6 years after it came out and I am still playing it over and over again. The combat in both hand to hand and vehicle is really satisfying and challenging. I’m currently replaying it again for the 4th time now and I can’t seem to get enough of it. There really is no other game to really compare this to which just makes me wish this had a sequel of some kind or that other developers would take on this idea of an open world game because it’s truly amazing
If you really like hand to hand combat that much, then you should 100% try sleeping dogs,it has way better hand to hand and melee weapon combat system than madmax.
General Eisenhower hey bro chill your horses out, we are just being objective here. We have a criteria of great open world games, and if madmax is compared then it will just look mundane. Check out its metacritic score. It is hideous

totally agree! this is the best game I played on PS4. Currently, I am playing it with my aim to have 100 per cent completion. Have never had a desire with any other game to have this accomplishment. The way how story is developed from small pieces and historic relics is the most powerful art I have found in the video games. The only game that I keep returning to!
For a game that I randomly bought because it was cheap, this was one of the best hidden gems I ever bought. Loved the movies and I had no clue what the game would be like. This game does an excellent job of recreating the mad max world. I like the fighting style, because it seems to fit the style of mad max well.
I wish more reviews were like this. Instead of comparing Mad Max to other open world games, he went over what Mad Max was: a game where you build your dream post-apocalyptic machine. He answered the one thing I want in a review: is it fun?
This game is badass. Once I saw that you could use screws as brass knuckles and wear a bandana and grow a beard I was sold lol. And for the most part the combat is very fun. Wasn't a huge fan of how objects you could interact with were all highlighted yellow though. It's like they were trying to develop this game for people who are trying to rush through the game as fast as possible and have no patience for finding secrets and pathways on their own. There's no real satisfaction for finding hidden pathways, you can see them a mile away because they are highlighted yellow. Every single ledge, latter, zip line etc are all yellow and it just kinda takes you away from the game a bit. Driving your car is also enjoyable and once you start upgrading it and max it's hard not to get addicted.
I like that things are yellow this world is so huge and so much of it is rust colored or brown glad it let's me know don't bother with all this cuz who knows how much time I would waste trying to find everything of it wasn't yellow
One of my favorite games ever. GTA V was very shallow. This game is made with labor of love. A simpleton can throw away monir details but a person with a good eye will appreciate this game. Its so realistic
It's a pretty common criticism. It's so common they introduced an alternate, no-momentum movement mode in a patch. I get what people are saying. You do have to compensate for momentum when changing directions, but once you know this it's not hard to compensate and it makes his movement way more realistic looking.
Adam Smasher I completed the witcher 3 and had no idea people had trouble with the movement until this guy said it. Lol I guess he's over-exaggerating.
Just started replaying August 2021. This is still one of the most beautiful, fun, action packed and thought provoking games I have ever played. What a game!
By far one of my favorite games of all time. Wish they were to put in some DLC to keep the gameplay ongoing. Online play would be way cool too. Hopefully they make a sequel.
Plays well, looks surprisingly amazing, somehow makes a desert interesting, and is faithful to the movie without being "repeat the movie's plot". My money flew away when those got combined.
+gtabro1337 It seems like a lot of reviewers were looking for something different from what I've played and didn't get it. I came in without expecting something specific and got reminded of a game I haven't played in years - one that was similarly misunderstood by reviewers and that I hold in very high regard. Plus Mad Max, so how can you go wrong?
gameranx can't agree more, I thought it will be wasted potential, but these guys decided to do what every movie-based game does... except the exact opposite. what an year to game in
+gtabro1337 after playing for the last few hours... its pretty much rather repetitive. every area is find X salvage, Destroy Y Oil pumps/Storage tanks. Personally, being a fan of the game i am rather unimpressed
@@Rachniax variety comes from details and, even being a dessert, is far from being bland (which was my biggest concern). Objectives are pretty repetitive, but the level desing is BRILLIANT. As someone who loves open worlds I can state that safely, is pretty creative and clever with how the world is built.
