Please welcome Hunter to the channel and tour this awesome Ford Transit van that really impressed me, its almost like an off-grid cabin. Sean, you beat me to it. I've watched countless van build videos and he was so much better than any other person I've seen-quick & practical explanations and no silliness or wasted time nonsense. Great job.
He seemed proud of what he did and explained clearly. Then, the built quality should be supreme. Not like some mass production class Bs, it leaked from the roof after driving home from the dealer.
All I can say is “WOW”! Very nice so much storage. Beautiful design.

Beautiful! I agree with you that this is one of the best designs out there. They definitely put a lot of forethought into the design. LOVE this van build! The only change I would ask for is to change hose storage to outside instead of inside (tube underneath preferably), and to add at least another inch in height to the removable metal shower pan slat.

Hunter has a great voice and explained things really well. I would have liked to see the bed in the couch position. The kitchen setup is really nice.
Wowzers! I own a little Airstream which I love, but I do wish I would have been able to see something like this first. I absolutely love it. To be able to incorporate that awesome shower in such a small space and still keep it so open is just brilliant.

3 things I really liked is twin beds, the bathroom in the back (seems much bigger), and finally I love the roll down bug screen. Very cool

Excellent layout.
Most people think that they are too tired to create a double bed at the end of a long drive or day, but if you are too tired 😫 then that is all you want 😉. Two singles. Hahaha.
But 2 singles that can be friends, so to speak.

Can I add that the big double bed looks romantic but a couple of unromantic friends don't want to sleep in the same bed. Also it is big to make.

Love it! However, I would only need one bed (I’m single) and would love a table or couch on the other side. I also would extend the showerhead to be able to shower outside. Now I just need to win the lottery! 😂

Wow I love this layout. It feels so open and airy that it doesn't seem like it could have all the features of any other class b. The only downside to the rear bath layout is that you have to give up the "garage" which is nice for hauling bikes or other things, but I love the openness of it.

True, the garage. I always liked the class C models with the Pass Thru storage at the rear, under the queen walk around rear bedroom. But of course, that's a C.

@@nightwalker3828 The biggest benefit of an internal garage space is the security of it. My ideal van design would have space for everything I travel with inside, so I never have to worry about theft.

Add 3 more things and it is 100%. 1 )The place were the spotlights are for reading needs more back support so make it wider that will give you more privacy in the bedroom too. Also you can hang a tv on it. 2) the swiffel table needs to be between the beds. 3) The back of the matras will lift up for comfort, please make that for the other bed too, so that both can watch tv in this position. I LOVE the layout of this van !!!

Table is placed so that it can be both used as kitchen prep and dinning table, like tv idea, I don’t know how to make slide out be, able to also tilt

Great build. I'd opt for a drawer frig or have the door open the other way, to remain in the galley when you pull items from it. Absolutely love the head design. Really well done.

Eyes candy, functional, and upgradeable to solar? Well I can't ask for anything more😁😁❗❗
I would spend the money on 2nd high output alternator, put’s out more in one hour than solar all day, works when it’s cloudy or night

I want to mention that Winnebago Era and Leisure Travel have a rear bath and side sofa on the Sprinter chasis. The older model Era has a door in the shower to the garage. They both have a pull out or tumble sofa bed. Then it got changed to a Murphy bed sofa.
The problems or concerns are; the Sprinter is a little narrow for an across the van bed and too many cabinets.
You can take ideas from these class B and modify them. Maybe it would work on a Promaster. Keep the open floor plan with the shower curtain.
Yes, there were other mainstream RVs with similar floorplans. This one is more open
Great design all through. May I make one suggestion. That is, why not put a small raised shelf between the stove and the bed. It would protect the bed from any spills or fat spitting if cooking meats. All the best.💝

Love this layout. Since I'm usually alone, I would use one of the bed as a seat (with passenger seatbelt)/booth/lounge for 2. The other bed can be fix bed so no need to make bed everyday and can be used as a lounger

This is, by far, the best van build I’ve ever seen. And I’m going to get hubby to do this! (He’s super skilled in the tools and is a hvac engineer. This is exactly what I want, with a few modifications for two show dogs. This is so incredible. Well done boys! You’re proper awesome boys 👏👏👏👏

Great layout. I sleep better, when I do it on seperate bed. And the kitchen should be nearest as possible to the outdoor. And the shower in the back is very convienient.

I think this just moved into my #1 spot for best van builds! I would add the extra 300 amp hour battery, and probably upgrade to some solar panels, but otherwise this is really great!

Great layout and build. My wife agrees with his. The couch is a must. A couch that could turn into its own bed would be even better. Can’t wait to see the sprinter builds!

It looks great. I think it would be possible to use an elevated floor. That could give storage by using large drawers which could be pulled out from the back.
You could, but you would lose ceiling height

Paul I'm glad you mentioned a couch. I like the beds but would like to know if an electric sofa could be used on the side or would one have to be made? I would like a reclining one or a foot rest. I'm editing my comment and adding to it.
The foot rest doesn't have to be part of the sofa. It could be a storage cube or a pull out.
Was thinking about the electric sofas in the rear of some well known name brand vans and using something similar on the side. Not sure of the fit and it might be too tall blocking part of the window.
Good idea, next one I’m going to try to had couch with foot rest.👌

Love Love Love this layout. For me safety is needed so access to the cab is a must. Full bath in the rear and twin/king bed?? What more could you ask for??? Beautiful kitchen Area as well. Plenty of storage to boot!!!
