaze Attack is just a tracking explosive blast with some style. Systems like Nen and Stands can still produce absolutely broken abilities without needing a supernova's worth of energy inside users. And the abilities are often somewhat unique to the user making them a lot more interesting to imagine having yourself.
but remember, a stand user really just spawns at their max power, while a ki user has infinite potential, (nen has potential too, but what nen can accomplish in 100 years a ki user can obtain in like 5 months)
You should do one ranking super's techniques next. however, I suppose alot of those are "god ki" techniques which you could theoretically consider different.
the big issue is that a lot of these technoques are unique to a character's biology, or the training for it requires a level of discipline and tutoring thats impossible to get without being taught by someone who already knows it. being the only person in the world with the power to use ki like in dragon ball, means you've gotta teach yourself everything, and scrape any extra knowledge from what dragon ball gives us. in that sense, i only realistically see people learning how to fly, control ki blasts, and make precise shapes like with the destructo disc and special beam cannon. maybe barriers. all with enough time and diligence of course. i feel like the biggest ability of interest next to flying is instant transmission, but i just cant imagine anyone getting the specific training needed to learn it. it may not be possible from a long range without a strong enough ki source to focus on. unless you develop that skill enough to be able to pick up on average human power levels at a meaningful distance. though that being said, i suppose even short range teleports are pretty neat, going from one end of your house to the other with ease and all that lol. additionally, if you can polish yout ki sense to a high level then you would have a built in life form radar i guess. not sure what thats worth.
I think the main reason that people don't pick ki as the "magic system" is that it's not very well defined and not consistent. A new "Ki technique" kind of felt like a "deus ex machina" to defeat the current bad guy. With Dragonball Super introducing "God Ki" and now Daima could add more to the "magic system," I think more structured "magic systems" will be more attractive.
I think you pick some Magic Attacked on this list, like... The Fire Breathing Attack is clearly. And i dont think Ki is superior Then Magic (Specially when Shenlong could easily change The Z Warriors to Kids). There's The Devil Ray (If It wasnt for Goku's Pure Heart, he Would jabe beeng Killed), there's Babidi's Magic (I dont think you could argue he is stronger Then anyone he controls) I think its more that Ki Can become more tolerant to Magic Then bê superior, Because time and time Again we see that Magic is superior to Ki Also.
this is kinda an original dragon ball manga video, and shenron turning them into kids in daima is kinda just inconsistent writing, as he shouldn't be able to, i actually think that a strong ki user could probably just nullify the devil beam if it is a magic attack, and generally, if a magic user has more ki than their opponent, thats when their magic is able to work on ki users, its true though, the one big exception is babidi controlling dabora, but vegeta is over 2x stronger than him.
What would strong combos be? Like hellzone disks. Imagine a fused character using king piccolo's tech to power up. Since fusion lasts 5 minutes, that may be over or really underpowered. Then on top of that use kaioken and instant transmission neo tri beam.
A lot of what you called techniques are actually the same thing, just a basic energy blast, s that makes it a lot less than 73. But most important, you completely forgot about Ultra Instinct, Hakai, yardrat's Gigantification, yardrat's Multiplication, yardrat's Spirit fission, Master Roshi's hypnosis, Goku's giant UI Form, and Frieza's jail energy ball (forgot it's name)
I do think some of these are actually magic, particularly the namekian fusion and healing techniques. Piccolo is by no means a master of magic but does appear to have a few small tricks like his signature _Clothes Beam._ I also would speculate that the KaiKai is magic, since it lacks the lock on properties of instant transmission. Implying that it doesn't use ki as part of its effect.
a devil fruit would probably be much more useful and when your starting out much more powerful than ki. haki would also be much more useful because observation haki allows you to sense and predict anything pretty much and see the future. (ki sense might be able to work the same way but even if it worked on anyone observation haki is far more advanced at that purpose and can see into the future) stands would also be better if you are able to chose and you don’t have to do arrow method (which would kill any normal human obviously) if the devil fruit is random then ki would prolly be the better option because there’s always the chance that you get the bubble fruit or sum.