I never watched any mad max movies nor did I know what it was about before I got it for free on ps plus in 2017. This game was and still is one of the best games I’ve ever played. From refilling your health with water you scavenge to upgrading your car to go faster and be stronger in car combat. If you never played this game your really missing out
I'm playing now and I'm emotionally attached to Max now lol. I feel like I'm there with him on some of the missions/tasks..."Like man, we been through a lot. You have every reason to be mad. Heck, I'm mad with you too Max" 😂! Definitely worth playing and now a new favorite even though I'm not done yet! Soooo much to do!
I put 35 hours in Mad Max and Im still playing it. The game completion is about 60% and I can tell according do this it would take about 60 or maybe a little more to make game fully complete. But the important point here is the game started to feel repetitive after 15 hours for me. Most of side activities are the same. There are some interesting side missions but they are very rare. And also the beautiful visuals will be boring because everything you see is desert and sand, and unlike GTA V or even Just Cause 3, there is very poor variety in environments here. Its worth trying, but be aware, you are not going to play it for weeks or months, unlike a game like GTA V, or Witcher 3 or Fall Out 4, so buy it on sale or something so it would be worth buying.
To be fair, every game gets repetitive after 35 hours. Repetition is not always a bad thing, tell me one game where you saw something completely new after 30+ hours of gameplay.
Luigi Thebaud There are some games that still surprise you after 30 hours of playing; I agree that they are rare, but I can actually remember some of them. Skyrim was one them for me, an experience which had something new for me even after 100+. Fallout 3 and 4 were both like that. GTA IV and V were the same and you could play beautiful side missions in both even after 30+.
I'm not talking about side missions, I'm talking about game mechanics, Like playing a game for over 30 hours and stumbling upon something mindblowing, Give me a concrete example, excluding plot twists.
+Luigi Thebaud Im not sure if you notice the definition of "Open World" genre, which leaves player in an "Open" level and environment and would let him to experience new "Content" using some predefined "Mechanics" and features. Sure Im not talking about linear games like god of war or call of duty which would surprise player with different mechanics and features and scripted events every single mission; Mad Max is an open world game which should bring the feel of an open world game coz of my expectations, If I wanted to be amazed by mind blowing scenarios and features for every level, then I would pick some other games like GOW or COD which have different purposes for players and I dont expect them to amaze me more than 10 or 12 hours(In single player I mean). That why I expect to see more interesting side missions or plot events in Mad Max, because thats the only thing I would expect in an open world game.
Bought this a long time ago for $4.99 on a PSN sale and it sat on my HD for quite some time. I just started getting into it and I'm finding it highly addicting. Great game for $5 for sure!
I’m so late! This game came up on one of your most recent videos about the most underrated open world games! I remember when they had this game on game pass and I hadn’t finish it yet and they took it off! Now I’m buying it on PS4 for $5
Mad Max blew me away,...in 2018...even after playing RDR2...in fact,in some ways,I preferred it...Stellar game..Didn't like the ending so much, but it took me a week of excellent game play to get there....and after the credits rolled, the game was still there to explore, more or less in the state that it had been pre finale....It features some of the most beautiful deserts and arboreal landscapes I have ever seen in a game, easily on a par with that element of RDR2....also amazing light and particle effects, and the sound of the V6 and V8 is the best soundtrack for this game....Hugely underrated gem....exceeded my best expectations....And I really want more.Well done all involved in it's production.>Chumley is king..
Hey man.. I saw the developer weekend sale too.. And i wanna buy mad max too.. And after watching this review and the opening 10 mins. Of the game.. I have to say.. Mad max isn't gonna be the game u want it to be It's gonna be in a category of its own.. As mentioned in the vid too.. I haven't bought it yet.. (buying it today in a few hours).. Sooo... Lets take this plunge together my friend.. :)
I've never played RFG, but this reminded me a lot of the Far Cry series with the open map, you go do missions at your leisure rather than have to do it as the story goes, liberate outposts (camps in Mad Max), the level up system, and its so underrated. There's a few glitches and bugs, but it's still a damn good game. I've only played about 2 hours and I'm hooked already.
