I’ve changed my opinion of Maya’s attorney Mr. Anderson. He cares deeply about getting all the facts out there for the jury. He realized from the get go that what Maya and her family endured was so very wrong. No one should EVER have to go through all the bullshit that John Hopkins All Children’s Hospital put them through. It truly disgusts me that a parent can’t fight for their child and their best interests without being labeled as Munchausen by Proxy instigator. It seems to me that JHACH was on a mission to prove that point and to hell with Maya and her illness. They didn’t try to help that 10 year old little girl, however mission accomplished on being a totally uncaring hospital. JHACH, you know what you did and didn’t do and you should be utterly ashamed of how you conducted yourselves. I hope the Kowalskis win and take you to the cleaners. Then after that I hope you clean house and never ever do what you did to Maya and her family to anyone else. You may not want to take the blame for Beata taking her own life but you damm well bought the rope.

Why is the judge giggling with the defense while Anderson is making his case to the judge. PLEEAAASSEE get this judge outta here. He should be FIRED !!
This is a wonderful judge has a great rapport with jury and he has a great rapport with both sides of the attorneys so he does not need to be fired or replaced
What an angry group of defending lawyers! BUT.... it truly does not surprise me because they are representing a horrible group of workers at that nightmare of a hospital and they truly fit right in. 😄 They are ALL one of a kind.
Dcf allowed john hopkins to do everything
It is illegal in the United States of America to base your hiring practices at a hospital when someone is accessing your patient files and basing ones employment value upon their last name

The judge is coaching the defense on how to win and the defense is engaging the judge in laughing at Anderson. This is painful to watch. I hope Anderson files a complaint against little man judge if he doesnt ask for a dismissal of the case. Theyre soooo unprofessional and this is really UNETHICAL. Hope the judge's superior watches his performance.
Totally agree, it's horrible and really who can you trust when you can't trust a fair hearing.
When you go to the ER with your child, if you’re not immediately consenting to the treatment of that child, they’re automatically going to be suspicious that you’re being neglectful until proven. Otherwise I’ve observed.
If the defense purges Dr Bifocal we as taxpayers we see firsthand the unjust and willingness to protect JH!! JH has truly ruined not only Maya’s life but Kyle’s and Jack’s!

This poor girl I just want to wrap my arms around her and hug her. I think she needs weekly therapist or psychologist to talk to to deal with everything. And then she needs to establish a pain doctor manages her pain. Therapists to help her keep going I don't feel like she needs all this other crap
I'm definitely changing my opinion of johns Hopkins. I thought they cared. Obviously, even if they were "ordered" to take her rights from her they don't care about patients. They care about their own butts. I'll never trust them.
Anybody that doesn’t have an excuse as to why they’ve never been in attendance to a specified amount of years when it comes to emergency services but you have a camera that always presents the mother and the children. The mother is not being neglectful.
It is also illegal in the United States of America for them to access your mental health records anywhere and base. They’re hiring practice there of.
Under United States laws, only the mother, or the father may make life-threatening decisions about any child
It’s also illegal for a hospital system to not employee one person that puts in multiple applications and then the other one that is a relative that is a married and family member that is illegal
