    I’ve went down from 67kg to 53kg now thanks to the workout🥰 + Pamela’s abs workout
    It took me 3 months and above to lose all these weight
    I’ve been doing the first 4 sessions everyday (yes I’m going very intense)
    And the help of cutting sugar & eating healthy carbs & vegetables
    Hope everyone can be fit & healthy!!
    I’m totally relied on this workout now😂

    I did this a year ago and struggled the whole way through, tried it again after consistently working out through the pandemic 5-6 days a week and I felt so strong at the finish. Thank you Simone and Women’s Health!

    This is the best-made body workout video I have ever seen. It is simple and effective, with energetic background music. I trained my self almost 3-4 times a week. I feel refreshed every time when I complete the training. Thanks for the sharing.

    I really recommend this workout! i come to this video since 2016.i do lifting,sometimes cardio but for my figure this is enough 3x a week besides a healthy diet..this workout is my fitness test,when i deside to start working on my body (besides being a mom and houshold)i do this routine til i can keep up with simone here,then i go heavier dumbells and add arm and footweightchains or do more reps when i want more musclemass.👌👍

    First time working out because I want to have Tyla's body ..the singer.... everyone's telling me I can't have that body and it's just giving myself false hope and I definitely want to prove them wrong.I'm in Africa and I learnt of your workouts from Revenge Body and I wanted to work with you...I know I can... I'm really sweating rn😅thanks alot

    I tried this 2 years and gave up in the first cardio session. But I’m back and just completed the whole thing! Still can improve but I’m so proud!

    I love it. Definitely one of the greatest workouts I have ever tried. You put so much energy into it and yet, it leaves you feeling even more energetic than you were at the outset of the training. Thanks, Simone!

    This was incredible. I am basically a human slip 'n' slide right now, but I am very thankful! Simone and her crew were professional yet fun, energetic and encouraging. It was tough but really fun!

    I used to do this workout all the time when I was in college! It's much more challenging than I remember, especially now after having a baby this year. Killer cardio!!!💕

    Day 1: I don't think I completed half of this workout. it is so fun and yet so challenging especially for someone as unfit as I am. love the workout! so appropriately named, I was so sweaty when done.
    Day 2: Still wasn't able to complete all the rounds and the workout however, I did a little more than I did yesterday. Even small progress is still progress. I keep pressing on :-)
    Day 3: I almost completed the workout!!!!!! I am getting better daily......Yeah baby!!!!!.....my body has been aching for the past three days but each day I login and do the workout. I hope I can make it to day 30....😍🤞Thank you Simone🙌❤
    Day 4: One more day down...still working on daily improvements.....Thanks Simone🤞🙌❤😍

    I have tried so many youtube workouts during covid and this is my absolute favorite. I feel like most dance cardio workout are super hard to follow but this one is easy to follow and a great workout
    Saved it to my workout playlist.

    Simone De La Rue is absolutely one of the best fitness trainers on the planet. She is a fabulous instructor that pays attention to detail. This workout is high intensity, challenging, motvational and you will feel the burn !

    Truly one of the best (if not the best) full-body workouts available on TH-cam. I remember not being able to finish it when it first came out and quitting halfway. I had to stop several times during cardio to catch my breath this time but managed to finish. I'll definitely be doing this once or twice per week to see how I build up stamina, cardio and strength. Thank you, Simone :)

      Actually, please make more workouts in general. This workout, and the ballet bootcamp ones (I haven't tried the cardio dance one yet), and all your workouts on PopSugar Fitness are great for anyone of any gender. :)

    Excelente rutina! Antes la hacía completa con saltos y todo y 10/10. Ahora, a pesar de que no puedo saltar por mi rodilla derecha, la hago sin saltos, pero el sudor y el cansancio es real~ 100% recomendado!

    Do you recommend concrete floor instead of gym mats for the cardio (dance)?

      It is easier to do the cardio on the floor instead of the mat. The floor however does not have to be concrete, you can do it on wood or carpet.

      If you just started working out..it is difficult...start by making your level up...I started with bipasha basu's breakfree and unleash...then i switched to this..still it is difficult..but i am seeing progress day by day

    Day 1: Got to 6:36 and stopped. Exhausted. Didn't realise how unfit I'd gotten lol