Playing it in 2024, im even more addicted then the first time i finished it… and yeah furiosa brought me back here, and of course rewatching fury road… cant recommend it enough
Years after this game come out and I haven't played it yet I'm definitely thinking about playing it after the comments and watching this before you buy I'm definitely going to it thank you gamranx and thank you to everyone in the comments
I love the Mad Max series so naturally I love this. This game has nailed the post-nuclear apocalyptic aesthetic and does it better than Fallout by far.
Reminds me of Rage from id software before Bethesda took them up. The real question is that is it' worth the $60? or can one wait 6-12 months for the price to drop, or go on sale, or ends up being free on XBL?
in pc it costs like 17 bucks, on the other hand, nothing is worth it on a console so its not fair to look at it from the pc perspective, so in that case I don't really know
Can we please just mention how well the bullet time works in this game? I slid sideways off a cliff and blew up a car while in midair.. On purpose.. And then quickly switched to the harpoon and took down a scarecrow before I landed... On purpose. I absolutely love this game. Too too underrated.
Luke I wanna plat this game like infamous second son before it was free cuz I love these kind of games grinding exploring makes me wanna play all the time
What sets this game apart for me is the survival systems. This game wouldn’t be nearly as awesome to me without the need for gas in your car, water in your canteen, collecting scrap, eating food to heal, low amounts of ammunition. It all fits Max Max like a glove.
I get what you mean when you say combat is like Arkham. When I first got the game, I was with my friend, and when I got into combat for the first time, he looked at the screen and goes, “Oh, nice man. It’s got that sort of Batman like fighting engine going on.” And it really does! Combat in this game is great!
Six years later just started playing a couple weeks ago. Awesome game overall. The fighting is good, the harpoon is great, the world and immersion very good, especially for six years ago. Down sides; the storms that coincidentally always pop up when not around shelter, low on water and/or right after tough combat. It’s like Skyrim V in that it’s glitchy when trying to activate pick up or switch items/turn valves. Also, the mine field clearing missions get old. Of course an M 4 or automatic shotgun would be great, but the sawed off is powerful, if the ammo capacity could be better. I think it’s right up there with GTA 5 on a less busy scale. First game I have sat down with for hours since RDR 2.
The controls on PC (keyboard and mouse) are more flexible than the controller-based play on consoles, at least that I've noticed, even when I play with a controller on PC. I've also found it much easier to turn the camera while driving, especially when taking corners while shooting behind you. Picked this game up on Steam for $6. Totally underrated game.
thanks for the review, it helped out a lot. I was contemplating buying the game a while back, but never followed up with the idea. now it's on sale on playstation plus for $15 and now's a better time than ever to get it.
CreativeClutch I got it free, it was 9.99 on sale and psn sent me 10 dollars to spend, so of course I snagged that shit up. it's one of the best games I played on ps4 so far!
Its decent in gameplay but very lacking in story which takes away from immersion. Its very repetative and once you beat it theres no real goal to do anything, no incentive, And very laggy on console.
I just FINALLY finished this game last week. I bought the game on release, but abandoned it several years ago during the map bug fiasco. It is probably the best open world game I have ever played. It is the ONLY one I have actually came anywhere near finishing.
This one is so much fun. I've had the game for a few months and rarely played it after buying it on impulse just cause it was on sale from Amazon. I finally just got back around to it a couple of days ago and I'm amazed @ how well put together everything is gameplay wise and it's truly one of the best looking titles ever released on any platform. I nearly came on my self when the sudden lightning storm just rushed in and overtook my entire field of vision, filling my 55 in. screen with pure cinematic bliss and atmospheric euphoria. it's speakers rumbled with chest pounding thunder and pulled me in immensely. there's a lot to do as well. and you actually begin to feel an emotional bond with your grotesque, creepy, funny looking muthaphuka-sidekick Chumbucket as you realize just how important his role is and is key to your survival when he actually gets out, climbing onto the hood of your vehicle, patching it up, making repairs when you hop out. I hope they continue to make more games as beautiful as this.
