    I dont need your math correction when you dont understand the workout. Sure it is only 250m underwater BUT when you do the OVER it is another 250m of swimming. It is ten LAPS in a 25m pool. a LAP = 50m. Dont be a troll or at least add something to the conversation if you post on my site.

    Hey stew, i said this on another video, I think I did at least, my buddy and I both want to go to NSW, and here where we live the pool is being repaired and will take a number of years, so we can only swim in the ocean, what would be a good way of seeing how far 25m's would be, and yes i do know that doing 25m's in a pool is different than in the ocean we just wanted to try it.

    Is there any rest period outside of the above water portion or do you go directly from swimming on the surface to swimming the underwater

    If it is 25 meter pool than it is 250 meter when repeat 10 times
