  • heyy!! welcome to a what i eat in a day, high protein & healthy edition.
    if you're new here, hiii! my name is itunu, i live in toronto and i'm pretty active. i try to go to the gym 3-4 times a week while having active rest days on my days off from the gym. these are some of my go-to daily meals and i wanted to share them for some meal ideas and inspo 🤍
    recipes mentioned:
    🫶🏾 homemade granola 🫶🏾
    1/3 cup maple syrup
    1/3 cup of almond or peanut butter (optional)
    2 cups (ish) of oats
    (the following to your taste):
    salt
    cinnamon
    coconut oil (optional)
    vanilla
    nuts of your choice
    coconut flakes (optional)
    (i might be missing something but these are the basics!)
    🫶🏾 kale caesar 🫶🏾

    DRESSING
    1/2 cup Tahini
    1 cup Water
    2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
    2 tsp Capers
    2 tbsp Lemon Juice (1.5 lemnons)
    2.5 tsp Soy sauce
    4 cloves Garlic
    1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast
    Chickpeas Prep:
    rinse and drain chickpeas.
    season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
    bake for 20-30 mins @ 350-400 deg
    🫶🏾 chipotle honey fajitas 🫶🏾
    you need:
    🎀 chicken breast or thighs
    🎀 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (this one: www.realcanadi... )
    🎀 honey
    🎀 salt and pepper to taste
    recipe:
    chop bell peppers and onions to bake with the chicken
    bake for 15-20 mins at 400 deg
    top fajiats with cheese (optional) and cilantro
    serve with tortillas and sour cream