Totally love this game, just started playing, kinda what I was wanting out of Border Lands 3 (which I returned) getting Mad Max in exchange. Glad I did fun fun fun to play!!!
actually fear and rage arnt underated they are overated fear gets too many 10/10 ratings despite it having many bugs that havent been fixed EVER and have been present since they release fear 3 being the worst and rage is a game people think is the "BEST GAME EVER"
I love this game, it hits home being someone that loves action and cars. My brother and I played it the first time and it was fantastic, I was skeptical about it at first because most games based off of movies aren't always the best, however Mad Max delivered and I could play it again and again.
my mom got me Mad Max and a new Samsung Galaxy phone yesterday(hadnt seen her in nearly a year).. so Greatful. I love you, Mom. Always will. if youre an adult gamer and someone you truly love gets you a game, you play and enjoy that game.. no matter what. The appreciation makes whatever it is awesome. This game however is amazing anyway.
Love all the movies and was jazzed when I heard this was coming out. It's really become one of my favourite games on ps4. Arkham style combat both on foot and in the car (a lot like the APC pursuits in Arkham Knight). I usually end up regretting buying a game on day one, but this one really nailed the "feel" of Mad Max.
I come back to this game every couple of years. The action is just so satisfying. The hand to hand combat, the driving combat, the driving itself. You really get a true sense of speed and the collisions feel intense like they should but most games just don't get right. It's a pretty simplistic game in terms of design but everything is just so well implemented and it's just really fun to play. Btw turn off the vehicle roll helper. It makes the driving more satisfying because this assist setting ruins the immersion of the way the crashes play out. And if you can, play it on a Series C. It has fps boost and it accommodates hdr and it just looks and runs pretty great even today.
I don't really mind it in pretty fond of that kind of combat system a lot better than gta v combat can promise you that I know they're different games but damn
I never bought it for a long time but one day I saw its from avalanche studios & immediately bought it & I have to say it was way above my expectations
+intothekey There's parts of it that are similar to the new Tomb Raider game and Uncharted, but the vertical movement is not one. I feel like that is one of the identifying traits of TR and Uncharted. That said, some of the better parts of Mad Max feel like some of the better parts of TR.
I beat this game, and found all the top dogs, except for one I spent years searching then after giving up, I suddenly found a hidden passage, took the new route and found him *a genuinely wonderful experience with maxed out stats and gear*
I have owned this game for years and am finally getting around to playing it. It still looks good and I can play it on the highest settings. Plus if you own it on Series X it plays at 60 FPS with performance boost.
+Robbie SmithRobbieS Dude the games are really different. The only reason MGSV has such a hype is because its been going on since PS2 era, so it has a huge fanbase & a lot of nostalgia factor to attract fellow gamers. If we compare both game as standalone without the nostalgia hype, MGSV is a game for stealth enthusiast trust me I played MGSV:GZ and the stealth factor was just awesome, but if stealth is not your thing and you want crisp car combat, melee combat, exploration & crafting in your OW game, then pickup Mad Max.
When I bought my PS4 Uncharted edition the female cashier told me "You should play Mad Max! It's just like Uncharted 4 and it's awesome." It was a weird comparison.
Play this game at 1440p max setting and 120fps and your jaw will drop. In some areas like the sulphur section it looks photo realistic.(got it yesterday on a steam sale)
6 years after it came out and I am still playing it over and over again. The combat in both hand to hand and vehicle is really satisfying and challenging. I’m currently replaying it again for the 4th time now and I can’t seem to get enough of it. Driving your car is also enjoyable and once you start upgrading it and max it's hard not to get addicted.
That's so true about the objects being yellow
I like that things are yellow this world is so huge and so much of it is rust colored or brown glad it let's me know don't bother with all this cuz who knows how much time I would waste trying to find everything of it wasn't yellow
Who came here from the April ps plus lineup?
Godd Howard

Godd Howard
Skyrim on the microwave pls
Zigster ABs we don't have the technology for that
Me so I could shit on this game for being so terrible. It's a worst version of the game RAGE which came out in 2009.
One of my favorite games ever. GTA V was very shallow. This game is made with labor of love. A simpleton can throw away monir details but a person with a good eye will appreciate this game. Its so realistic
Am I the only one who had no problem with the movement in Witcher 3?
I didn't either
The movement in witcher 3 is fine. Don't know where he got that idea from.
