What if I do a Bulgarian split squat and don’t let me heel touch the ground
Guys use elastic bands with these. Body weight will bring results way more slowlier
When holding the position in first exercise does foot have to be dorsi flex or okay to point down?
dorsi and with heels quarter of inch off the surface
I have 141 days and im kinda freaking out, i need to drop my time another second..

@MaximusEditz13 because of my race that is scheduled on my 15th, and I'm not as fast as I should be, let alone how fast I was last year
@Caleb.lm2 well you can't go back in time all you can do is train hard until then and learn
