Among the movie villains, not many are as intimidating and as cool-looking as Frieza's older brother, Cooler, who appeared in the original Dragon Ball Z movies and has made several other appearances in video games and the Super Dragon Ball Heroes anime as well. As we have seen with Black Frieza, he gained an immense level of power that allowed him to one-shot Goku & Vegeta in their strongest forms, but what were to happen if Cooler himself obtained the form? Would he only be a bit stronger than Frieza, would he be a LOT stronger, and most importantly, would he be able to slap Beerus, the God of Destruction? It'd be unique if Cooler first transform into platinum in that way he wouldn't be following his brother's footsteps by getting golden and obtaining his own special form and power. After Platinum Cooler, he should get a newer form that could rival or surpass Black Frieza if the eldest son of King Cold is meant to be better than Frieza in every way.
i do have the idea that cooler would possibly combine platinum form with his possible Black form or who knows he might combine both of these with his metal state

There, his name would be Scarlet Cooler, meaning he's ruthless, cold-blooded, power-hungry, and far more menacing than Black Frieza as if Cooler has transformed into a demon covered with the blood of his enemies.

I remember Freeza saying that he “made it gold” when referring to his golden form implying that he basically invented it when first transforming. On top of that, I like the idea somebody else came up with in the comments that Cooler would probably just come up with his own transformation instead of following the same path. And I think Freeza chose to make it gold to mimic super saiyan as a way of saying that he had his own version of what they had, but his was better.
If Cooler does something similar, I could see him using a shade of red to mimic super saiyan god instead. But it could be a dark shade and he could call it “Crimson Cooler.”

Imo, if cooler were to become cannon, Id argue he should be incredibly strong. An old game called Shin budokai, has cooler enjoying fights, and even being honorable. Assuming he has even an iota of the potential other frost demons have, his enjoyment for battle would grow his power tremendously.
I think his soldiers wouldnt be in the millions like the freiza force(he may be selective about who he chooses to recruit), but they would all be insanely strong as cooler would train them himself. I think hed be a guy thats very tactical, has worked for everything he has due to his pops favoring freiza and treating him poorly, very loyal to his men, and would appreciate those who can give him a challenge/serve him.
He may also like edgy rock music and calling his brother a prick on spacebook.
That just makes me imagine the entire Frieza Force vs. Cooler's Armored Squadron, and honestly, the idea of Neizu, Dore, and Salza just shredding through hundreds of Frieza's goons sounds super sick.

I would love for Cooler to be made canon, and it would make so much sense for him to be Frieza's sparring partner, both brothers having obtained the Black form. Better yet, Cooler could even learn the Black form first. If there's any opportunity for Super to bring him into the main timeline, this is it. Toei already had a really good shot using him after the success of the Broly movie, but they didn't capitalise on other old movie characters becoming canon, and now that's not really talked about anymore after the hype died down. Toei, please! Use this opportunity to bring Cooler back. It may be his last chance! :o
The Universe is pretty big, I wouldn't be surprised if Cooler is just chilling since he's the cooler brother.

Janemba: over the time the god ki has been increased in use over the past few years since the awakening of Beerus has made the universe unbalanced and thus some of the god ki has escaped into the underworld and has awoken the Demon Supreme kais. The Ki from Beerus, Goku, Vegeta and Goku Black. Allowing them to start collecting the ki overtime to make a demonic being with demonic ki and godly ki.

Freeza is pretty strong, but his brother will always be cooler.
I don't really think Vegeta vs Dedoria is a great example of the 1.1 x stronger theory, as to me it always seemed that Dedoria wasn't a warrior, he was just powerful, whereas Vegeta is a trained warrior with martial skills and lots of powerful techniques. I think the mindset and move set Vegeta has is what made him destroy Dedoria as easily as he did, not necessarily the 1.1 x power level.

Would honestly be more terrified if Gero got his hands on the big gete star. His mind with that much machinery would make a furk ton of androids, could arguably be a new component for cell, combining biology and technology in a perfect Union of truly all consuming power. Gero would have his androids cranked out with infinity engines and fabricated on a massive scale after wandering around and consuming particular planets, possibly even asteroids with rare materials. Big Gete Cell would arguably have all the parts he’d need to be perfect already inside him without 17 and 18, with the big gete star’s fabrication potential working through his biology to boost his restoration capabilities and adaptive potential, possibly through nanotechnology Gero perfects when using the big gete star.