Adam Smasher I think it controls beautifully, no idea where that came from lol
It's a pretty common criticism. It's so common they introduced an alternate, no-momentum movement mode in a patch. I get what people are saying. You do have to compensate for momentum when changing directions, but once you know this it's not hard to compensate and it makes his movement way more realistic looking.
Adam Smasher I completed the witcher 3 and had no idea people had trouble with the movement until this guy said it. Lol I guess he's over-exaggerating.
Just started replaying August 2021. This is still one of the most beautiful, fun, action packed and thought provoking games I have ever played. What a game!
yea, thinking about replaying it for the sixth time lol
Great game
+gameranx great vid
gameranx can't agree more, I thought it will be wasted potential, but these guys decided to do what every movie-based game does... except the exact opposite. what an year to game in
+gtabro1337 after playing for the last few hours... its pretty much rather repetitive. every area is find X salvage, Destroy Y Oil pumps/Storage tanks. Personally, being a fan of the game i am
rather unimpressed
@@Rachniax variety comes from details and, even being a dessert, is far from being bland (which was my biggest concern).
Objectives are pretty repetitive, but the level desing is BRILLIANT. As someone who loves open worlds I can state that safely, is pretty creative and clever with how the world is built.
I also love how they made the sand storm and the actual lightning storm
I just finished it today lol
I quit after about 35hours because it got way too repetitive and I thought the open world and characters were terrible
This game is so under under-appreciated and deserves more love ❤️❤️❤️
I just completed it, BRUTAL ending
Bought this a long time ago for $4.99 on a PSN sale and it sat on my HD for quite some time. I just started getting into it and I'm finding it highly addicting. Great game for $5 for sure!
I'm glad I watched this review. Almost believed Gamespot's 6/10 bullshit
Did you end up getting the and if so did you enjoy the ending as much as I did
I'm so sad I fell for that fucking sellout trick they did.
Steam Sale right now 9.99
i guess they love missions that has no purpose..
Alex Kok wait gamestop
I’m so late! This game came up on one of your most recent videos about the most underrated open world games! I remember when they had this game on game pass and I hadn’t finish it yet and they took it off! Now I’m buying it on PS4 for $5
same my dude
Just came across the game, is it worth playing
driving a car in this game feels like motorstorm, the driving feels great.
Why did he just pronounce 'game' as 'gehyem' 1:00
cuz your gay
Cuz he Canada man
Gem*
Haha
I picked this up last week and haven’t stopped playing it. It’s great!
10$ on steam. Should I get it? Please reply as soon as possible. THANKS!
The sale goes til the 19th so you have time to decide but i would say yeah its really cheap and you'll definitely get your moneys worth.
Hey man.. I saw the developer weekend sale too.. And i wanna buy mad max too..
And after watching this review and the opening 10 mins. Of the game.. I have to say..
Mad max isn't gonna be the game u want it to be
It's gonna be in a category of its own.. As mentioned in the vid too..
I haven't bought it yet.. (buying it today in a few hours)..
Sooo... Lets take this plunge together my friend.. :)
Arjun Taneja You're gonna plunge into the game way earlier than me, man (shitty 3 megabit internet)
Well.. Uhh.. Having a 4 megabit internet doesn't make matters any good either..
Arjun Taneja Really? Well shit, man. Guess we're actually gonna plunge in it together I guess. See you there?
Just started playing this game! 10 hours in already. Great game! Really fun! I recommend it
i thought it was just me, but i see that a lot of true gamers fall in love with this one. I'm halfway through the game and it is just amazing!
Shadow of Mordor with cars , there , i said it ........
+RedEye how come?
+Fjottle he hates good games bro
RedEye u only played for three hours .....lmao
+andrewman111ah he never said that
+RedEye THANK YOU!! i agree with you completely. Shadows of mordor is boring as fuck
Playing this in 2019 and ITS AWESOME!
Also me bro, it became my favourite game
5:31 I agree when I got into fury mode I really felt like mad max
Years after this game come out and I haven't played it yet I'm definitely thinking about playing it after the comments and watching this before you buy I'm definitely going to it thank you gamranx and thank you to everyone in the comments
I love the Mad Max series so naturally I love this. This game has nailed the post-nuclear apocalyptic aesthetic and does it better than Fallout by far.
