At least this requires a little more effort, Guitar hero was pushing buttons as quick as you can, this is swinging your arms, its a bit more effort. All in all though, actually learning an instrument like a guitar is more rewarding, woman loves a man that can play her a tune - even if she doesn't like guitars, the moment and the intimacy is more than enough.

I already mentioned this on Roadtovr, but my suggestion: If there's a way to input your own music, then it would be desirable to have an option to create your own obstacles for that one song and maybe a way to share it with someone else. I would totally waste a bunch of my time to find more challenging and interesting ways to play the game.

The 3 most noteworthy ones are the HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, and PSVR. Their quality goes from best to worst respectively, though Rift and Vive are very close to each other. PSVR is the cheapest, most accessible, most consumer friendly one but it is still a good experience, especially with a PS4Pro.
That is definitely the worst possible experience. You should stick to ones where you remain generally stationary (except for short steps / portalling). The oculus store does a great job categorizing games actually, I stick to the green Comfortable rated ones and they are great.
I've watched this so many times It's gotten to the point where I'm flailing my arms around in sync with the game just to try experience how awesome this is. My plan was to simply wait for 2nd gen VR since I didn't bother buying a system yet, but if this ends up being as good as it appears, I might have to just go ahead and buy something right away.