What was the evidence for the fusion multiplier being (A+B)*2500. I’m not sure I agree with it being this high but i definitely do think it is something like (A+B)*~500
its cause I think goten and trunks are like namek saga level in base. and for them to be able to fight against super buu in ssj3 they would need to be around 2500x
@@Mike-xh2vm I strongly disagree, I think things like goku not being impressed by their full power, and vegeta being able to oneshot goten shows their nowhere close to that
@@yurazah Vegeta one shot them in his Majin Form which is equals to a SS2 Goku, of course he can, I say their base form, they cannot be Namek saga level in base either because they were stronger than Number 18 as shown in their fight if they were as strong as you claim even in Super Saiyan they would not be able to fight Number 18. Also when they were training with Vegeta and Gohan in their Super Saiyan form it is shown they are very close.
So Guldo isn't using paralysis. He can stop time using his psychic powers. I assume that and ginyu are hereditary abilities. Stopping ki blasts seems more like its just the power difference of the attack vs target.
They don’t realize every single answer involves ki/chi/qi anyway. Magic is NOT seperate from ki! Magic is the use of ki programmed with a certain quality or effect. Power level is dictated by the quantity of ki available. They are the same. All over the world prana chi vril orgone ruach all the same. We call it in my system “vital energy” that’s the base chi that we turn into any other energy. Use of chi and transforming it is also called “alchemy” and “magic”
i do enjoy some of the techniques but a lot of these are just variations of eachother yes a varationof a technique would prolly still count as its own technique but a condensed energy blast is still an energy blast at the end of the day i do enjoy when techniques are more about shaping your ki like making a barrier or a razor sharp disc or bladed weapon though alsoalso vegito's ki barrier is at least implied to be a technique most characters know and often utilize, IE: even when goku is hundreds of millions times stronger than he was at the start of dragon ball he still took visible damage from a gun in the palm of his hand so their bodies dont necessarily get stronger and neither would their clothes but they are still able to shrug off mountan destroying attacks
Vegeta USED the Power Ball technique(not false moon), he did not CREATE it. The only person ever said to have CREATED it was Bardock and that was only in the Ocean Dub. So either Vegeta is using a technique he didn't invent, or one Bardock invented.
No King Piccolo clearly calls out the name after Goku survives the first blast at the end of the arc. It's also used plenty of times afterwords like against Raditz and Cell, he's making the same arm gesture that he does in his fight with Goku.
you only mentioned 1 of the techniques of spirit control (advanced ki control) on yardrat. instant transmistion is a low level technique others include forced spirit fission (stopping fusions and can take energy out of someone), duplication, healing, and size change we don't see everything it can do tho
The "Four Supernatural Fists" technique is what I consider a magical one. Telepathy and Telekinesis are psychic abilities, it has nothing to do with KI. The "Solar Fist" not flare has nothing to do with KI either it's quite unique. More like a force of nature technique. Kuririn's attack is not unnamed it calls Kakusanha "Diffusion Bullets Wave." The Dodonpa is said by M. Roshi to be much stronger than the Kamehameha. The Mafuba is a magical technique not a KI one.
I disagree, why would goku have telepathy if it's just a psychic power, similar with the solar flare and the mafuba and the dodon pa was stronger, until goku upgraded the Kamehameha to the super version
@@yurazah Dodonpa and Kamehameha are perfectly fine. Telepathy is seen using by many characters. I just separate KI ability from a psychic one. The reason I think Solar Fist is not a KI attack- Notice how the fighters are tired after shooting. While the Solar Fist shows no visible signs of fatigue. In regards to the Mafuba I am 99 % certain M. Roshi said it in the Japanese anime to be a powerful magical attack. Also why would Goku have these? Goku is able to copy techniques. We witness it after he is shooting a weak Kamehameha after Just watching M. Roshi do it.

Ki is basically nen with less drawbacks of categories
Exactlly first time someone agree with me on this since alot of hxh are like too proud of their anime to think that everything is original in thier favorite anime
Ki system is baisaclly nen but you can learn and master all categories 100/100 if you have enough time to train for it
@@MohamedDekkal-yy3uhjust a detail
Most anime power systems are ki but with either more rules or more drawbacks
Like due to the fact that a lot of modern anime where inspired by dragonball
@CERISTHEDEV but even with that peapole dont even try to watch the show and then say ki isn't a good power system or not vertisile or something
Half of these techniques aren't techniques, they're just things you can do with ki or physical adaptations. Also you didn't explain shit
🤷🏾♀️ it's the same thing... No big deal
@@thisisntevenmyfinalform6814 if they're putting Kai in their punching & roundhouse kicks... Then it's a mixture of physical & Kai base attacks. It's the same to me. A special move 🤷🏾♀️ I just called it magic then 😂
You did not. You absolutely _did not._
I can't believe you did a "That's Vegeta's Technique™!" reference. You _mad lad._ 😆
I can't wait to see where clothes beam makes it on the list!