Reminds me of Rage from id software before Bethesda took them up.
The real question is that is it' worth the $60? or can one wait 6-12 months for the price to drop, or go on sale, or ends up being free on XBL?
it won't go free I don't think and its worth every penny I bought bit full price and yes reminds me of rage :)
There are ways to buy it on pc that are significantly less expensive.
+HUGSaLOT Valkyrie Well if you do intend to buy it on PC, I'd suggest getting it on Greenman Gaming. They appear to have a 40% discount code for it.
+HUGSaLOT Valkyrie Not to advertise, but it's only 16.99€ or your region equivalent on G2A :P
in pc it costs like 17 bucks, on the other hand, nothing is worth it on a console so its not fair to look at it from the pc perspective, so in that case I don't really know
It's perfect for replaying it on the Steam Deck 👌🏻
Can we please just mention how well the bullet time works in this game? I slid sideways off a cliff and blew up a car while in midair.. On purpose.. And then quickly switched to the harpoon and took down a scarecrow before I landed... On purpose. I absolutely love this game. Too too underrated.
Are controls better. Patched up. Cause when i had this like 3 years it sucked and i got rid of it. Might get it again. Worth it
Who else is here because of the PS Plus game announcement??
Luke ✋
Luke I wanna plat this game like infamous second son before it was free cuz I love these kind of games grinding exploring makes me wanna play all the time
Luke me😂
What sets this game apart for me is the survival systems.
You would ask..."is it good?" and the answer is ITS MAD MAX of fucking course it is!
There are moments in this game that are more scary than most horror style games
I started playing this game in 2022 and this game is so good !
thanks for the review, it helped out a lot. I was contemplating buying the game a while back, but never followed up with the idea. now it's on sale on playstation plus for $15 and now's a better time than ever to get it.
Yeah it's a steal at that price .I'm picking it up as well..
CreativeClutch I got it free, it was 9.99 on sale and psn sent me 10 dollars to spend, so of course I snagged that shit up. it's one of the best games I played on ps4 so far!
Eastwood Unforgiven Why did they send you 10 bucks?
Stanna I bought the year subscription to ps+. And a game for 20.00. I think every 50.00 you spend in the store they send you 10.00 to spend
I know I’m late but I got it free with plus
dang it. i knew i shouldve bought mad max instead of just cause 3.
keno reid How is Just Cause 3?
Its decent in gameplay but very lacking in story which takes away from immersion. Its very repetative and once you beat it theres no real goal to do anything, no incentive, And very laggy on console.
keno reid Thanks that is what i was expecting of it
both are good choices
Between those two I'm going with mad mad max. Just cause 3 is about a 7 to me and mad max is 8.5/9 to me
I just FINALLY finished this game last week.
I got so immersed into the game. I loved it, and the ending is satisfying and sad, that’s all I’ll say
Ending is so sad 😞
I'm playing it right now and it friggin rocks!
Totally love this game, just started playing, kinda what I was wanting out of Border Lands 3 (which I returned) getting Mad Max in exchange. Glad I did fun fun fun to play!!!
Rage, this game reminds me of Rage for the PS3 and Xbox 360. Do you remember that game love that game.
Playing this 7 years later on the ps5 and the graphics hold up really well
2019 and I still love the game
MOST UNDERRATED GAMES
1. METRO LAST LIGHT
2.RAGE
3 SINGULARITY
4.SYNDICATE
5.MAD MAX
6.FEAR
actually fear and rage arnt underated they are overated
fear gets too many 10/10 ratings despite it having many bugs that havent been fixed EVER and have been present since they release fear 3 being the worst
and rage is a game people think is the "BEST GAME EVER"
Nah rage 2 is underrated not the first one
Unity is simply better than syndicate
From a ac4 fan
Taking out convoys in that game is so much fun
The way you say "game" sounded like "gam" to me.
That was a damn good review man. Subscribed
My favorite game of all time
No offense, but that's kind of sad. Have you ever played Red Dead Redemption, The Witcher 3, Metal Gear Solid 3, or Skyrim?