The design would be Simple. A Meta Version of his 5th Form, where the parts that doesn't look like Armor on his Body, before his Meta Version, would be Colored Black while the Armor Looking Part on his Body would Be Golden, while Staying Shiny.
Now, imagine fighting an Army of 5th Form Golden Black Meta Cooler.
Imagine if cell returned and absorbed the power of every current combined character... My man's would CLAP black frieza and cooler the same way Frieza did Goku and Vegeta.... It wouldn't even be a FIGHT... Cell had all the z fighters including Goku Vegeta Gohan and piccolo and even Friezas power... He would utterly slap with the combined power of orange piccolo beast Gohan ego Vegeta tui Goku and black frieza.... His power would be on a whole other level...
I largely agree with many of your conclusions, but there are flaws in your reasoning.
Most egregiously, you're comparing Golden Frieza's power with his Namek saga incarnation, when it was clearly established that in Resurrection F that Base Frieza was in a 'completely different league' than before. It was established that Goten and kid Trunks INDIVIDUALLY were both more powerful than Namek saga Frieza, but in RF, we see 1st form Frieza 1-tap Gohan and basically scare everyone else shitless.
While Gohan at this point is weaker than he otherwise should be, even if we say that he is only roughly as powerful as he was as a Super Saiyan in the Cell Saga (removing all of his Buu saga buffs), that would mean that 1ST FORM Frieza 1-tapped a being who was able to 1-tap Perfect Cell.
Lastly, the statement about his Quintillion power level wasn't about his Golden form, it was the power level of his Final form PRE golden transformation.
Ohhhhhh I can do anything better because im COOLER than you. Real shit tho good cooler scaling, if you run with the 2.4 billion Cooler 5th form vs semi perfect cell would be cool then round 2 meta vs perfect. Or a video on the potential of meta-perfect cell. 5th form Cooler>Fullpower Freezer>Final form Cooler. Stated in Both the film and the Daizenshuu 6 about films+stated on the guide he isn't a mutant of his race already having trained and having a rivalty with Freezer stated in his Backstory and film. Even himself states in the film he trained and achieved an extra form.
So he might not even reach Black Form.
Manga and anime Goku was able to contained equal to contained Freezer. Also the magazine you are using are power levels from an Arcade, not from the film. That arcade has literal Super Gogeta at 2500 million units of power with the Cooler that was stated as that power level of over 470 million was 5th form Cooler from the game, not final form Cooler. so indeed It is not counted for here as It is a videogame and contradicts power levels of the films. Cooler never saw the power level of Freezer at even his 50% so he would be just assuming from what he knowed. Most probably is that Goku is 2 times stronger than in Namek with Cooler being in his final form 2 times stronger than his younger brother from Namek.

First half of this video goes out the window when you know the context of the movie and context of the proof he presents in the video.
I'll start with the 470 mil scan - this scan was released to promote budokai 3 and is not related to the movie, it also contradicts daizenshuu 6 and 7 statements, as well as does not line up with other power levels from the same scan where Gogetas power level would be lower than SSJ3 Gokus power level.
So now for context of the first movie - Cooler movie came out on July 20, 1991 when Goku was still fighting Frieza in the anime who powered up to 100% just a week prior and even in the manga Goku hasn't returned from yardrat yet I mean the chapter where Goku came to earth came out like 4 day before movie got released. The movie takes place around may of 763 of db timeline which is less than half a year after the fight with Frieza which happened in december of 762. Trunks is supposed to show up in august of 764, so the movie takes place more than a year before Trunks arrives.
That is why both Goku and Cooler don't know instant transmission in the first Cooler movie and why Goku can't easily go SSJ, because movie creators didn't know Goku can easily go SSJ after his return as that hasn't happened even in the manga yet, by movie creators logic Goku in the movie is just Namek saga Goku who returned to earth right after defeating Frieza since they had no idea at the time how things will unfold and how exactly he'll return. That is also why Cooler comes to avenge Frieza and does not mention avenging his father because that hasn't happened yet, and the reason this version of Goku can keep up with Cooler is because Cooler is weaker than Frieza and is only stronger than Frieza after he transforms into his final form which is stated in daizenshuu 6 and 7 which perfectly lines up with statement from the movie where Goku says that Cooler is stronger than Frieza only after Cooler transforms into his final form. And Chuck taking "I see how he may have beaten my brother" and saying base Goku>SSJ on namek is taking things wayyy out of context
Now with this information it's very clear it's not Goku being super strong, it's Goku right after namek fighting someone who is not even stronger than Frieza until after the transformation.
I'll give context for the second movie in other comment, otherwise it's too much to read.
Second cooler movie came out in march 7 of 1992, anime at that point was at Vegeta transforming into SSJ to fight android 19(March 4 of 1992) while in the manga Goku was only about to wake up after his hearth virus. So essentially this movie placement can be headcanoned into the time after Goku woke up but before either him or vegeta went into the time chamber as time chamber hasn't even been revealed even in the manga yet. So this movie Goku and Vegeta are the same Goku and Vegeta from begining of android saga where they are stronger than 19 but much weaker than 18 and 17. And these Goku and Vegeta defeated meta Cooler.
Now for feats. Both of them fighting within instant transmission is not a feat of speed just like them fighting in room of spirit and time is not a feat of speed, if it's a dimension with a different time flow then it's just that, for anyone who has seen the movie it's very clear there's no infinite speed feats as this thing is only happening when Cooler and Goku are using instant transmission, but when they are not we see Vegeta landing hits on Cooler which wouldn't be possible if Cooler indeed had infinite speed. If you want to make an argument that Vegeta has immeasurable speed as well then I have to tell you that if that was the case Vegeta would be able to keep up with both of them even when they are using instant transmission but he wasn't.
As for Chucks usage of "movies happening in different dimensions" this is so disingenuous for the sake of higher scaling, the question was essentially if movies are canon or not and Akira Toriyama said that they are not a part of his dragon ball and perceives them as stories in different dimensions. This has nothing to do with how things will be scaled it's just about them being canon and yeah movies don't make sense but they are based on something but Chuck takes that unrelated statement to misrepresent movie characters, even tho I agree that some indeen operate on a scale that doesn't make sense, most them still do if you understand context of the movie. Movie creators are literally basing characters in movies on whatever is happening right now in the anime/manga and they reference those events and state who is stronger than who by direct comparison or do you guys think they are sitting there and thinking "I'll create my own version of Goku with blackjack and hookers"?

This is just my thoughts (also I think saw it in a guide, but it's been a while so I don't exactly remember) but I thought frieza's power was 200 million, and was 120 million because he was fatigue from the spirit bomb. (I think the 200 million was in the upper ...... left of a guid book? I can't remember the page though. I don't have it, but saw it on a video before)

It makes sense that Cooler, being better than his brother, would have a form greater than any his brother can have. Cooler is such an awesome character that it is just a shame that he is not used more often. It's always the usual ones that gets to show up. Especially the overhyped brother.
