      @@k6rinn is that a joke? ...just wondering.
      If you eat whole foods, it's hard to avoid it!!!! Just about EVERYTHING has friggen protein.
      We all get WAY TOO MUCH!!!
      We only need like MAX 46g per day.
      Do you know what too much protein does? It produces lots of IGF-1 (growth of cancer cell promoting) Hormone and causes us to age quicker.
      In the 1800's the struggling meat industry tried to (well, DID) convince people they needed protein to be big and strong - and ta da, they've got just the product.

      @cx777o 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@adorable3817 you are wrong, igf 1 is necessary for fhe human body to ensure its recovering properly, igf 1 is not nearly as an issue to ageing and getting cancer than you believe, and 46g of protein, this depends on your body composition, if you are a 50kg female, sedentary without any movement at all, this seems to be enough. You need more protein if you have an active lifestyle to ensure proper recovery of the muscles and tissue. You also need protein for other purposes as well.
      Of course you are right when it comes to the meat industry or fitness industry propagating the abnormally high consumption of protein. But equally there is also a whole lot of propaganda going on when taking vegan "documentaries" into account like what the health, earthlings etc. There is a lot of cherry picking going on on both sides sadly

    • @adorable3817
      @adorable3817 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@cx777o What do you think is the point of the 'Vegan' documentaries? I mean, what does earthling ed have to gain from taking on the meat industry, dairy industry, fishing industry, hunting, fur industry etc etc etc etc etc
      If all of these industries closed down - humans would still survive.
      How do I know? Because they only exist a short period of time.
      Right now 99% of the population ARE EATING animal products. Lots of meat, cheese and eggs, and right now heart disease and cancer are at an all-time high.

I just walk away a lot because presenting the case doesn’t help and leads to arguments I don’t want to get into. Others my age are getting cancer or other unhealthy diseases and dying. My diet has suffered by influence like “ oh just try this” and I know better but... This movie has reminded me that I know better and should do better for my health. Thank you!!

    Hey Jordan, cool stuff as usual. In my experience, sugar and food processing is the enemy. Fasting, dramatic reduction of sugar and a focus on whole foods (including grass fed/organic animal meats) is what eliminates the sickness and obesity. Many healthy folks are plant based, many healthy folks focus on healthy meats. Processed food eaters suffer almost universally.

    I thank you for the hard work you put in for this presentation. I have heard both sides of the fence. I myself eat paleo - mostly raw veggies and fruits - organic as much as possible. Meat mostly organic grass fed. Eating a plant based diet with grains can cause the same diseases. I have seen overweight vegetarians and I know one woman who has no harmones. I am watching this. There are some folks (man ate raw meat for 4 days and his level 4 cancers was completely cure) that eat RAW meat grass fed, have done this for decades and have stellar diet. I myself don't feel well when I eat homogenized and pasturized dairy - raw dairy has been know to be healthy - though controversial. One Grandma never had a cold and grew up on a farm in the 20's and early 30's and raw milk is known to help immune system, exzema for starters. I know for myself, vegan and vegetarian is not doable for me though i eat mostly raw plants except for soups, raw nuts, sweet potatoes and two raw pasture free fed chickens who do eat grains for the last couple months. I like the fact you don't shame people for their choices. I was humiliated in public when I turned to a woman asked her how could I keep a vegetarian diet and do Native American Ceremony (feasts) she snapped at me - she is no more ascension material than meat eaters. I have watched the Perfect Diet (paleo). I heard the opposite of what you posit about raw milk - bad for the bones and so on. I am dairy intolerant - will try raw milk eventually.

      Health and diet is one of my passions and I appreciate some of the points you made. Simply saying cutting out meant and process foods does not go far enough. There needs to be more context. Factory raised meats and non wild caught seafood is a major problem spirituality and physically - definitely should be avoided. It's the combination of carbs and meat ( and sugar of courses) which is the worst) that causes so many problems. That's why when people go vegan they are cutting out one of these factors and they see improvements. On the flip side when one cuts out carbs and goes Ketogenic they also see massive improvements. Now all of this definitely depends on sugar and process food intake as well. Everyone's body is different and we should find the right formula for our body. Some things should be basic rules for everyone - Declare war on sugar, keep it organic and the best quality possible 100% of the time, stay away from process foods and factory raised meats/ farm raised seafood. Other than that it's all about the right combinations. If we want to eat carbs then it's a good idea to limit fat intake. If we want to eat fat then limit carb intake. If you want to go vegan you will need to focus on getting enough protein and b vitamins etc. Everyone's body is different. I recommend experimentation and keep in mind as our body changes different styles
      of diets can benefit us at different stages of our body's evolution. I go vegan at least once for a 90 day period at least once or twice every few years. At this point my body does function better with a good meat source in moderation meaning not every meal. We should also put more energy into practicing and learning about Fasting and intermitting Fasting as the benefits seem to be vast. I just don't know if it's for every single person ( I'm starting to think some form is good for everyone). Oh and avoid dairy or limit dairy to an organic source or better yet raw. Stay organic on everything and declare war on sugar. Find the right balance for your body. It was a great video as I obviously endorse the vast majority of the info just wanted more context on the right combinations as vegan is not the answer for everyone. I'm on a spiritual path and I've tried to vegan thinking it will help me on my path but it has not worked for me in my life ( not yet anyway). My best version currently does include seafood or meat in one of my meals most days ( not every day ). I do endorse a healthy Ketogenic diet but I've been back on carb base for the last 6 months and will be returning to keto in the next few weeks simply to get a better understanding if it is truly the best combination for me. Unfortunately we do have to supplement as even the best sourced organic food no longer carries all the nutrients the body needs do to the current condition of the soil in the vast majority of the world.

