Not counting gods but counting movie villains, his “strongest in the universe” statement would almost be true honestly. Cell, Janemba, and 13 didn’t exist yet. Buu, Bojack, Tapion, and Hirudegarn were sealed. Vegeta didn’t have SSJ, and Trunks was in a different timeline. This would arguably mean the only people stronger than him at that moment would be Goku and maybe Broly, but you could also argue Broly would be in a suppressed state at this point. Ultimately his statement did have some merit.

Something I always wondered is why there is so little of the Evolved Meta Cooler. You know, the fifth big form, but now he is in Meta. Skip out on the Gold or whatever because linking him with the Big Getti Star lets him survive more.
Honestly if metal cooler kept the big gete star stashed somewhere safe and traveled to other planets to conquer he would be unstoppable. The only reason he failed was that his biggest weakness was right there in front of Goku and Vegeta.
Only reason Metal Cooler failed is because he got greedy and took the Saiyans to his core for power absorption, his army already obliterated them beforehand.

Cooler has errors but Bojack not really aside from Trunks having longer hair but he may have just let it grow before he returned to the past. Wrath of the Dragon fits perfectly in the timeline

By the logic of the multiverse of dragon ball the most powerful a character can possibly get at this point in time is asking the super shenron to make them as powerful as he possibly can. This would in turn cause you to gain more power than even the Omni king. Because the Omni king is incapable of doing things that the dragon can. It is the ultimate source of power. But then that makes you wonder, who would be able to use that power most effectively?
How to summarize this without getting confused: none can be his equal! He is the strongest in the universe! References aside, am I the only one who thinks that the reason he's been off screen is because he's been training in the time chamber long enough to the point of defeating Beerus with relative ease to actually claim the title: "Strongest in the Universe", if not all universes?

Played a really cool game on PsP where Cooler showed up, took Videl Hostage, and then released her admitting that he just wanted to fight the Saiyans. It was pretty cool
I have absolutely nothing to support this claim purely out of my own bias for cooler. Just based off his short appearances and him always feeling good to play in any dbz game, and how his english voice portrays him, I always saw Cooler being more of a fighter than Frieza. Obviously Frieza loves to fight now, but before only did it cause he had to. Cooler seems like someone who is isnt whiny about being hurt and enjoys a good fight. Before anyone asks, his japanese voice is basically frieza with a different skin. His english voice sounds distinct and makes him sound more mature than his bratty younger brother. Even in the games when they have same lines, his english voice really comes off as the cool big brother talking down to his upstart little bro.

Crazy! I was under the impression only Jump Force and Dragon Ball 4D characters transcended fiction, but I guess Heroes does too?! Composite Goku has consistent OP boundless scaling, I guess.
That makes sense. The anime has characters shelved for a time whereas the films want to showcase all the characters. This means they would have to come up with combinations that do not exist in the anime. The perfect example of this is Tree of Might which features Goku and Piccolo despite Piccolo dying as Goku returns. I think the films should be a separate canon and not be bound by these limits.
The Films take place in an "alternate dimension" (what akira toriyama said), so they're not really supposed to fit in canon. Its also why Broly is seen destroying an entire galaxy and goku somehow being able to defeat him despite Cell being their biggest threat despite being only solar system level

Played a really cool game on PsP where Cooler showed up, took Videl Hostage, and then released her admitting that he just wanted to fight the Saiyans. It was pretty cool

I have absolutely nothing to support this claim purely out of my own bias for cooler. Just based off his short appearances and him always feeling good to play in any dbz game, and how his english voice portrays him, I always saw Cooler being more of a fighter than Frieza. Obviously Frieza loves to fight now, but before only did it cause he had to. Cooler seems like someone who is isnt whiny about being hurt and enjoys a good fight.
Before anyone asks, his japanese voice is basically frieza with a different skin. His english voice sounds distinct and makes him sound more mature than his bratty younger brother. Even in the games when they have same lines, his english voice really comes off as the cool big brother talking down to his upstart little bro.
Well... this showed up in my recommended, so I can finally say that TH-cam actually recommended me something worthwhile.
The movie continuity makes sense when you look at it as if it were an advertisement of the anime.

I hate in the first broly movie when goku gets all the energy he says "now the real fight starts" and broly even accepted the challenge just to get one shotted because it was a movie. That would've been such an awesome fight with them fighting on the commit
Crazy! I was under the impression only Jump Force and Dragon Ball 4D characters transcended fiction, but I guess Heroes does too?! Composite Goku has consistent OP boundless scaling, I guess.
That makes sense. The anime has characters shelved for a time whereas the films want to showcase all the characters. This means they would have to come up with combinations that do not exist in the anime.
The perfect example of this is Tree of Might which features Goku and Piccolo despite Piccolo dying as Goku returns. I think the films should be a separate canon and not be bound by these limits.
The Films take place in an "alternate dimension" (what akira toriyama said), so they're not really supposed to fit in canon. Its also why Broly is seen destroying an entire galaxy and goku somehow being able to defeat him despite Cell being their biggest threat despite being only solar system level
