    Hello everyone, in the current situation I would like to suggest that
    . instead of going to a park or anywhere else for jogging or walking ...
    . do that within your premises or within society...
    . avoid sitting on public benches or using any open gyms...
    . avoid getting too close to anyone
    . Don’t touch your face while you are out ...for that tie your hair properly and moisturise skin.. as dry skin can itch and will increase the tendency & want to touch face.
    . Wear mask if you are feeling unwell or just stay at home in that case
    . Carry a sanitizer and use it if required
    . Wash you hands immediately once you are back home
    . And lastly don’t panic if going out feels uncomfortable just stay home and work on your self as your immunity is the last line of defense.
    . Focus on Boosting your immunity by healthy diet, exercise and by staying hydrated.
    . Stress is the biggest enemy of your immune system. Hence try to keep it at the bay.

    I love your videos. Jogging is not at all advisable it's really harmful to you. Walking and running is much better. I am in the fitness world for 20 plus years and that's what research shows. If you look at human evolution they walked, they walked and run, they sprint. Jogging was introduced by Reebok and nike to sell their shoes.

      There is much science you can't say it's harmful, are footballers living a harmful Life I think no, but someone who never ran he should start with walking cause cortisol can raise if a sedentary person starts running so need adaptation once a person master walking can move towards jogging and once slowly he is able to control breathing and increase his stamina can even run without causing any raise of cortisol.

    I dont agree with you that covering the same distance burns the equal number of calories weather you run or walk.
    A vehicle will burn more fuel on high rpms as simple as that.

    Hi, could you please make a detailed video on slow jogging about how it affects the weight loss and for how long it should be done. There are almost zero to no videos on slow jogging on TH-cam and its really trending nowadays because of its benefits. I watched your video and you mentioned slow jogging but there was not enough information provided. It would be really helpful, thanks.

      If you run slowly then you should run for about 30-40minutes....but on first day you should just have a brisk walk and should run about 15-20minutes...
      But if you Sprint then you should follow this--it'll help you make more stamina and loose fat very fast
      Walk for 1min and then run as fast as u can for 30seconds...and repeat it for 20minutes or 30
      And after jogging don't eat anything for 2hours you'll burn fat like it's nothing 😁😁😁

      That’s absolutely correct I go for jog in the morning within my society I avoid going to any park... also I avoid sitting on benches, contacting any passerby and i also avoid touching my face while jogging ...for that it’s important to tie hair properly & moisturise face coz if your facial skin is dry it tend to itch and tendency to touch increases. Guys be safe & take care of yourself self and your family.

    Mam main daily 20,000 steps walk karti hoon aur isse main 67 kg se 57 kg ki ho gayi. Meri height 5fit hai.

      Main morning main 10,000 steps aur evening main 10,000 step walk karti hoon mujhe 10,000 steps ke liye 1hour 30 minutes lagte hain. Now my current weight is 56.300. Mujhe meri height ke hisab se 52kg Lana hai.