    I'm so grateful this popped up, probably because I've been researching vegan recipes, trying to make some changes. I finally had to admit that I was sensing the animal's fear vibration while chewing meat and my body didn't want to swallow it. I've been waffling for a couple years and this presentation finally did it. Let's envision all the fast food restaurants morphing into self-styled healthy eateries with the same drive up windows. But now the owners and employees (and customers!)are truly joyous to share this life giving food. Thank you! 🙏💞🥦🥬🍍🍉

So, yeah.. let those who eat the flesh die early.. karma gets them back by taking 30 years of their life and that's not even mentioning the hell you'll experience when passing. eating animals is not compassionate nor is it necessary and their-for not in alignment with the Tao. Do what you please but you WILL have to experience your victims lives.. you WILL feel their pain and suffering.

  • @ssjlkrillin
    @ssjlkrillin 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    A good point was made in this video regarding meat consumption: yes, wild, naturally raised animals that are not processed are what SHOULD be consumed; this is one reason why past generations did not develop today's "diseases of affluence" at the high rates which presently exist. Another reason is the rate of consumption itself: people have been conditioned [by advertising agencies sponsored by not just cattle growers and dairy farmers, but soy and wheat farmers] to eat "three meals a day", each meal consisting of a meat and/or dairy item. Meat is OVER consumed; it was actually eaten sparingly by hunter-gatherer societies (most of their meat was from fish, as most lived near sources of water; also there was far more "gathering" of nuts, berries, fruit, roots, herbs and seeds than "hunting") and wild game was typically feasted upon for special events and observances. It is the industrialization of farming and its practices that has degraded the quality of meat and dairy (this video did stress the need to seek and consume raw milk if necessary). Another point to stress: most wheat, corn and soy products [which are a LOT] are genetically modified, with GMO wheat containing abnormally large amounts of gluten, which irritates the lining of the intestines, causing celiac disease and leaky gut amongst others. Some vegetables are also processed and are tainted by the waste of CAFO [concentrated animal farming operation] farming techniques.
    The takeaway is, if possible, grow your own food; if not, seek out local growers (this also applies to beef, chicken, pork and dairy). Do your own fishing in areas that you have already researched to be clean water sources. You have to be smarter and do your own work - it's back to the old school ways if you want to be healthy.

    Wow! I am by no means a nutritionist, a doctor, or anything comparable, but I have been on a health journey for several years now and have cured myself of anxiety and health issues and have also lost 50 pounds as a result… I was getting prescribed medicines by psychiatrists and general doctors - I knew it wasn’t the right way and that’s how I decided to research stuff for myself and this is the way I eat now. I am so happy and it has changed my life mentally and physically… I have watched every movie, TH-cam video, and read everything I can get my hands on relating to this type of information, and I must say, this was one of the best executed, clearly stated, and well informed movie in all areas that I have ever seen… I am shocked that I just arrived at this today on TH-cam… I will recommend it to anybody, and I was just so impressed by all of the information… I kind of knew most of the things in this movie, but I actually did learn a thing or two which was even shocking to myself considering that this is the stuff that I sleep, eat and breathe… What a great presentation! I am 45 and 3 years ago I was 430lbs and had a yoyo weight problem for years. It always felt when I followed advice I was given I would end up gaining weight. My high blood pressure lead to frequent and prolonged bouts of atrial fibrillation. I was physically unable to do any real exercise but, to make a long story short, I stopped eating all processed foods and I eat a primarily plant based diet. I have lost 170lbs, my heart is on the mend and I am wearing the size clothing sizes I was wearing when I was 19 years old. The first few weeks getting off processed poison is the hardest and I used fasting to help get over the chemical addiction that processed foods provide. After 6 to 8 weeks, I would NEVER go back to eating garbage. If you are desperate and you feel you got nothing less to lose, try cutting 100% of fake foods from your diet. Give it 8 weeks of dedication and I bet the weight starts to fall off and you feel many positive physical changes. I am not going to make any money selling this diet and it isn't really going to cost you any additional money, so try it for 8 weeks. I wasted so much money eating garbage lean cuisines and wasted time jogging and I'll I had to do was stop eating the trash produced by the food industry. The hardest part was accepting the fact that the government couldn't care less about us as individuals and is happy to let corporations poison us as long as the government gets what it wants, usually money. A good run of thumb to live by; if it comes in a box, it probably isn't food.

    And what are the correlations between diet and social structure? Communities that have a strong connection providing social support for all of it's members tend to have better health outcomes, regardless of diets. Rural areas probably have much strong communities than urban areas.
