    Thank you Yvette. I found these videos randomly about a year ago. I have been doing at least three to four of your workouts every week. My physical transformation is absolutely incredible. I look and feel better than I have in probably 20 years!

    This was so much fun! I am 65 and did it with 1lb.weighted gloves. Kickboxing and step are my favorites. Thanks for the great workout!

    I’m so glad I found your videos. I was looking for a fatburning workout of high intensity like yours for a long time, although I was dying for the first time when I did it, for me, yours are the best on this channel. I love them!

    So glad I found you online! I am not your typical follower, but I love cardio boxing! I modify things so they are low impact and love your low impact boxing workout. Last year I got 2 new knees and I'm having fun seeing what my body can do.

    Great Cardio kick workout! I loved your music. You are fun and this was motivating! I didn’t want to quit so ty! Just a small request… can you add cues for the first-initial moves so we don’t have to look at the screen to see what you’re doing. For instance “OK next we’re going to jack and hook with an upper and duck.” So that we can follow along with you without stopping the video to see what you’re doing. I think that would be really helpful and just make your videos that much more awesome. Switches to the next move were not announced so I had to keep rewinding to see what I missed. Thanks for making this. Kickboxing is a lost art.

      I think they all serve a purpose! I definitely mix things up all the time which I think is important for fat lose! In general I would try to change it up each day.. that’s what I try to do! Example: day one all out cardio kickboxing, step, or hiit cardio.. day 2 step cardio combined with upper body.. chest, shoulders, triceps... day 3 maybe cardio/ core... day 4 cardio legs.... do you get the picture???

    Hello! I am new here. I just finished this workout! Burn 265 kcal. I liked!!! I am going to do it again to burn more. 💪👍👍👍 Upd. 1 hour - burn 581 kcal. It is a good result for me.

    Good routine. It's vital that participants keep their core tight, contracted - or else you're risking lower back issues. Not certain why this isn't specified at the top of each workout
