1975. A Freshman at Howard University in Washington, DC. Clueless about life until I met Dick Gregory who was a fixture on our campus unbeknownst to me. He opened my eyes. Changed my diet. Cleansed my body and mind. And told me to beware of certain chemicals that were being lodged into my body. Now at the age of 67, I wouldn't be who I am today were it not for this man who took a clueless 18 year-old under his wings and fed her knowledge that would forever change her earthly life for the remainder of her time on earth. Rest In Power Mr. Gregory. And thank you. ❤❤

If he just forgives sin, then sin is meaningless; the sacrifice of Jesus allows for the forgiveness of sin, while still keeping the significance of sin intact. What Jesus did on the cross also promotes love and thankfulness. There is much that was accomplished through the sacrifice of Jesus.