6:02 Fun fact about the Death Beam: if you aren’t at least somewhat on par with Frieza while he shoots a death beam, it appears to move instantly, making it look less like a beam and more like his other psychic powers.
Bro it's a banger video 🔥🔥🔥
3:48 that isn’t a ki based technique that is all natural
3:11 that is just his sheer power and voice box
also when you say that super retconned the spirit bomb, that's not necessarily true. when goku used it against frieza we see the z fighters there run away to avoid the impact, i think that in general it can hurt anyone, but it completely destroys someone who is evil
52 shouldn't count as a ki technique. Android 16 is completely mechanical and hence has no ki. Wouldn't it rather be some sort of laser beam?
I still think they have ki, it's only stated that they can't be sensed, not that they lack ki
@yurazah Yeah, that makes sense for 17 and 18 since they were based on humans, but 16 is just a robot.
The manga, show, & games all called it Kai
New sub. Great vid
The mafuba really deserve more
I not sure if you mentioned this but the Ki-ai is like my favorite technique for the ki user shoots out invisible key to knock back their opponents. He used it, in his base form against Burter and Jiece, as super Saiyan against Frieza and as a super Saiyan 4 against baby
ya, I wasnt sure if it counted as a technique or just a basic ki blast, trunks also does it against imperfect cell
Ki is really versatile and unique being able to bend and manipulate it to your own will is incredibly useful even out of combat
I always pick Ki in that power system list cause I’m a big Dragon Ball fan. Ki is the right power for me.
look.... i am SO GLAD the kaioken is so high up in the list, id be mad if wasnt in the top 3 at least.
i bet that there could be a way to slowly dominate the technique and improve it to get higher multilpliers without causing as much harm.
like in 3d development there is two types of coding that people usually do when programming graphics.
first is senting the faces of the model one my one to render, or group them all together and send at once so you dont suffer with the delay between cpu and gpu as much and the program runs way faster.
minecraft for example sends face by face and this kinda kills the performance, the mods such as sodium and nvidium.
nvidium goes even further by using a resource that nvidia gpus have, so the world model is generated in-gpu basically and speeds things up by a lot.
so maybe they could also make so goku get so used to the technique he will be able to modify it to cause less harm.. optimize it ynow?
3:14 that is just a block from his durability
Fantastic music all around throughout the entire video.
Used alot of buus fury music, I realized it'd basically a way to use the falcner music without getting copyright flagged
@@yurazah nice, you’re pretty crafty!
I was so sad when I saw the kikoho below destructo disk 😔
Big drawbacks vs no cost death blades
Personally the Shin Kikoho should be ramked seperately from the regular Kikoho, but...
MY MAN TIEN IS THE PINNACLE OF KI.
Are you going to do one about GT & Dami? And magic on the series... You did a great job with this one
thanks, im not sure if theirs enough unique moves in super/gt to do a video on it, but ill check, and ill certainly make a magic video at some point
@yurazah I pray you do dude.. maybe combined the two ideas if one's too short. 😑 Not bullying or forcing you. But it kinda sounds like I'm pushing you into doing it 😅 maybe a short of GT Kai moves. I totally understand
@yurazah thank you for replying too 👍🏾
Ok, one correction - the bulky form that Trunks tried to use against Cell isn't Roshi's Full Power form combined with Super Saiyan, but rather one of the enhanced grades of the normal Super Saiyan form. Just to go over them quickly:
The form Goku first unlocks while fighting Frieza is regular Super Saiyan.
I actually like those forms. They was in a couple of games. But barely nowadays
I also subscribe to the theory that Crane Hermit invented the Tri-Beam, and to add onto this, this would actually make him the strongest character in all of the series. Why? Because you can add your life force to make it stronger, and since the Crane Hermit is as old as the immortal Master Roshi, he is likely also immortal, meaning that he has infinite life force.
fire video maybe u could do a super version next like when vegeta gets forced spirit fission
Ki allows you to gain multiversal level power, something those other power systems don't
14:59 "In a previous video I figured out that the fusion adds its components power together then multiplies them by 2500"
Which video is that? I browsed the channel but couldn't find it. Oh, you mean this one? th-cam.com/video/JOfuY5bMIsg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=LN_7tsY7MDJokV63&t=1587
Don't forget that the fusion dance requires the stronger one to power down to match the power level of whoever they're fusing with and then the powers are added and then multiply by 2500.
