    Im using American measurements.
    KitchenAid Measuring Cups
    1cup(237ml)
    1/2cup(118ml)
    1/3cup(79ml)
    1/4cup(59ml)
    Serving size: 2.5 cakes
    Ingredients:
    1cup (125g) flour
    1T (13g) granulated sugar
    1/4t (1g) salt
    1/2t (2g) baking powder
    1 egg
    1/2tsp vanilla extract
    150ml milk
    Powder sugar
    Directions:
    1. Start by pouring flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder into a medium-sized bowl. Stir.
    2. In a separate bowl, crack an egg. Pour in your vanilla extract and milk then combine.
    3. pour the dry ingredients into the bowl with the egg and stir.
    4. use either a piping bag or I used a Ziploc bag for the batter.
    5. heat the grease to 375F/190C
    6. cut 1cm off the tip of the piping bag.
    7. slowly drip the batter into the grease.
    8. once the funnel cake turns golden brown, place it on top of paper towels.
    9. finally, put tons of powder sugar on top!
