Oh this looks super chaotic but despite the Kaizo in the name, this looks fun and generally balanced! I really like how they expanded on some of the patterns and even made follow me, unafraid into a stage section
I dunno, for me Touhou 17 is in a weird state where it feels fairly easy, but then any time I play it I end up either making a bunch of stupid mistakes or get clipped by something I didn't see coming.
