I do not know Dutch but watching the video many times I began to understand her words. I cut off about 8-9". It turned out very nice and curly on the ends. It was just the way I wanted it. My hair grows very fast and is thick. Now it is time for a trim or another haircut again. I really like this person very much. I like her exercise videos too. She is very positive and fun
