I just finished learning it and from experience you should start by manualing while moving its way easier, and leaning back a bit and staying light on your front foot helps

I think a good tip is to make sure your front foot is above the wheels, Ik people say thats where you should normally have your foot but it helps with balance on a manual

Bend your front knee. Put all your weight on your back leg and adjust with your front foot. If that's not working then focus on balancing as you would. Use your arms, trust me

Day 3 of saying make a rap single thats just boom bap samples with you generically speaking about steriotypical rap struggles with only the occasional rhyme, make a extended non rhyme version for asmr and charge to have acess to it
Maybe you got new grip tape (or even if not) just sand it down just around the front foot area so it pivots a little easier and you can get used to the movements and feeling.
I tried this out while moving once and i fell forward and bashed my knee and it was bleeding and i cried and lay down clutching my knee for an hour wondering why the fuck i exist