Revolver/Shalashaska Ocelot The mans likes the game. if he says it's his "fav of all time", best to just leave him with it.
NeonKawaii agreed
Oskar Dirlewanger mate its sad when u try to change.somone's opinion u have no respect....
Oskar Dirlewanger This game is legitimately one of my favorite games of all time. Don’t game-shame him.
I beat mad max like a year ago and what am i still doing? Playing Mad Max. IT'S FUCKING AMAZING
So this is how Falcon sounds like seven years ago.
Mad Max is similar to Shadow of Mordor & Batman. They're all WB games so that isnt surprising.
I don't really mind it in pretty fond of that kind of combat system a lot better than gta v combat can promise you that I know they're different games but damn
I never bought it for a long time but one day I saw its from avalanche studios & immediately bought it & I have to say it was way above my expectations
Played it loved. Still playing it in 2021. A master piece you've never played.
Steam winter sale.. 6.79$ totally worth it.
Surprised it was so low.. it must have not made a lot of sales when it came out.
yeah i think about buying it too and fallout 4 they are both low priced now
Yea but you can't beat 6.79$ for a recent game that was relatively new. Just coming out last year.
xbox winter sale $10
Gilgamesh it's sad it's so underrated
idk why but it reminds me of tomb raider
+intothekey There's parts of it that are similar to the new Tomb Raider game and Uncharted, but the vertical movement is not one. I feel like that is one of the identifying traits of TR and Uncharted. That said, some of the better parts of Mad Max feel like some of the better parts of TR.
+intothekey It is the graphics and the body motions. (Movement.)
+intothekey seems more like shadow of mordor to me
I can see where you're coming from. That's not a comparison I had even thought about but that definitely is a good one.
+Cole Parker It sorta looks like Mad Max to me.
I encountered a handful of bugs in my play through but it’s such a brilliant game.
I beat this game, and found all the top dogs, except for one
I spent years searching
then after giving up, I suddenly found a hidden passage, took the new route and found him
*a genuinely wonderful experience with maxed out stats and gear*
buy it now its on sale for black friday
MilkGames 4 just did
Me too 😂
Should have waited more discounts will be coming and you can use the code for 10 percent off your whole cart.
Random dude i did use the code, I got far cry 4, tales of the borderlands, rainbow six siege, and mad max 😊
I have owned this game for years and am finally getting around to playing it. It still looks good and I can play it on the highest settings. Plus if you own it on Series X it plays at 60 FPS with performance boost.
i have both metal gear and mad max and i cant stop play ing maf max
If you could have just one, which would you choose?
+Robbie SmithRobbieS Dude the games are really different. The only reason MGSV has such a hype is because its been going on since PS2 era, so it has a huge fanbase & a lot of nostalgia factor to attract fellow gamers. If we compare both game as standalone without the nostalgia hype, MGSV is a game for stealth enthusiast trust me I played MGSV:GZ and the stealth factor was just awesome, but if stealth is not your thing and you want crisp car combat, melee combat, exploration & crafting in your OW game, then pickup Mad Max.
+Kul Zaze since the nes and msx era
+Kul Zaze Since PS2?Since fucking NES.
+Vena Retro strictly mad max games have been around since the nes or snes one of the two... that's just me being a dick mind.
Still amazing in 2023
You have the most funniest thumbnails😂😂😂
When I bought my PS4 Uncharted edition the female cashier told me "You should play Mad Max! It's just like Uncharted 4 and it's awesome." It was a weird comparison.
"not better than arkham knight" unless we're talking the pc version
+thedreamswewaste "PC MASTER RACE" Kappa
+TheExtremelyMannerableSir shut your mouth peasant
Brownies are pretty neat I'm not talking, I'm typing Kappa
TheExtremelyMannerableSir doesn't matter
Brownies are pretty neat Ok then, I'll tell my hands to shut their mouths Kappa
I got this on Xbox for 7 bucks. Underrated damn game I tell you.
Play this game at 1440p max setting and 120fps and your jaw will drop. In some areas like the sulphur section it looks photo realistic.(got it yesterday on a steam sale)
