(At least, it’s smarter than my very expensive gardening Hokas) Years ago I felt so lost between training blocks I bought two 4 week maintenance training plans 😂. One for 30 mile week, one for 40. I followed them each one time and then felt confident to go it on my own ever since. More entertaining than 10k-a-Day™️.
Thanks for sharing :) I love easy miles, 8-10k is my fave easy distance too! Sadly I'm now on 14K and it's only going up as I'm actively training for my first marathon.
