Definitely needed and this should ideally have been the original turbo model of Altroz. Really miss the abarth Punto 😢 after seeing this
What I exactly wanted... AN ALTROZ WITH MORE POWER AND BETTER REFINEMENT... This can open up more scope for buying an Altroz by customers 👍

Please add LED white DRLs as a part of the Headlamp unit and a white projector headlamps not yellow, with that this will sell like a hot cake. Crazy infotainment display, interiors quality fit and finish top notch !! This should definitely come to the market.

India needs a ultimate hot hatch car with more features, more power and more torque.... tata altroz racer itself a good product but not ultimate... if it has more extra features like power driving seat, rear wheel disk brakes , a racer exhaust like i20n line and most important if it has come with new tata 1.5 litr turbo petrol engine which produce maximum bhp and torque... uffff that combination just blast if the price range is with in 16 lakh... this combination would be indias 🇮🇳 youth car , a ultimate indian hot hatch...❤️❤️❤️❤️
Tata should definitely bring it. I will give it a good go ahead against Hyundai's i20 and it's N line. If this comes to showroom I will definitely buy one. Ready for that anytime

Everything about the Altroz Racer is🔥 🔥🔥 but not a fan of those racing stripes. Could give that a pass, instead please charge 5k higher on the pricing and give us 4-wheel disc brakes as well. It would be a perfect package.
I hope Tata brings these changes to the current Altroz . I'll definitely wait for this one
The infotainment system and meter console of nexon ,tiago were the most annoying thing in a tata car ,other than service and under powered engine..better service centres can be found out,engine is also okish for a first time buyer,but the first two thing,they need to change it immediately,this info unit looks good,but need the theme which they showed on their ad. The meter console seems good,but it will be more standard if they remove the block like appearance on the sides,
This should have been the standard engine for Altroz instead of Tiago specced one.
Four immediate update is required in this car ..
1. Led headlights
2. All wheel disk breaks
3. Tft screens must be Uhd.
4. Automatic better with wet clutch tech dct
If Altroz EV comes with this silhouette I'd be open to buy this for 10-11 lakhs!
So, it's the same engine that powers Nexon but now in Altroz's body.
I’m surprised Tata cars aren’t sold in the UK or Europe. Given they are RHD, would it not be fairly easy to bring them to the UK perhaps as a sub brand to JLR ?

I loved tata altroz on the dynamics and practicality what it was. Sold only the reason was noisy and lack luster engine, i think post polo there is gap in performance hatchback but the price matters as already it has tough competition with sunb 4 MTR suv's which are rulling in the industry and more buyers moving towards that. But Tata doing great on adding up more performace and good looking cars

After the Abarth, no-one ventured into the performance cars barring the astronomically priced Big 3 from Germany. It's high time an Indian made performance car is launched. There could be an option to bump up performance even further by their performance experts Jeyam Motors. I'm looking forward to the launch and will definitely buy it.

@@prateek1208 it is but ALTROZ is like a tank and it still feels laggy ( the turbo version ) my friend here has a modified ALTROZ with a 150hp engine and it's just SO MUCH BETTER