It's from the z power level video, and I breafly say ( after equalizing their power)
"An unnamed technique that nullifies ki attacks with his hands" He blocked it
I personally believe master roshi mastered the buff form in super as shown by him being less bulky and be able to move faster.
some of these as i watched already felt dubious to include as ki techniques, instead of something specific to a character's biology, but the cell jr one was just plain silly lol
Toriyama handled his power system excellently, perfectly simple but not to the point of being dumb. though i think that the techniques that come from magic are cooler and i would enjoy a video of you ranking the magic techniques. Also i thought that trunks attack was called, "burning attack" unless that's anime only.
I also thought the spirt bomb followed evil energy and still hurt good people. Also goku and everyone dodged the spirt bomb on nemek
That's true
I think it was the explosion they were avoiding; not the spirit bomb itself.
I don't think Dabura's technique is Ki but uses magic.
You should do one ranking super's techniques next. however, I suppose alot of those are "god ki" techniques which you could theoretically consider different.
New sub 🎉 👍
Bro has 18 vids and like just started and got like 4k view he knows youtube
the big issue is that a lot of these technoques are unique to a character's biology, or the training for it requires a level of discipline and tutoring thats impossible to get without being taught by someone who already knows it.
being the only person in the world with the power to use ki like in dragon ball, means you've gotta teach yourself everything, and scrape any extra knowledge from what dragon ball gives us.
in that sense, i only realistically see people learning how to fly, control ki blasts, and make precise shapes like with the destructo disc and special beam cannon. maybe barriers. all with enough time and diligence of course. i feel like the biggest ability of interest next to flying is instant transmission, but i just cant imagine anyone getting the specific training needed to learn it. it may not be possible from a long range without a strong enough ki source to focus on. unless you develop that skill enough to be able to pick up on average human power levels at a meaningful distance.
though that being said, i suppose even short range teleports are pretty neat, going from one end of your house to the other with ease and all that lol.
additionally, if you can polish yout ki sense to a high level then you would have a built in life form radar i guess. not sure what thats worth.
There's The Devil Ray (If It wasnt for Goku's Pure Heart, he Would jabe beeng Killed), there's Babidi's Magic (I dont think you could argue he is stronger Then anyone he controls)
I think its more that Ki Can become more tolerant to Magic Then bê superior, Because time and time Again we see that Magic is superior to Ki Also.
this is kinda an original dragon ball manga video, and shenron turning them into kids in daima is kinda just inconsistent writing, as he shouldn't be able to, i actually think that a strong ki user could probably just nullify the devil beam if it is a magic attack, and generally, if a magic user has more ki than their opponent, thats when their magic is able to work on ki users, its true though, the one big exception is babidi controlling dabora, but vegeta is over 2x stronger than him.
how is rhymestyle always getting rekt in these videos 😭
whats the lore?
Kamehameha should be number one, there's no technique more iconic than that
its not really in order of iconic, its in universe efficiency/usefulness
I'm so glad the Kaioken got the respect it deserves
I'd still go with Nen, it's basicly Ki if Ki had some rules
As a narrative system to watch, it's cool, but as a power to get yourself? You want as few rules as possible
Isn't Dabura's flame breath a magic attack not a ki attack?
unclear
why was rhymestyle there??
6:57 I assumed this was the user putting more power into it
You forgot the Finish Buster & Kikohou (Tri Beam)!
I mentioned that I forgot about it in the description
9:00 that call final impact
I do think some of these are actually magic, particularly the namekian fusion and healing techniques. Piccolo is by no means a master of magic but does appear to have a few small tricks like his signature _Clothes Beam._
I also would speculate that the KaiKai is magic, since it lacks the lock on properties of instant transmission. Implying that it doesn't use ki as part of its effect.
you might be right namekians are known for their magic, kibito can also heal and in the manga trunks learns how to heal too
I don't know, your technique worked on me.
