This is Saraka Sant'Angelo's theme.
Name "Deathscythe Paradise".
From Touhou Fan-Made "Outside the Traditional World".
Feel weird to have a character's theme in photographing game huh.
This is a heavily remix of Machinations Under the Moon ~ Angelic Night.
It sounds much darker and more nightmare-ish. Which suits Saraka herself.
Her scene levels don't look as hard as the past levels.
But still, if you got stuck between things in her spell, You'll die easily.
I said that because you have a chance to get stuck "between things" in all of her 3 spells. And some of which are planned traps, too.
So be careful.
Now let's wait until wiki translate the dialogue.
So that we will know what the fuck are Saraka and the new character doing at the outside world.
Also if you don't notice, there's a text engraved on Saraka's scythe.
You can read it by turning Saraka's portrait image over, and it reads "Sarakiel",
which is her planned name before it got changed into Saraka.
Why Sarakiel? well, you know.. she has a lot in common with Sariel.
But Sarakiel Sant'Angelo sounds a bit off, don't you think?

Wow. Wanwan went full J-Rock. It went beyond ZUN-style.
This track, THIS FREAKING TRACK… the mix of the Harpsichord, Piano and Organ is amazing and I can’t help but hum it. And the drums honestly just make it better. And it’s only the beginning! When the beginning slaps, you know the track is going to be just an absolute Paradise of Deathscythes…
Well, apparently Saraka pulled a Seija and manipulated Tamako to steal the Kusanagi sword from Himemiko. Tamako wanted to purify the soul of Akechi Mitsuhide, her father; but Saraka wanted to use the sword for the evulz and lied to Tamako.
At the end Tamako realizes she was tricked, returns the sword to Himemiko and flies away.

Like pretty much all the photo themes in this game, although to a somewhat greater extend, this and Tamako's theme all have somehow engraved themselves into my brain. I can't get them out anymore. Earworms 24/7. Goddamnit, Wanwan, you freaking musical genius.

I can tell you why Sarakiel is on Saraka's sense!
So....
Sarakiel, was an angel who freed Sariel from hell after Lucifer tore him to hell.
Sariel was created after the Archangels sealed Lucifer in hell.
Lucifer was angry because he thought Sariel was true to replace him.
In anger, he tore Sariel into hell and tortured him.
Sarakiel was then sent to rescue Sariel.
So now I can tell you why the name stands on the sense:
Sarakiel is presented in some paintings with a scythe.
Saraka is simply the female version of the name Sarakiel.

I am really into Archangels and that stuff.
I read maaaannnyyy books and watch things about it.
The story of Sariel was in an articel that i found in the internet.
But i cant remember what the name of this articel was...
Sandro A. Dangit. I wanted to know as much stuff as possible about sariel, because of touhou 1. But the stuff that you read are about stuff mentioned in the bible, or other old text, or just about manga, modern novels and stuff? I literally searched sarakiel's name, and practically nothing came up.
So there are many performances of Sarakiel in Mangas.
The problem with the matter is that Sarakiel is often confused with Sariel or Raphael because in Hebrew these names are written almost equally.
I could google Googel and leave you a link if I find something.

Or you could just explain to me the stuff you know.about sariel, if that isn't too much to ask😊. Especially if they are canon biblical information and events.

MPP's theme is just.....sound too much like Sariel
You can tell she means business.
Sariel's themes are much less present in this one. It seems to focus more on the parts of her original theme that *AREN'T* from Sariel's themes.
Sarakiel might've also been the original name choice because a lot of angel names in Christian/Jewish mythology end in -el: Gabriel, Michael, Samael, Azrael, Uriel, etc. etc.

It kind of reminds me of the characters from the Len'en series (EE, EMS, and RMI) getting updated themes in Brilliant Pagoda or Haze Castle.
The pararel falls apart since this theme is a complete new work, instead of an arrange of her old theme
