After owning property in Turkey for 17 years ,this summer I will move with my wife and two young children ,Turkey is a better country to live in than the U K not only is the weather better the health system is much better has far less crime ,does not have a corrupt police force family’s look after parents much more ,the cost of living is less than half of the UK everything is much more lade back so you don’t get the rat race affect
If you buy a property and get a passport, are you automatically considered a Turkish Taxpayer? If I were to live there say 4 months in a year would I be taxed on my worldwide income ? Does property turkey offer tax advice? Many thanks

Could you provide please more details on purchasing through CBI properties over time which then total to the qualifying CBI minimum of $250k? I had been told all purchases had to close (be settled) on the exact same day for the dollar value of multiple properties to "stack" to meet the CBI requirement. In this video, you stated properties could be accumulated over several months (provided the CBI program had not changed or been terminated). How is the Foreign Deposit Receipt(s) transacted in this case? Each separately for each transaction? Or one total sum deposited in advance which is then split to each transaction over time? As always your presentation is insightful and informative but I find this quite strange that men with multiple wives can acquire citizenship for ALL of their spouses yet people with children above 18 get left out. As a keen investor who is already heading towards the citizenship programme I find this highly unfair especially when I am a parent of a single child. Suggest that the age limit for children should be 25 for girls and 21 for boys . Can you request this law to be revised.?

Very good video as always. But I would say that the 3-4 months to get citizenship is probably over optimistic. I have done my investment in March last year and still waiting for my citizenship. 3-4 months are probably the best case scenario.
We got our citizenship certificates in 3.5 months. Submitted in October and got approved on 15th Jan 2022. Wishing you guys luck and hope it may come soon for you guys.

I don’t believe that’s true. I haven’t heard of anyone not being allowed if they meet the criteria…I know various Asian groups have settled in Turkey.