SSJ grade 2 only issue is the stamina drain and roshy is more like grade 2 or Freeza’s 100% form
a devil fruit would probably be much more useful and when your starting out much more powerful than ki. haki would also be much more useful because observation haki allows you to sense and predict anything pretty much and see the future.
If you added the Kaioken you should've added Ultra Instinct as well, that's also a technique
"Yea, ki isnt just shooting lasers"
*names 50+ "unique" lasers*
you try making a laser technique then we'll see whos laughing
What was the evidence for the fusion multiplier being (A+B)*2500. I’m not sure I agree with it being this high but i definitely do think it is something like (A+B)*~500
its cause I think goten and trunks are like namek saga level in base. and for them to be able to fight against super buu in ssj3 they would need to be around 2500x
@ I see thank you for replying
@@yurazah No, they are way higher than that, they very close to Vegeta's and Gohan's base power.
Roshi uses the max power form against freiza fodder so I think it’s a fair use case
Any thoughts on all the random techniques used in super?
They don’t realize every single answer involves ki/chi/qi anyway. Magic is NOT seperate from ki!
Magic is the use of ki programmed with a certain quality or effect.
Power level is dictated by the quantity of ki available. They are the same. All over the world prana chi vril orgone ruach all the same.
We call it in my system “vital energy” that’s the base chi that we turn into any other energy. Use of chi and transforming it is also called “alchemy” and “magic”
i do enjoy some of the techniques but a lot of these are just variations of eachother
yes a varationof a technique would prolly still count as its own technique but a condensed energy blast is still an energy blast at the end of the day
i do enjoy when techniques are more about shaping your ki like making a barrier or a razor sharp disc or bladed weapon though
alsoalso vegito's ki barrier is at least implied to be a technique most characters know and often utilize, IE: even when goku is hundreds of millions times stronger than he was at the start of dragon ball he still took visible damage from a gun in the palm of his hand so their bodies dont necessarily get stronger and neither would their clothes but they are still able to shrug off mountan destroying attacks
we ignore bad super retcons here, kid goku got shot in the face in episde 1 and took less damage from a bullet than super goku did
Vegeta didn't create Power ball
Bardock did
I'm not sure if your joking or not
@@yurazahocean dub joke 😅IYKYK
Ultra Fighting Miracle Bomba!
Vegeta USED the Power Ball technique(not false moon), he did not CREATE it. The only person ever said to have CREATED it was Bardock and that was only in the Ocean Dub. So either Vegeta is using a technique he didn't invent, or one Bardock invented.
Bro is the “this is Chris” of dragon ball.
Where did you talk about fusion previously?
in my dragon ball z power levels video
Wait did king piccolo just use gear 2? 3:25
I guess so...
Ki is underrated
The only reason people don't choose ki is because they are using images from Super, where things just don't make much sense anymore.
That really doesn’t make much sense too me, the ki system in dbs is just as understandable as z
Man people just are addicted to finding excuses to hate on stuff.
Ki was always a sort of catch all magic system, nothing has changed really from og to z to super, just that we dont see certain techniques as much
@ yeah, personally I prefer the stuff that’s outright called magic in dragon ball, it’s all just so fun and unique and a nice change of pace
Is 53 supposed to be the Explosive Demon Wave? I don't think it was anywhere else on the list despite being both Piccolo's Kamehameha equivalent.
Yes, another of the many names created by suplimental material
No King Piccolo clearly calls out the name after Goku survives the first blast at the end of the arc. It's also used plenty of times afterwords like against Raditz and Cell, he's making the same arm gesture that he does in his fight with Goku.
What about the kamekameha used by Goten or the destructo disc used by vegeta
I didn't llinclude repeated techniques, even If they are slightly different
you only mentioned 1 of the techniques of spirit control (advanced ki control) on yardrat. instant transmistion is a low level technique others include forced spirit fission (stopping fusions and can take energy out of someone), duplication, healing, and size change we don't see everything it can do tho
I didn't do anything from super
I know you are just stalling until daima is over so you can do a power levels in daima video to further delay the super video
Shouldn't forced spirit fission be on this list as well seeing as instant transmission is on here?
instant transmition is from the dragon ball manga
Ummmm actually the first named attack that use ki is the wolf fang fist 🤓
I disagree, it's just a martial technique and dosent require ki
Ok
You forgot the real #1, the clothes beam
thats gotta be magic
