- I'm laughing at how the others translate the title. ( But I didn't say it's wrong. )
Nine Luminaries are god. and one of them is Surya, which is, Sun God.
And Amaterasu is Japanese Sun God.
So it's Sun god of the Nine Luminaries, which is, Amaterasu of the Nine Luminaries!

Ichiyou reminds me so much of Narumi Yatadera that it hurts, lol. They look very similar (right down to the eye color and hairstyle), and their themes (to me, at least), share a surprising amount of power and feeling in them despite their importance to the stories of their respective games.
I love them both
Aya's comment on Ichiyou's exhibition spell in Tri Focuser: "They look really similar if you ask me; is she that Jizou from back then?"
Not only that, said spell is literally Narumi's nonspell type mixed with her spell cards...

shes pretty brutal, especially on hard and lunatic obviously. D: you need godlike reflexes for the nonspells and perfect movement for the spells

+Lunarethic I don't find her that hard. I find her nonspells hard, but doable, and her spellcards are all streaming, memo or tricks.
But she's definitely a fun boss.

her spell cards are a bit hard because they're puzzle-type card ... so just solve the puzzles ~

I also did a 577m run of stage 4 lunatic practice mode, no deaths, finished with 3 and 2/3 bombs. ~
Failed 2 normal spells - Mokou's and Ichiyou's last spell. I got unlucky immediately on Mokous, and I nearly capped frog spam but got walled at the end. Oh well.
And of course I failed her last word. Probably the hardest spell in the game.
Am I the only one who has no problem with her, but does with the rest of the game and actually loves this song?
I mean, it's really similar to Illusionary Joururi which I adore so there's that.

Yeah, it was kind of like cobalt, radon, and yttrium.
What a funny battle, it made me think that I should try the chechpoint mode in the next demos, just for see the patterns first.

Honestly tho that Intro sounds Illusionaru-Jourouric (I know that's not a word).
I agree that the theme reminds me a lot of Benben and Yatsuhashi's theme. And it's not a bad thing.

How the hell am I supposed to do her first spell(on normal)? I always just go to the bottom right corner and press X immediately.
Also what's up with her final? I'm not sure if it's a bug, but when I get hit it just ends the fight. Is that normal?
Great theme BTW!
Edit: started playing on hard and now it's even worse! It's like all of the other health bars we're not changed except for this spell. It literally takes like two or three bombs to defeat it. Though ironically the bullet parents are surprisingly easier.
Also I finally found out what's up with her final! The short answer is all of the bosses except for stage six(and two?) have some super secret extra spell card that on stage one seem to require you to shoot down their actual final quick enough but in 3, 4 and 5 it just happens regardless on how slowly you do it. I'm not gonna try this myself because the timers in this game are absurd, but I bet you would still see these even if you timed them out. These spells are only meant for points and nothing else, thus you don't lose a life and the spell just ends if you get hit.
She looks like Narumi, but she's made before Narumi...
